You now should have access to some new features such as Vibrant Deck and a new important upscaler from AMD Called NIS. (NVIDIA Image Scaling ( NIS ) is a driver-based feature that takes the in-game image from lower resolution then upscale it to native resolution using scaling algorithm and sharpening, making the output image look like it was rendered at native resolution.) So when in Yuzu press the 3 Dot Button and go to performance and head down to scaling filter and enable NIS. I left FSR on in Yuzu settings also because it stuttered frequently while it was off. Also Manually set the GPU Clock Control to 1200 (Helps with stutters) I also have Cryo Utilities installed with a 22gb swap file with a swappiness of 1. I set VRAM to 4gb and enabled Huge Pages. TOTK Version 1.1.1 Mods installed and active. 1. 30 FPS Stable static. 2. DynamicFPSv1.5.1 3. Ratio - Ultrawide 16:10 4. Resolution 720p 5. VisualFixes_AnistropicFix 6. Every story except this one, which nonetheless uses some of the background of the Foundation series, the highly bureaucratic Galactic Empire of Trantor, at its height. He eventually broke out of this pattern with The Endochronic Properties of Resublimated Thiotimoline, originally written more for his own amusement as a way to practice writing in the "turgid" style required in scientific papers. You almost see a similar motivation in this story, where he similarly practices writing internal memoes of the sort his brief military spell required. You can read more about this in the final volume of The Early Asimov.
It is retroactively sometimes considered an "Empire" story, alongside the three novels written in the next decade. What do you guys think? Is this story in your Foundation headcanon? Does it fit neatly with the similarly controversial The End of Eternity?

 | One of our dogs attacked a baby bird in our garden (dog probably even kicked it out of its nest in the first place) but we were able to save it. It doesn't seem to be in critical condition or even have any majors breaks (besides maybe one of its wings) and I really don't know what to do now. We've been trying to find it's nest but just can't and I am considering just taking it in and keeping it for the weeks it needs because it looks like it won't take too long til it learns how to fly. If you guys have any ideas on how I could find the nest or how I could care for this bird please let me know. So, I was diagnosed with IH about a month ago because during my MSLT I fell asleep in less than two minutes, but didn't go into REM.
I've been put on Sunosi which has been awesome! But I recently had a follow-up appointment and my provider was intent on getting me to admit to symptoms of cataplexy. He asked if I were ever to be tickled if I would fight or freeze and I said that I guess I would freeze? I felt so weird about the interaction that I called the office afterward and asked about it. I was told that my providers are going to ask about cataplexy every time because if they can document cataplexy they can try me on different medications because IH has limited medication options and narcolepsy has a ton. I told them that I really don't know if I have cataplexy and they asked me to pay attention to my body and emotions for the next couple of months to be sure.
I'm really frustrated because I feel like my muscles are actually always tense? And I don't often experience any intense emotions either because I've been on antidepressants for 10 years and am a little emotionally numb. I also explained to my provider that I feel the closest I can come to cataplexy is that when I get really angry my head spins and I feel lightheaded. I guess when I get really nervous my legs shake, but does that even count either?
I mean I'd love to be able to try other medicines, but obviously I don't want to say I have cataplexy when I don't. Also, narcoleptics apparently find naps refreshing? I super do not. If I nap, then I'm down for at least 2 hours and I feel no better.
Lastly, I took today off of work because I was having the most difficult time waking up (another IH symptom) and I've been pretty upset thinking about this whole cataplexy thing. I've been crying (boooo) and maybe my face falls a little bit and my neck, but not for long and I'm under the impression that your muscles stay weak for at least 30 seconds. Also I thought most people crumple up a little bit when they cry? And then I thought about how twice at work I got in a little tiny bit of trouble with my boss and my face just kind of dropped and froze, but I thought everyone froze a little bit at least when they get anxiety?
I don't know, I'm frustrated and upset. Anyone have similar experiences? I also might post this in a narcolepsy forum?

I’m a new graduate looking to start my first full-time job in marketing. And basically, during the first step of the hiring process I told the recruiter I could relocate for the job. I didn’t think I would seriously be considered for the job and I was also being interviewed for other jobs based in my current city so I renewed the lease at my current place. Now I’m being seriously considered for the job (it’s within 2 hours of where I stay) and I can’t move bcos I obviously don’t want to break my lease and mess up my rent history. This is the only company that I’ve come close to potentially receiving an offer from and I don’t want to lose this opportunity. I have considered a couple of things as solutions: - try to sublease the apartment, but I’m not sure I can find someone last minute. The apartment is not really in an area that’s in demand. - Commute the 3-4 days I’m supposed to be onsite. I’m not sure how convenient or effective this would be though but I’m still willing to try. - Sublease a cheap apartment close to the office location and only go back home during the weekend.
Has anyone been in this situation before? I’ll gladly appreciate your advice on how to navigate this. Thanks!

I am a Canadian permanent resident and I have a small business incorporation and I get my revenue from my US clients. I would like to invest my revenue and so i opened a Interactive brokers small business account. As I opened this account ion behalf of my corporation, i think i need to pay professional fees for market data which I dont want for a few month until I am comfortable use IBKR for serious investing. When I login into Market data, I see the following subscriptions with the status as Fees waived. May I know if we need them and any idea how long the fees are waived and what are the most useful subscription for US/Canada stock trading. Appreciate your help as I am new to IBKR and North America Investing

Those of you who have been following my posts know that I’ve been getting sticky notes from a stalker, so you already know what to expect when I post. This time though, I need you to expect the unexpected…
I received another sticky note (a purple one again) and it came with another strange marking on one of the corners…

One of the comments on my last post mentioned that it may be a puzzle, and that maybe I should connect the sticky notes to see if it makes a picture? Since receiving this new sticky note, I think they might just be right… I also need to address the note I got from my neighbor across the hall from me, but I’ll get to that in a few paragraphs. Just bear with me and be patient... You'll understand why I saved that whole interaction for the ending of my post.
So, I finally took some time out to meet some of the other tenants on my floor. I’ll document what I thought about each of them individually, and maybe some of you can help me figure out if any of them might be a suspect? Someone in my last post mentioned my landlord (Jack), but for some reason I just can’t fathom him doing anything sinister? But then again… I really don’t know who I can trust, can I?

“Can I help you with something?”
“Hi! I’m the new tenant that just moved into 13B, I just wanted to introduce myself!” Handing the woman the neatly wrapped box of cookies, I smiled and said, “I’m Anna, nice to meet you.” I figured if I was going to meet (interrogate) my neighbors, the best course of action would be to sweeten them up first.
Yanking the cookies from my grasp, the woman threw them on the ground and looked me right in the eye before saying, “Stay away from me. I don’t want anything that’s touched you or your apartment in my space.”
With a nod, I backed away and quickly apologized before she slammed the door. Confusion bubbled within me and my eyes couldn’t help but water when I saw the box on the ground. The cookies had all toppled out, some of them broken. The twine had come loose during the tumble. Crouching down, I scooped up the pieces and the crumbs and shoved them back into the box. Embarrassment burned at my cheeks as I scrambled to do so as fast as I could. Most of them fell onto her welcome mat which looked incredibly pristine before my unwanted cookies landed on it. Maybe she just didn’t take kindly to visitors? I know I certainly didn’t feel very “welcome”. My first impression of this woman was that she wasn’t very pleasant in the slightest. I didn’t even get her name. She was a willowy looking woman with thin gray hair and unusually blue eyes. Upon first glance, she didn’t even look as if she could hurt a fly, but her words said otherwise.
Before I could stand back up though, I felt a hand on my shoulder. A gasp escaped my lips and I jerked, the touch catching me off guard. Before I knew it, my elbow connected with a face and in the same instant I heard a slight groaning sound. Dropping the cookies, I turned around to see a man. I cringed when I noticed his hand clutching his nose, blood continuing to seep out from beneath his fingertips.
“Oh my gosh! I’m so sorry!” Rushing across the hallway to my door, I hurriedly pulled it open and called out to him, “Stay right there!” Grabbing a handful of napkins, I ran back out into the hall and handed them to him, guilt clawing at my insides. If only he knew why I was so jumpy. I’d been on nothing but high alert for days… “I’m so sorry! I didn’t even hear you walking up to me.”
A small chuckle escaped his lips as he took the napkins from my hands and held them up to his nose. “You sure are a lot stronger than you look, that’s for sure. I think you broke it.”
A million more apologies danced on the tip of my tongue and I started to recite them all before he cut me off and said, “It’s alright! It wouldn’t be the first time after all.”
I looked up at him curiously and he was quick to answer me.

After my incident with that woman, I could really use a kind face. Before I could respond though, he was introducing himself. “I actually live right across from Mrs. Kirtley. My name’s Derek.”
Derek was tall and slim and athletic looking. He looked like the type that probably ran track in highschool?
“Well it’s very nice to meet you, Derek. I hate that your first impression of me wasn’t exactly…” I trailed off again before I continued, embarrassed that I let my paranoia get the better of me. “I, um, just moved in right across the hall here, do you want to come in for a bit? I’ve got a first aid kit -”
“Oh I’m fine! Really!” His eyes darted in the direction of my apartment. The look on his face mirrored the same look I received from Mrs. Kirtley… Fear?
I didn’t want to be pushy, but I also felt the extreme need to atone for my actions. Looking at the ground he shuffled his feet some as I spoke. “Please? I feel horrible about your nose. I’ve already made one bad impression, and the last thing I’d want is for another one.”
Glancing up at me, he looked at his watch and then finally relented. “I guess I could come in for a bit. You did hit me pretty hard after all. Not the nicest way to greet a neighbor…” My cheeks once again burned red before I broke out into laughter. His sarcasm was much needed and my laughter only seemed to push him onward. “I mean, if you greet all your neighbors like that-”
“Only the nice ones.” I interrupt, the corners of my mouth tugged up into a cheeky grin. His face mirrored mine as he made his way into my apartment.
“You’re witty.” He responded, “I like it. We could use a little of that around here. Most of the other neighbors are pretty dry.”
“Well,” I said as I grabbed the first aid kit from my bathroom, “I’m glad that I’ve offered some much needed change around here then.”
Opening the kit, he pilfered through it till he found the gauze. Shoving some of it into his nose, he looked over at me and pointed to my freezer. “You got a bag of frozen peas or somethin’?”
“I think I actually might!” Handing him the peas, he winced a little as he held the bag to his nose.
“Thanks…? Sorry, I never caught your name?”
“Oh, it’s Anna! I was too busy trying to knock you out to introduce myself, I guess.” A small laugh slipped past my lips when he shook his head and smiled back.
“Injury aside, you seem like a nice girl, so I’ll forgive ya this time!” Once again, his words were coated in just the right amount of sarcasm. Setting down the peas, he rubbed the bridge of his nose gingerly.
“Well..” I started awkwardly, “I would have brought you some cookies too, but unfortunately those all ended up on Mrs. Kirtley’s welcome mat…”
“You mean these?” Setting on my coffee table was the crumbled box of broken cookies. I’d forgotten to even grab them after all the commotion.
“Yes, actually! Thank you for grabbing those for me.”
“Of course. I ate a piece of one while you were looking for the first aid kit, and I’ve gotta hand it to ya, you’re a pretty decent baker.”
Brushing back a strand of my hair and tucking it behind my ear, my face lit up just the tiniest bit at that remark. Having a friend would be nice… But could I trust him??

Knocking on his door took me at least a good 5 minutes. 3 minutes trying to figure out what I would even say and 2 minutes trying to convince myself to knock. But when I finally did, he was quick to answer.
“Hi, you were the one who left me the-”
“Come inside.”
The abrupt way in which he cut me off was slightly unnerving. I knew he’d probably been expecting me since he left that note on my doorstep, but I didn’t expect him to be so eager to see me?
The first thing I noticed when I stepped into his apartment was how insanely clean it was? It almost looked as if no one lived there at all. His apartment was very modern and everything was either in a shade of gray or black. It felt very... Sterile?
“Take a seat.” He said, instructing me to sit on one of the couches in the living room.
His strange demeanor was only proving to make me more nervous and uncomfortable, but despite his off-putting way of speaking, I knew I needed to hear him out.
“I apologize for coming across so…” He trailed off before changing the subject and holding out a hand in my direction. “Dr. Pryor, but you can just call me Matt.”
Matt looked to be of Italian descent. His hair was thick and dark and his face sported a couple of wrinkles above his forehead that led me to believe that maybe he was in his 40’s or 50’s? And he was dressed in formal attire. He donned black slacks, a white dress shirt with sleeves rolled up to his elbows and his tie was slightly loosened.
Shaking his hand, I tried to paste a smile across my face and offer my own pleasantries. “I’m Anna, nice to meet you.”
Nodding, he sat back in his chair and steepled his fingers together in thought for a few moments before he finally broke the silence. “I’m sure you’re wondering why I left that note on your doorstep. I didn’t mean for it to come across as strange, and I hope you didn’t take it that way, but I felt like I needed to warn you.”
“Warn me of what, exactly?” My own fingers fidgeted with a stray piece of string that had come loose at the bottom of my blouse.
He sucked in a quiet breath and appeared sort of apprehensive. “I’m not exactly sure how to say this without it sounding strange, but… I’ve been keeping an eye on you.”
“Excuse me...?” My breathing stilled for a moment and my eyes darted towards his door.
He instantly noticed my change in expression. “I- It’s not like that.” Stuttering over his words, he rubbed the bridge of his nose before saying, “What I mean is that I’ve noticed someone exiting your apartment… But I’ve never seen them enter.”
Every hair on my body stood on end at his words. “What… What do you mean?”
“What I mean is that I find it incredibly concerning that this person is somehow able to get into your apartment other than using your door…” His eyebrows were knitted together in worry. “Have you…” He paused. “Have you been noticing anything strange? Things moving in your apartment perhaps??”
I instantly paled. “I’ve been… Receiving strange notes. Sticky notes left in different places. Up until recently, they have only ever been in my apartment.”
“Well I just… I wanted you to know that I’m looking out for you. Whoever it is has been incredibly good at hiding their identity, because I cannot explain to you for the life of me what this person looks like.”
I watched as his hands carded through his hair. This man was just as on edge as I was, and in a way, it was almost sort of comforting to know that I wasn’t alone in feeling absolutely terrified.
“And you can’t recall any details about what this person looks like?” I questioned.
Scratching the stubble on his chin, he sat quietly for a few moments before commenting. “I honestly cannot tell you anything appearance wise. Every Time I’ve seen them leave, they have always been covered. Black hoodie, black pants, black shoes. I can only guess based on the height and build that it might be a man?”
“The handwriting on the sticky notes makes me believe that he is a man as well.”
Nodding, he sat in silence for a beat or two before he looked down at his watch. “Well, I’ve got some errands I need to run so I will see you out, but I just wanted you to know that I’d be on the lookout for any more suspicious activity.”
Reaching out, I shook his hand again and thanked him before leaving.

In the end, I don’t know if meeting my neighbors really shed any light on the situation, but it was a relief to have my suspicions validated and to know that I wasn’t absolutely crazy. That someone had really been in my apartment. But then there was the chilling statement I’d heard him say that still continued to bother me… It was playing over and over in my head like some sick mantra.
“What I mean is that I’ve noticed someone exiting your apartment… But I’ve never seen them enter.”
Somehow, whoever this psycho was, he was accessing my apartment… From the inside.

Those of you who have been following my posts know that I’ve been getting sticky notes from a stalker, so you already know what to expect when I post. This time though, I need you to expect the unexpected…
I received another sticky note (a purple one again) and it came with another strange marking on one of the corners…

One of the comments on my last post mentioned that it may be a puzzle, and that maybe I should connect the sticky notes to see if it makes a picture? Since receiving this new sticky note, I think they might just be right… I also need to address the note I got from my neighbor across the hall from me, but I’ll get to that in a few paragraphs. Just bear with me and be patient... You'll understand why I saved that whole interaction for the ending of my post.
So, I finally took some time out to meet some of the other tenants on my floor. I’ll document what I thought about each of them individually, and maybe some of you can help me figure out if any of them might be a suspect? Someone in my last post mentioned my landlord (Jack), but for some reason I just can’t fathom him doing anything sinister? But then again… I really don’t know who I can trust, can I?

“Can I help you with something?”
“Hi! I’m the new tenant that just moved into 13B, I just wanted to introduce myself!” Handing the woman the neatly wrapped box of cookies, I smiled and said, “I’m Anna, nice to meet you.” I figured if I was going to meet (interrogate) my neighbors, the best course of action would be to sweeten them up first.
Yanking the cookies from my grasp, the woman threw them on the ground and looked me right in the eye before saying, “Stay away from me. I don’t want anything that’s touched you or your apartment in my space.”
With a nod, I backed away and quickly apologized before she slammed the door. Confusion bubbled within me and my eyes couldn’t help but water when I saw the box on the ground. The cookies had all toppled out, some of them broken. The twine had come loose during the tumble. Crouching down, I scooped up the pieces and the crumbs and shoved them back into the box. Embarrassment burned at my cheeks as I scrambled to do so as fast as I could. Most of them fell onto her welcome mat which looked incredibly pristine before my unwanted cookies landed on it. Maybe she just didn’t take kindly to visitors? I know I certainly didn’t feel very “welcome”. My first impression of this woman was that she wasn’t very pleasant in the slightest. I didn’t even get her name. She was a willowy looking woman with thin gray hair and unusually blue eyes. Upon first glance, she didn’t even look as if she could hurt a fly, but her words said otherwise.
Before I could stand back up though, I felt a hand on my shoulder. A gasp escaped my lips and I jerked, the touch catching me off guard. Before I knew it, my elbow connected with a face and in the same instant I heard a slight groaning sound. Dropping the cookies, I turned around to see a man. I cringed when I noticed his hand clutching his nose, blood continuing to seep out from beneath his fingertips.
“Oh my gosh! I’m so sorry!” Rushing across the hallway to my door, I hurriedly pulled it open and called out to him, “Stay right there!” Grabbing a handful of napkins, I ran back out into the hall and handed them to him, guilt clawing at my insides. If only he knew why I was so jumpy. I’d been on nothing but high alert for days… “I’m so sorry! I didn’t even hear you walking up to me.”
A small chuckle escaped his lips as he took the napkins from my hands and held them up to his nose. “You sure are a lot stronger than you look, that’s for sure. I think you broke it.”
A million more apologies danced on the tip of my tongue and I started to recite them all before he cut me off and said, “It’s alright! It wouldn’t be the first time after all.”

2023.06.09 20:41 BT11206 Do the body aches ever go away?
I’m on my 7th week of 5mg 2x/ day and the body/muscle aches are really bothersome. I’m a runner and can’t even bring myself to get on my treadmill for the past few weeks bc my whole body just hurts. Oh and I’m tired ALL THE TIME. I’m supposed to increase my dose next week but I’m hesitant because I don’t want to be dealing with these body aches and am considering just stopping altogether. Is this a side effect that goes away eventually or should I just throw in the towel?

So I'm here looking to find someone who would want to spend some time together getting to know each other! I'm also just trying to pass the time at work since it's been a drag already and I'm working overtime today.
So I'll start with more information about myself. I am 28 years old living in California! Not a major city by any stretch of the imagination but it's a nice little town. I have a few pets. I currently have a dog and cat along with sheep and chickens.
Now that the general life stuff has been put out there. I'll take a bit more about the things I enjoy doing and my passions! My major hobby is playing games. I have a PC, Switch, and a PS5. I've been playing a lot of FFXIV lately so I'd definitely love to have someone to play with! I'm excited for FF XVI and I just can't wait anymore for it. I do have tons of steam games as well and I'm happy to buy some games to play with others!
I'm also quite an avid enjoyer of movies and shows! As far as movies go though I love the worst movies because they are just the most fun to watch and make fun of. I'm looking at movies like Troll 2 and the likes where they don't take themselves very seriously. So I'll definitely show you some of the worst movies ever made. I'm also an extra huge fan of the worst horror movies so anything that's terrible and horror is right up my alley. Although I do enjoy regular movies just as much like Tucker and Dale Vs Evil, Malignant, and old 70s and 80s horror movies. I will basically watch anything and enjoy most films. As for shows I mostly watch Netflix series that catch my eye like Ozark and i finally watched Wednesday and i quire enjoyed it so ill happily take suggestions on new shows!. I'm open to suggestions and I'd happily welcome someone along to watch with me! I also enjoy anime mostly have been sticking to older anime recently like Cowboy Bebop, Now and Then Here and There, Macross although I do watch newer series but not as often just anything that catches my eye. Recently it's been SpyxFamily and JoJo as well as Konosuba. I'm also very open to suggestions so just let me know and I'll give it a watch!
So yeah that mostly explains my hobbies I know they are of the more typical reddit variety. I also enjoy working on and building anything I can whether it be birdhouses or dog houses or really anything in between I'm always happy to try and build something. The title is really weird but I don’t know what else to say. This is my first reddit post so please be easy on me in the comments. As said, my ex boyfriends best friend has a daughter. I’ve never met her in person considering the fact that my ex and i were long distance. The only thing that I know about this little girl is that she’s a girl and she’s little. I’m scared for her. My ex boyfriend, i’ll call him Alejandro, is a pedophile. I know this is a very wild accusation but I was his victim. He’s 17 years older than me. I’m a minor. I wish I never ever let this guy pull me in but he just seemed so lonely. He was drunk everyday, always high, and just overall a really lonely guy. I was in a toxic relationship when I met him and he always told me that I was “too young to be in a toxic relationship” which yeah, it’s true. But I also was way too young to be with him. But he wanted me and he got me.
The whole point of this post is just me wanting advice. His best friend doesn’t know my actual age. His entire family, friends even, don’t know my actual age. I want so badly to let his best friend know and at least warn him to keep his little girl away from my ex because what if he does the same thing to her? I don’t know what to do. This man has two kids. They’ve already seen their father in and out of prison and they don’t want him to go back. I would heard them crying to him and begging him not to get into any fights because what if their dad is taken? I’m stuck. I really don’t know what to do and I feel like nothing is getting better. He haunts me.

So I’ve got 108 hours in the game right now, I’ve played almost every hero though obviously I still have some I haven’t gotten enough practice as but I’d say I’d know a good bit. I mainly do support and tank but I’ve been trying to practice damage more bc I wanna be able to be good at that too. I was considering trying competitive despite being nervous about it bc of what I’ve seen but wasn’t sure when I should. Does anyone have tips for when you’re going to play?

Why I've always struggled with dating
I just literally can't find anyone, I've tried talking to tons of men, nothing ever becomes of it. I do use dating apps because offline I'm never approached or even looked at. I'm seen as the settle for less, I've been treated like a hookup even though I don't follow through on it. I don't know why guys take thinner women more seriously but discard me like I'm some sort of garbage. They say they are interested to get laid. I'm convinced that men don't like big women, but they think big women make up for being big which makes them nice or sweet. So in reality it's not men liking large women, it's men liking sweet women who will never leave them cause they are big. So men think they can do whatever they want to them because they think no one else will want them.
My friends get out of relationships and they have a line of men waiting for them. Its been over 4 years for me, I just think I'm going to die alone. Not to sound morbid, but I just give up. Why would anything go right anyways?
I'm not even cute for someone whose bigger, thats probably my issue.

2023.06.09 20:41 BT11206 Do the body aches ever go away?
I’m on my 7th week of 5mg 2x/ day and the body/muscle aches are really bothersome. I’m a runner and can’t even bring myself to get on my treadmill for the past few weeks bc my whole body just hurts. I’m supposed to increase my dose next week but I’m hesitant because I don’t want to be dealing with these body aches and am considering just stopping altogether. Is this a side effect that goes away or is this something that is self limiting?
