The workplace is terrible.
We have mold all over the wall in the back of the house. We told management over and over again and they won't do anything about it. We told our head manager and he looked at us, made a face, and walked away. They don't give us any supplies to attempt to clean the mold unless we BEG. Most of the time they just have us cover it up with big barrels or boxes we have lying around. It's disgusting. We have had people sick, coughing, and sneezing because management won't do anything.
When they told us we'd be getting 50 new hires but they be cutting our hours. They also said for the summer shifts, only 1 person would be working a section for the whole 10hour day. Most of the employees who are working that "awesome" summer shift are working 4-5 days out the week at PART TIME.
When people started putting in their 2 weeks, management retaliated by firing them immediately without waiting the 2 weeks. Management also likes to ghost employees and remove access to the schedule, firing them, without any notice. Literally no notice at all, not a email after or before, not a text, not a call, and definitely not in person.
My coworkers are trying to unionize but we don't think it's possible because they hired us through a temp agency. We've called OSHA, we had to leave a message. All of us are afraid threaten them into getting their stuff together because of the recent ghost fires.
I also forgot to mention the fact that have a camera in the breakroom, in the same area we get dressed and undressed. Our slime is not regularly cleaned at all. And we only had 1 HR person for our 3 locations, although she also recently quit.
Any advice on what to do?

Other than torturing him in various ways, what purpose did it have? Maybe it was just to remove him from Buffy's house and, thus, making the Potentials more vulnerable Yet, it's proven the First influenced Chloe's suicide. So it can't be that.
Those torture scenes were hard to watch, but I still loved them, especially when Spike started praying that Buffy was coming for him. It was even more poignant that this scene reminded me of a similar scene from another except that it was a female saying those prayers that her man will come to rescue her from the enemy.

Trying to figure out how to make excel "look" for blocks of data based off of a consistent header.

The headers will be consistent but I am wondering how to grab blocks like that, hopefully able to be flexible and still get stuff until subtotal
The rows move around day by day so it needs to get stuff from "Sales by category" - "retail category" for example.

Me and my family live in a two story house and after living there for a year we thought we had a ghost. we named them Dwayne not knowing what they were or who they were. Now that we have been living here for 4 years I have been having so experiences. As in hearing noises and doors opening by themselves all why either being the only one upstairs or being home alone. We are Sprout House, a community dedicated to Pikmin tournaments. We've been running tourneys open to anyone and everyone since July 2020, and this is our newest yet! We currently have 10 people participating, but we hope to get this number up before the tourney starts!
This is a Pikmin 2 2-Player Battle 1v1 tournament, but it's not the VS mode you're used to! Our official Sprout Cup Hack replaces the existing maps with 20 all-new custom ones! Additionally, there are numerous balance changes to ensure a fair throwdown, from being able to carry your own marble to the removal of egg sprays to Pikmin-on-Pikmin fights being deterministic rather than RNG-based!
The maps feature all-new game-changing additions, such as mini marbles that award a full marble each time you collect 5, a purple marble on some maps that instantly wins the round when collected but is slow to carry, a special marble that you carry to your OPPONENT's onion on some maps, various new obstacles and hazards such as bridges, seesaw blocks and even the Waterwraith... and a timer to keep the pressure on!
There will be fixtures published at the beginning of each week. Matches will usually be on weekends. If your fixture doesn't work for you, you can ask for it to be moved to another time and/or date. Participants will be matched against each other in a double-elimination bracket tree. Win your match to advance up the ranks, but you'll have a second chance (or maybe more) if you lose! We have dedicated hosts in North America and Europe, who will handle all the multiplayer stuff on their end - just join the Parsec and soon enough you'll get straight to the action! We also have a tech support on hand to assess any problems you may have setting up.
To participate, you will need Parsec (a FREE program that lets you remotely access another person's computer) and a decent internet connection. We also strongly recommend a controller. You do NOT need the game or the hack, but you are welcome to try it out yourself if you want.

TLDR: I was offered a job to leave my current company for another with a salary increase of $10,000. Unfortunately it is with a store that is in rapid decline and is considering closing within the next year or two, if sales aren't increased. I am a single father with one child. Should I take the offer, or decline?
I currently work in an auto parts store. I've been there for 9 years now, and I make a decent amount of money compared to the cost of living in my area. The company I work for is doing well, and there appears to be no issues of job security.
Recently, I was offered a job to manage a store for a different company. Right now, I'm not in management, and have no experience aside from taking over extra duties when my manager is out. This other store is, basically put, dying. On a busy day, they average 15 sales. My current store averages well over 100. We are located near a smaller city, with 7 other parts stores in the area. The district manager told me they've been considering closing this store for the past 4 years, but have decided to try with one more manager.
They've offered me an increase of around $10,000 a year to start, with the agreement of a raise once things turn around. IF I can turn it around. I have one child, and am a single father. Right now, I have security and a healthy salary. To take this offer, I would give up this security for less than I would consider. After talking to family and close friends, I came to the conclusion to turn the offer down. I spoke to the person that was interested in hiring me, and explained my reasons for turning it down. I lack management experience, which would be very helpful for reviving the store. And with my child, I do not feel that it is worth the risk. He said he understood and appreciated my honesty, and I thought that was the end. He called back the next day saying that I was the only candidate they wanted to hire out of several others and would give me the time I need to decide, whether a week or a month.
Am I in the wrong for turning down this offer, or should I stand my ground and continue to decline?

1) Will this be your first dog? If not, what experience do you have owning/training dogs?

• I grew up with dogs and I'm comfortable around them, but it would be my first time having one of my own.

2) Do you have a preference for rescuing a dog vs. going through a reputable breeder?

• My first instinct is to go through a breeder as I'd like to get something specific and want to train it from a puppy. I would definitely consider adoption though.

3) Describe your ideal dog.

• On the larger side, I had a German shepherd, and a GSD/lab mix growing up. In terms of temperament, a dog that is good around new people and other dogs just so being at the park isn't stressful. A gentle and playful breed would be ideal. I can give it walks and fetch and stuff daily, but probably shouldn't need constant mental stimulation, some is fine. I'd like to take it for hikes as well. Something that can be a bit protective would be nice, but not make or break. In terms of deal breakers I think excessive drooling would annoy me, also constant barking would be an issue. Other than that I would like if it wasn't a constant heavy shedder, but I think I can deal with that for the right dog.

4) What breeds or types of dogs are you interested in and why?

• I really like the look of Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs, though that might be too expensive and big for me, they seem like gentle giants, and a great for petting, I like GSDs as they just seem like great all around dogs with great friendly personalities, labs are also appealing, and golden retrievers, though with the later 3 I would like to get an idea of if I can keep it so absolutely everything I own isn't covered in fur all the time.

5) What sorts of things would you like to train your dog to do?

• Basic obedience. I want it to be good on a leash, be able to be off a leash in an appropriately enclosed place. I don't really need it to do tricks or jobs, behavior is the biggest thing. I'd like it not to jump on people unless play is happening.

6) Do you want to compete with your dog in a sport (e.g. agility, obedience, rally) or use your dog for a form of work (e.g. hunting, herding, livestock guarding)? If so, how much experience do you have with this work/sport?

• Nope

7) How long do you want to devote to training, playing with, or otherwise interacting with your dog each day?

• I work from home, and I'm fairly introverted. I go to church on Sunday, get together with friends in the evenings maybe a couple times a week for a few hours. Other than that I'm home. I don't travel that much, a few work trips a year of a couple days and maybe a vacation. So plenty of time to devote to this stuff.

8) How long can you exercise your dog each day, on average? What sorts of exercise are you planning to give your dog regularly and does that include using a dog park?

• A short walk in the morning, a longer walk at night, probably at least 1 mid day. I feel like I can put at least an hour a day into it. I have places to play fetch and stuff too.

9) How much regular brushing are you willing to do? Are you open to trimming hair, cleaning ears, or doing other grooming at home? If not, would you be willing to pay a professional to do it regularly?

• I don't think weekly or twice weekly even would bug me for brushing. I can afford to get it groomed though I would prefer if that was only occasional like 4 times a year maybe.

10) What size dog are you looking for?

• 60lbs+ and less than 120lbs I think.

11) How much shedding, barking, and slobber can you handle?

• Slobber I rather that be minimal, shedding I'm on the fence, less is better, but I need to get an idea of how well I can keep things clean with a heavy shedder. I can probably handle it.

12) How important is being able to let your dog off-leash in an unfenced area?

• Pretty important, I'd like to have that option.

• I think a good mix of the two if that is a thing. Lounging on the couch or bed is good, but also doesn't need to be constant.

• Probably more eager to please.

15) How would you prefer your dog to respond to someone knocking on the door or entering your yard? How would you prefer your dog to greet strangers or visitors?

• Yes, I think friendly is good, if the dog is a big weary that't fine.

• I'd prefer not to, I definitely don't want to have to stop my dog from possibly jumping another dog.

• A lot of aggression especially towards people, and excessive barking that can't be dealt with training wise. I do have a big space, but I live in an apartment building and can't have it barking all day every day.

• Not often, and probably never more than 4 hours. Maybe 2 or 3 times a week. If I need to be gone for more than a day I would likely take him/her to my parents who have a GSD and could take care of him/her.

• Currently live alone.

20) Do you have other pets or are you planning on having other pets? What breed or type of animal are they?

• No plans for other pets. I do date, so it is theoretically possible I will get with someone with an animal, but it would likely be another dog.

• Maybe occasionally, but not daily or weekly. Some of my friends have kids so once in a while probably.

• No current restrictions. I do currently rent.

• Virginia, I don't know of breed bans.

• Summer it is usually 80s and 90s here, I do keep the apartment in the 60s. Winter can get down to the 20s, but 40s is more normal.

I asked GPT-4 to create a puzzle that would do the following: comprehension, abstraction, basic maths, and logical reasoning.
This type of challenge is what I use the local LLMs for. Not storytelling, or chatting, or with frameworks. I write code in python (with GPT-4) and chain the models and outputs manually. It is important to me that each iteration of the meta loop does not decrease the process quality - cf. the propensity of AutoGPT and similar chains to hallucinate and get stuck very quickly.
So, this is the puzzle that tests the models' comprehension, abstraction, basic arithmetic, and logical reasoning:

Bing: hallucinates itself into a comfortable reality where it is correct, inventing a link to where this puzzle and the correct solution were published, alas it is a hallucinated reality.
