Since Feb. I’ve had a fairly constant dull ache/pain in my lower left pelvic area. Made worse when sitting in certain positions or lying on my side. First thought it was an ovarian cyst but it wasn’t. Did CT scans of my pelvis and abdomen and all normal. No kidney stones.
What/where would you go next? My OB suggested pelvic floor PT as a noninvasive next step.

In Feb., I decided to look into freezing my eggs. The fertility doctor found a large cyst on my left ovary. Then I started to notice pain in this area that feels like a little ball of fire kind of always there, made worse when sitting, twisting and certain positions.
In April, she attempted to remove the cyst laparoscopically but then ended up having to drain it transvaginally.
After surgery, I never really noticed any relief from the initial pain and noticed that it was a bit worse than it was.
Asked my PCP his thoughts, he recommended we do CTs of my pelvis and abdomen. All normal and didn’t show any kidney stones.
Confirmed via ultrasound that the cyst did not come back and that my ovaries and uterus look great. My OB recommends pelvic floor PT as an easienoninvasive next step.
Any thoughts? Where would you send your patient?
After all of this, I’m VERY close to reaching my out of pocket max so everything after would be very cheap. I’m open to full steam ahead if it could mean solving this before the new year and saving some $$$.
33, female, have been on semaglutide (Wegovy) for a little over a year and birth control for quite a while. No diagnoses, have always been healthy bloodwork/exam wise. Have lost 65lbs on Wegovy.

2023.06.09 20:29 o_btree Having a hard time deciding between getting a 100% and starting the game over after finishing my first playthrough
This game was my go-to for enjoyment and even relaxation the last few months. I got through it fairly quickly although I did take some moments to enjoy some hunting and did alot of side missions before returning to main story missions.. yet I feel so empty when considering playing now that the epilogue is over. I played some until a Blackwater bounty for the guy stealing tools caused a glitch (got the poster and the location never showed up on the map).
So no without even a bounty to go for, no missions besides repeating the Mr. White and Mr. Black posters mission (another glitch?)... I am lost as to what to do. I don't have much money so I can't go and buy a bunch of other games, I don't really want to restart yet as I want the story to feel more fresh again and give that time, and I find it hard to explore the map for little things as I probably have ADHD or something. The story was so gripping and having a story mission or side mission waiting for me allowed me to feel more comfortable taking my time, doing chores, and exploring. Now I am using fast travel or the carriage/trains, feeling empty just wandering around.
How did you guys handle the finishing of the game during your first playthrough? Am I overthinking things and it would be enjoyable to complete the 100% or just start again? Or maybe I should just give it a break and come back to the game when the ending is still so fresh? Advice is appreciated.

- The bill has no time limit for case length, although the Sejm gains the right of holding a special parliamentary session to settle a case at any time. The Recovery Task Force (mentioned in point no. 2) can send requests to the Sejm for settling cases if they prove difficult to finalize;

To put it in perspective: 6,511 damage is possible from an elemental reaction like Swirl at ~800 EM (an easy Sucrose number; this is also not accounting for chain reactions like Cross-Vape Pyro Swirl into Overload, which is like 30-40k).
I don't know about anyone else, but this is LOW for a reaction, even accounting for the 40% Phys RES Shred (which has fallen off as of late as Phys teams aren't used nearly as often anymore according to server Abyss stats).

I feel like HYV could change that, the way they did for Nilou Bloom.
Here's some ideas:

CHARACTER: Just like how Nilou can amplify Bloom reactions to the moon, HYV could introduce a character who's kit specifically revolves around Superconducting. If it's Cryo, I can imagine it being a 2:1 bonus to Superconduct based on CRIT Rate, or +0.6% bonus per 1,000 HP. If it's Electro, I can see it being either +0.9% bonus per 1% ER above 100%, or a bonus to the base damage equal to 25% ATK or 100% EM.
ARTIFACTS: Just like how 4P Flower of Paradise Lost has a direct bonus to Bloom-based reactions, I could see an artifact set that gives a 60% bonus to Superconduct, then after hitting with a skill/burst it adds to the base damage by either a flat amount (like +80), or by 15% EM per stack up to 5 stacks.
Just a little something to get that reaction out of copium territory, or dedicated solely to Phys teams who don't even care about the reaction itself, just its shred.

Im a full time student and worker. and my financial life just fell apart and i lost all my savings. I need to slave away my next 4months just to go back to my starting point. The thought of it is horrible considering even while i had some savings I barely had a good nutrition and sleep. want to join the defense industry as a last resort because i need to take care of the family. Im 5'7 and around 200lb just turned 19. A significant amount of it are muscle mass but I havent worked out in a couple of years due to injuries. I have a quite visible dad bod but it aint that bad. I need a way to conveniently lose weight fast. No i dont eat a lot, i barely eat but my metabolism is really slow due to a medical condition. I used to spend 3 hrs at the gym with nearly 2hrs of cardio and i would barely lose fat but only gain muscle. I dont have time to go back to working out at the gym, so im focusing on regaining my pushups strengths and such at home. My social life is dead anyways and i barely got friends in the country. So i really dont care about having a social or romantic life because its not my focus at all. Any advice?

Trigger warning ig, is this kind of post even allowed? I found out someone who abused me on campus graduated at umass a year early than I thought they would and I’m thinking now it’s too late to report them for title 9. I transferred to another state school far away to escape this person and I don’t regret that. However I stupidly reassured them I would never report them bc I felt guilty for them, but now I want to reclaim my voice and I’m afraid it’s too late. Is it possible to report after they’ve graduated? I don’t know if I want the police involved.

I got on my play station the other day and found my account was removed as primary and all the games were lost, reached out to PS support and they told me to wait 2-5 days and if it still wasn't working to call back then... After 2 days of waiting it was kinda fixed, as in I could play games ... But my years worth of PS+ monthly games were removed so I can no longer play them... I was in the school ( I don't think i recognise this from real life ) Heard a noise checked the bathroom stall there was a zombie some old school friends i recognise were also there , i started looking for weapons to kill it most weapons were too short , they kinda tried to too not as hard but soon they started running and seeing them i did too even though i somewhat didn't wanted to it was abrupt , while walking a small group of two seperated from majority i thought it'd be safer to take different routes so i follow smaller group , this is where it hits the feeling it was so surreal i still kinda feel it , i felt like i left something/ someone behind and "wtf am i doing here" kinda lost it was so surreal I can't describe it , maybe i followed the group coz i was scared of being left alone but regardless we the both groups going round the school ended up in the same place that is hiding behind the trees in a ground .
I think it might be related to career the dream but idk about the feeling what do you guys think was that about ? Thank you

Tomorrow my [first] boyfriend(30M) is taking me to his parents house to introduce me to his mother(55F) after four months of dating. His mom is recently widowed. His dad(60M) died from lung cancer a day after we met, back in February.
So the thing here is that I’m scared she will not like me. I can be shy and socially awkward with people when I first meet them sometimes. There are moments where I don’t know what to talk about, it depends . But yeah, it could also be the opposite scenario. We could get along pretty well and that’s what I would like to
Also, the fact that she just lost her husband and partner of 40 years in a 5 month agonising battle, makes me want to be extra cautious with what I say or how I act in front of her. I’m super respectful, kind and a good listener. But hey I’m scared I will say something wrong and then messing it up with her or my relationship.
Boyfriend says she’s a strong woman but also vulnerable. She never worked or studied so her whole life was being a housewife and these last years she was spending all the time with her husband after he went on jubilation. And the untimely death of her husband has shattered her world, her motivation and future plans.
Any advice on how to behave myself and manage this situation taking into account the grief she’s going through?

I remember seeing a movie with my parents around 2015-2018 , it’s definitely an older movie . I'm not 100% this is what the movie was about, but I remember it revolving around a lost boy. One thing that I remember is the last scene of the movie. The scene is the boy walking by himself down a creek or down a path when text suddenly appears. Kind of like how movies do when the story is based on "true events" basically explaining what had happened to the people after the events that took place.another small detail I remember Is there being some kind of detective??. my parents rented it from one of those Redbox machines that are outside grocery stores.
