Here are all of the new US CHAdeMO (Leaf fast-charging) stations that rolled out in May 2023, according to the U.S. Department of Energy.
There were 124 "new" CHAdeMOs added in May. To put it in perspective, there were 112 CHAdeMO chargers added in April. I think the pace of CHAdeMO rollout has stabilized, while the pace of CCS rollout is still increasing. This makes sense given that only Nissan still makes a CHAdeMO car.
Some of these chargepoints will be "refreshes," e.g. the provider replaced them with faster chargers etc. Some may be incorrect. This report is only as good as the Alternative Fuels Data Center data.
We all know that CHAdeMO is a legacy format and will eventually go away, but clearly Nissan and their partners are continuing to support it for the time being. This shouldn't be surprising. After all, you can still buy a new Leaf.

Here are all of the new US CCS (Level 3 fast-charging) stations that rolled out in May 2023, according to the Department of Energy. These chargers are suitable for most new EVs on the market, except for:

1. Tesla drivers who haven't bought the official CCS adapter yet. Certain older Teslas need additional work done to accept the adapter.
2. Leaf owners like me, and some owners of older cars that also use CHAdeMO. If you drive a Leaf, or an older CHAdeMO car, see my matching post in leaf.

There were 222 CCS charge points added or refreshed in May 2023, which is up from 171 in April. For comparison, there were only 74 new CCS charge points in May 2022. Things are speeding up.
"What about CCS charging at Tesla superchargers?" Tesla is in the process of rolling out their "magic dock" for non-Tesla cars, but so far in very few locations. If they start doing this at scale and reporting it to the Alternative Fuels Data Center then it will be reflected here.
"What about Ford vehicles with NACS (Tesla) plugs?" They are not on sale yet. Current-generation Ford vehicles have CCS plugs. The next generation will have NACS (Tesla) plugs, but will also support CCS via an adapter.

Hello All,
First off I want to say what you are going through is only temporary. It is easy to beat yourself up about it thinking it is weird, or stupid, but just know that you are not alone and there are many other irrational fears that millions of people struggle with every day. Having said that, I have found some relief recently and wanted to post on here in the hopes that it helps some of you.
My story of this phobia started two years ago where I felt like I couldn't swallow while I was eating steak at a restaurant. This instantly triggered a panic attack, fight or flight response that freaked me out. I swallowed the piece just fine, but I believe that experience triggered this phobia in my subconscious. This lead to two straight years of overthinking every meal I experienced. I will admit, my phobia never got so bad that I couldn't eat solid food, but I had to eat very slow, over chew everything, and overall just stressing about something that should typically bring you happiness. However, in just the last week I have found some relief, and with time I am hopeful that I will conquer this once and for all.
Now, we all wish there was a magic pill that could make this instantly go away. There are a lot of anxiety meds out there and they seem to help a lot of people. However, I believe that all these do is suppress the symptoms, instead of fixing the root cause. So that was my mission, to put in the work and find a way to identify the root cause of my fear and anxiety around eating. Here is a list of what I did:

1. I listened to this podcast episode from Stanford Neuroscientist on Erasing Fear and Trauma. Here is the link if you are interested - Erasing Fears & Traumas Based on the Modern Neuroscience of Fear Huberman Lab Podcast #49 - YouTube
   1. One thing I took away from this and started doing is the Cyclic Hyperventilation. Where for 5 minutes every day for two weeks you purposely put yourself in a state of stress and anxiety. He explains it in detail in the podcast, but I am 8 days in and it is really helping. While I do this I think about eating scary things such as steak. If you try this make sure you follow his precautions that he mentions on the podcast.
2. I listened to another podcast from Huberman (he is a wealth of knowledge on a variety of topics). Here is the link if you are interested - Dr. Chris Palmer: Diet & Nutrition for Mental Health Huberman Lab Podcast #99 - YouTube
   1. This is one of the most fascinated podcasts I have ever listened to. This guy has actually healed people with Schizophrenia through diet and nutrition. Because of this podcast I started doing the keto diet about 10 days ago. Wow! I can't believe how much better I feel and how better my mental health and attitude concerning food. Now, I know it may seem counterproductive since our phobia is around eating, but there are many soft foods that would be considered low carb or keto. Avocado, soft scrambled eggs, soft cheeses, and milk are some of my staples. If you can't eat any of those, you can always make shakes with full fat milk, almond milk, and a variety of other items to make a very healthy low carb meal replacement shake.
3. Cold Showers
   1. Sounds crazy and woo woo, but there is actually a lot of science around the mental (and physical) benefits of cold showers. I have been doing this in conjunction with the cyclic hyperventilation, and I really think they are helping. You can even start with a warm shower, and then finish with the cold for about 60-90 seconds. That is all it takes to get the benefits. Look up the Wim Hof Method and you can learn more about this.
4. Exercise
   1. You don't have to get a gym membership, just find something (walking, biking, swimming) that gets your body moving. Exercise has been shown to greatly improve mental health. I recommend some kind of light shoulder exercise and neck stretches to really help strengthen that area and help swallowing.
5. Omega-3
   1. If you are on anxiety meds thats fine, but if not, Omega-3 supplements have been shown to provide an anti-depressant effect around the same level as an SSRI. You want to find a supplement that gives at least 2000mg of Omega 3.    2. If you can't swallow the pills, you can actually cut the tips off them and mix the oil in with a smoothie or water.
6. Meditation/Yoga/Stretching
   1. I recommend a combination of these three. Find one that you like and try it out for a couple weeks. Focus on your breathing with any of these and they will help I guarantee it. There is an app called Plyability that use every night before bed. 10-20 minutes of stretching combined with breathwork and I feel amazing.
7. Breathwork
   1. I like the app "Breathwrk." There are dozens of breathing exercises you can work on and practice for what you think will help you. What has helped me is doing the "Lung Capacity" exercise. It forces you to take slow breaths with a 20 second breath hold. It is meant to strengthen your diaphragm and increase lung capacity. I think this really helps with my eating because a lot of anxiety starts with your breath. If you can learn to control your breath and your mind while eating, it makes the whole experience much easier.
8. Talk to someone
   1. Spouse, family, therapist, anybody. Find someone to talk to about this. I opened up to my wife about it (I was embarrassed for a whole to mention this to anyone and tried to hide it), and I have felt much better and much less weird or ashamed. So find someone that will understand and help you work through it, it makes a world of difference.

I know this seems like a lot, but remember as much as we want to snap our fingers and make this go away, thats just not going to happen. Sometimes it takes action. But that is the beauty in this! You don't have to rely on a drug or a doctor to fix this, YOU HAVE CONTROL OVER YOUR OWN MIND. And if you have the control, you have the ability to fix it. It might be hard and may take some time, but you have the power to fix this fear! Remember, it is HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY unlikely that you will choke to death. The data is like 1.5/100,000 people choke to death. That includes babies, elderly people, and non-food choking deaths! Your body is hard wired to automatically chew and swallow, so this fear is just your brain getting in the way of what your body naturally knows what to do.

Amazing race. Here's a bit of a recap from training to post-race:
Training: I started preparing in earnest in February for this May race. Although I planned to do more, I maintained 50-70 miles per week for several weeks. My longest prep run was 40 miles going sub-9-minutes per mile. I'm in NYC, so in anticipation of the heat, I spent some time in the sauna, for 15-minute stints. No alcohol Feb and March, so dropped some weight. The FB page is great, with the race officials and runners posting useful info. The RD Bob Becker and Mark Cudak are fonts of knowledge. Got a Garmin Enduro 2 a week before the race because I was concerned about battery life ($750 on eBay). Happy with that purchase.
Day before race: Smooth packet pick-up and great experts panel. Great pasta primavera at Mrs. Macs Kitchen II.
Race day: I was pretty panicky on a couple of occasions before race day, which was unusual, but I am glad it happened because I was afforded the ability to work through the anxiety. Also, this is a tough fucking race and the trepidation was recognition of the seriousness of this endeavor.
In the morning, I taped my toes and heels with kinesiology tape, which allowed me to deal with blisters. Injinji toe socks did me good. Started the race with HOKA Carbon X 2.
It was crucial in the morning to bank easy miles before things got hot. Switched from a baseball-style cap to Sunday Afternoons Unisex Ultra-Adventure Hat when the sun rose. The latter hat was great because it covered my neck, and the drawstring closure held it in place. Also, when things got hot, I was happy to be wearing XOSKIN compression shorts, because I could jam ice in them.
Midway through the race, I changed into Nike Vaporfly NEXT% 2, but I would probably change into another pair of Hoka road shoes if I could do it again.
I was able to finish this race because I remained hydrated. I went through 7 Gatorlytes and a lot of Tailwind. The heat made eating uncomfortable, but I knocked back some gels and gummies. Because every runner must have a crew, and there are some stints where runners and crews can't meet, I wish I had a Salomon Soft Reservoir in my vest.
I liberally applied and re-applied sunblock. The few places I forgot to reapply sunblock, such as the backs of my knees, got pretty burned.
The final 20-30 miles were kind of lonely. Runners really spread out. My AirPods ran out of juice, and I could have used some music for motivation to run a bit quicker. Finished under 24 hours.
Post race: Fairfield Inn overbooked us, so we were sent to another hotel, which was kind of a pain in the ass. But breakfast at IHOP the next day was awesome.
This was my third 100-miler. Being from Miami, I'm very happy I did this. Great bonding experience for my family. You'll never look at the bridges the same way again. Highly recommend.

Hi all,
I know MCT oil is very beneficial for some, but I cannot use it as it breaks me out and burns my skin. Additionally, for the longest time I was not finding much success at all with various medicated products (zinc pyrithione, salicylic acid, ketoconazole, etc.). However, after following a more set guide that I will detail below, I have seen much improvement in my hair and skin. It is still not symptom-free (and likely never will be due to the chronic nature of sebderm), but it is magnitudes better when I follow the steps below.

(1) Break the biofilm
Fungus like the Malasezzia fungus that causes sebderm have the capacity to form biofilms, which are essentially protective walls that help protect the fungus from attack. Because there is a biofilm on top of the fungus protecting it, anti-fungal agents like zinc pyrithione and ketoconazole have a harder time getting to and destroying the fungus that produces sebderm. Without breaking the biofilm, you will see much less success in reducing your sebderm symptoms.
To break the biofilm, I use erythritol, which is a sugar alcohol similar to xylitol. Xylitol, erythritol, and other sugar alcohols have biofilm-breaking qualities. You can purchase these at health food grocery stores. I personally bought the bag of erythritol at Whole Foods. I use a ratio of 1 teaspoon of erythritol to a 1/2 cup of water, mix it up so the granules dissolve in the water, apply it to my face & hair, and let is sit on there for at least 1 hour, and then shower to wash it off.
Try to do the biofilm step every other day to keep the biofilm away, or as you see fit once you try the sugar alcohol solution out.

(2) Check the ingredients of your products
Your shampoos, conditioners, face cleansers, moisturizers, make-up, sunscreen, etc. need to have no (or close to none) ingredients that promote the growth of Malasezzia, the fungus that causes sebderm.

**The only product in my routine that has a Malessezia-unsafe ingredient is the 2% ketoconazole shampoo prescribed by my doctor. Alas, I have been unable to find a totally 100% Malessezia-safe shampoo that contains ketoconazole, the best anti-fungal agent for sebderm**

(3) Rotate your anti-fungal shampoos
Don't use the same anti-fungal shampoo every single time you wash your hair. For example, use a zinc pyrithione one Monday, a salycylic acid one Tuesday, ketoconazole wednesday, etc.
Some of my favorite anti-fungal shampoos are:
Happy Cappy Dr. Eddie’s Medicated Shampoo (zinc pyrithione)
Neutrogena T-sal (Salicylic acid) (recently discontinued so here is another salicylic acid Malesezzia-safe shampoo that I have not tried yet)
Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle Shampoo (tea tree)

(4) Wet your hair, shampoo it once, rinse, then shampoo again (leaving it on for 5 minutes)
It is important that you first shampoo and rinse once to help wash away oils, sweat, sebum, dirt, etc. on your scalp so the anti-fungal shampoo can get down to the fungus during the second shampoo.
However, the most important part of shampooing is leaving the anti-fungal shampoo on for at least 5 minutes. Without having adequate contact time with your scalp and hair, the anti-fungal agent will not have enough exposure to kill the Malasezzia fungus.
**I purchased a waterproof timer for my shower that I set for 5 mins. after I get my hair suds-ed up this second time.**

These four steps above should help improve your hair. Below are additional things you can do along with some of my favorite products.

• Because anti-fungal shampoos can be harsh on hair (their goal is to kill the fungus and remove the sebum that feeds it), consider a conditioner (but make sure its Malasezzia-safe!!) to help replenish your hair. Use it every few days or whenever your hair is feeling dry. My favorite Malasezzia-safe hair conditioner is hims Thick Fix Conditioner.
• Just like your scalp, your face also likely needs to have the biofilm broken. Leave the sugar alcohol/water mixture on your face for an hour just like you do for your scalp.
• Additionally, just like your scalp, your face also needs Malasezzia-safe antifungal treatments and products.
  • I use the Happy Cappy Dr. Eddie’s Medicated Shampoo (zinc pyrithione) as a face wash every couple days (leaving it on for 1 minute) to help the sebderm on my face.
  • I also use Vanicream Gentle Cleanser and SEBAMED Clear Face Care.
• I also bought water filters for my shower head and bathroom faucet, as I read that chlorine and other chemicals found in water can exacerbate sebderm and other eczema-like conditions and take medium temperature showers instead of blazing hot showers.

I hope this long post does not overwhelm--my advice would be not to try every single step at once as it can be overwhelming to make sure you follow everything immediately (it took me a longgg time to get all of this information and knowledge) but gradually incorporate these steps and similar products.

What is the MFP Program and what does it do?
The MFP program helps a person with the funding and organization of moving out of a medical facility. It helps with setting up housing, necessities, medical equipment and temporary in home caregivers.
​MFP is a federal demonstration grant, received by the CT Department of Social Services from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. It was awarded to help rebalance the long-term care system so that individuals have the maximum independence and freedom of choice regarding where they live and receive care and services. The program builds on current programs by offering enhanced community services and support to those who have resided in nursing facilities for at least three months. Under MFP, CT will receive, for those transitioning back to the community, an enhanced Medicaid match of nine million dollars over five years, being reimbursed for 75 percent of costs for the first year back in the community instead of the customary 50 percent. This federal support is a financial incentive for Conn. to reduce the use of more expensive institutional care for Medicaid recipients. The approach is more cost-effective for taxpayers and is expected to lead to improved quality of life for older adults and people with physical and developmental disabilities and mental illness. People transitioning back into the community have the choice of where they want to live, whether it’s the person’s own home, a family member’s home, an apartment or congregate living.

Make a wild guess what my favorite Pokémon is

So this is heavily based on some of the discussions that happened under the chp. 222 post. I am very much on the side of the "Yuji awakened Kenjaku's CT" theory alongside the less likely, but very interesting "Yuji swapped with Gojo" theory. My personal explanation for the CT is a simple genetics/blood/lineage connection.
As for the technique specifics, I'm assuming KennyJ's technique was originally a simple soul swap, that he improved upon. Specifically the weaknesses of the original feel likely to be:

1. Duration limit (increased indefinitely by being a brain)
2. Inability to hold on to CTs from previous hosts (possibly learning more about the soul allowed him to imprint them permanently, as far as I remember we don't have an explanation)
3. Limited Lifespan (also avoided through brain-mode, tying his life span to his host)
4. Willing target (the soul might need to be overpowered if the exchange isn't consensual, similarly to the Sukuna x Yuji tug of war)

Now for the actual theory
A weakened Gojo in Yuji's body, lacking the six eyes, will catch Kenny off-guard, while Limitless sex eyes Yuji with a slight grasp on Sukuna's techniques tries to hold his own.
It's definitely not the most creative or exciting way for things to go, but I personally prefer it to just a Gojo vs Sukuna faceoff, mostly for a reason I will leave at the end.
So what is my reasoning here ?
From the way body-swapping Kenjy has been using up host after host, and even the way Getou's curse manipulation allows for technique extractions, it doesn't feel unreasonable to say that a body carries its user's technique imprinted upon it. Brain boy seems to gain access to the body's technique, despite the soul being gone (until it isn't but oh well, Getou is built different I suppose). And the one time cursed spirit CT extraction seems to destroy the body in return for harvesting the technique.
At the same time we have seen evidence that the same is true for souls. A brought back soul of Toji (after overwhelming a weaker soul of the body) is affected by his heavenly restriction, despite occupying the body of a somewhat competent sorcerer who naturally produces CE. Another similar situation happens with the reincarnated sorcerers, who even after being reduced to cursed objects with soul stuffing, managed to carve their techniques onto their vessels, alongside things like their CE capacity, or Kashimo's CE property of electricity.
The crackarious(^tm) finale
I believe (read: "would like to see"), that Yuji will fight Sukuna in Gojo's stead. With maybe a slight Kashimo spotlight hogging, only to get assblasted by the divine thunder arrow Sukuna is hopefully packing. This may or may not leave Yuji capable of furthering the BS of his momdad's technique, by pulling Megumi outside of Sukuna, and into Gojo, leading to the situation of:

Finally I would like to sincerely apologize if this reads like horrible fanfiction, or a clear example of why the school system is in urgent need of reform. Here are all of the new US CCS (Level 3 fast-charging) stations that rolled out in April 2023, according to the Department of Energy. These chargers are suitable for most new EVs on the market, except for:

1. Tesla drivers who haven't bought the official CCS adapter yet. Certain older Teslas need additional work done to accept the adapter.
2. Leaf owners like me, and some owners of older cars that also use CHAdeMO. If you drive a Leaf, or an older CHAdeMO car, see my matching post in leaf.

Some of these chargepoints will be "refreshes," e.g. the provider replaced them with faster chargers etc. Some may be incorrect. This report is only as good as the Alternative Fuels Data Center data.
There were 171 CCS charge points added or refreshed in April 2023, which is up from 159 in March. For comparison, there were only 100 new CCS charge points in April 2022. Things are speeding up.
"What about CCS charging at Tesla superchargers?" Tesla is in the process of rolling out their "magic dock" for non-Tesla cars in certain locations. I assume they will start to include this in their reporting to the Alternative Fuels Data Center soon. When they do it should be reflected here.

Here are all of the new US CHAdeMO (Leaf fast-charging) stations that rolled out in April 2023, according to the U.S. Department of Energy.
There were 112 "new" CHAdeMOs added in April. To put it in perspective, there were 171 CCS chargers added in April. I think the pace of CHAdeMO rollout has stabilized, while the pace of CCS rollout is still increasing. This makes sense given that only Nissan still makes a CHAdeMO car.
Some of these chargepoints will be "refreshes," e.g. the provider replaced them with faster chargers etc. Some may be incorrect. This report is only as good as the Alternative Fuels Data Center data.
We all know that CHAdeMO is a legacy format and will eventually go away, but clearly Nissan and their partners are continuing to support it for the time being. This shouldn't be surprising. After all, you can still buy a new Leaf.

Springtime brings the perfect conditions for flying kites and enjoying an outdoor family outing. ​Join the fun as kites fill the skies with colorful shapes of all sizes. Visitors can bring their own kite, buy one at the festival, or watch professional stunt kite fliers maneuver their kites expertly in the wind. All ages can participate in the kite flying contests and be eligible to win a prize or just have fun flying their own kites. Food and drinks will be available from vendors on the Festival grounds. ​Admission to the Kite Festival is free.
