Three out of the four lead characters were technically looking for a long term relationship. They often went on traditional dates specifically with the purpose to see if they click with the other person, if they're good on paper, etc.
Miranda and Charlotte make my point the best since they are the ones who specifically told Steve and Harry that they were just hooking up, despite the women generally wanting to start a family with someone (just not them lol).
Samantha obviously told Smith the same but that was expected of her - whoever she was going to end up with would have started off as casual sex (with the exception of Maria).
With Carrie and Big, it is of course slightly ambiguous because they did go on a first date but as they had sex before they even had a meal together, I think it's fair to say this relationship also began as a hook up (not to mention for how long Big was on the fence about defining his commitment to Carrie).

With a background in electronic music, Vauhkonen explains his transition into avant-garde / spiritual jazz: "It came from Krautrock first, I started listening to Can, and searched through all the psychedelic German rock bands. There was a lot of jazzier elements there, horns and saxophones, I think it came from there, and then I found Miles Davis and John Coltrane (and) started listening to the early Sun Ra material."
Puna features the interplay of vocalist Merikukka Kiviharju (Fat Chance, Jazzgangsters) on tracks 'Puna', Kaiju Kaiija', 'Kuinka Kukaan' and 'Calamity Caravan', matching with the intensity of Johannes Sarjasto’s saxophone, and Staffan Södergård’s piano. So I have a T5S0 tube lamp and I think a ceramic heat emitter (I have the heat lamp from his old owners so I don’t know for sure but I’m planning on getting a new CHE soon). I’ve been having issues of humidity being too high recently, especially at night (I know humidity increase at night is normal but it was getting to be like 80 sometimes). I ended up buying a dehumidifier that I put in the tank, and I put a sock with dry rice, and the tank has a mesh top and I make sure to open the window near his tank for air circulation and I put a mini fan near his tank on sometimes. This has helped bring the humidity down but it still goes up to be 50-60s sometimes, especially at night. Is there anything else I can do? I’m also assuming that once we start turning the AC on during the summer that will also help with the humidity. Thanks!

Hello all, looking for some advice, this is an odd-one.
My stepfather (John Smith) as such is due to retire soon however is under a considerable amount of stress about receiving his pension.
The pension provider has requested photo identification to proceed.
John Smith does not have a password or photo driving license. He has an old driving license that did not require a photograph at the time.
Now, here’s where it gets interesting.
John Smith is registered as John Moore on his birth certificate. Mother being unmarried and no father’s name.
The mother, married later on, however John was not adopted by the man bringing him up, however used his surname, thus John Smith.
John went throughout his life using the name John Smith, went to school, got a national insurance card, bank accounts and mortgages, all under the name John Smith.
John, was only informed of this true biological father a year or so ago. Both his biological father and stepfather are now deceased. Mother is alive, but fragile.
John is unable to obtain a passport or photo driving license because the name on the birth certificate is different to that on every other document and account used for decades. Essentially, there are no legal records of John Smith, leading to the issue with receiving his pension.
Asking the community, what to do next? The man is the most kindest person I’ve ever met, it’s awful to see him worried about something he’s worked his entire life for.

My stepfather (John Smith) as such is due to retire soon however is under a considerable amount of stress about receiving his pension.
The pension provider has requested photo identification to proceed.
John Smith does not have a password or photo driving license. He has an old driving license that did not require a photograph at the time.
Now, here’s where it gets interesting.
John Smith is registered as John Moore on his birth certificate. Mother being unmarried and no father’s name.
The mother, married later on, however John was not adopted by the man bringing him up, however used his surname, thus John Smith.
John went throughout his life using the name John Smith, went to school, got a national insurance card, bank accounts and mortgages, all under the name John Smith.
John, was only informed of this true biological father a year or so ago. Both his biological father and stepfather are now deceased. Mother is alive, but fragile.
John is unable to obtain a passport or photo driving license because the name on the birth certificate is different to that on every other document and account used for decades. Essentially, there are no legal records of John Smith, leading to the issue with receiving his pension.
Asking the community, what to do next? The man is the most kindest person I’ve ever met, it’s awful to see him worried about something he’s worked his entire life for.
