To all therapist, how do you guys cope or deal with that massive heavy burden feeling when your clients talk about heavy topics, like death?
During therapy today, I was sharing about my week and that I wrote instructions about my funeral, if I died. And for info, I'm not suicidal, meaning I'm not self-harming, or planning/putting plans to end my own life but just the concept of death itself has always been interesting to me and talking about death should never be a taboo.
When he asked me to describe it, I just handed my phone over to him to read the actual text I wrote and I think that overwhelmed him a little, cause it contained my thoughts and details. Of course he was about to connect my thoughts to issues that we're working on but on the hindsight, maybe I shouldn't have shared it so openly cause it's quite morbid.
I thought about it, and now I feel bad about it. It's like someone has to digest this weird piece of writing that I wrote.

So pretty much every job application now seems to be racist as they want to know my race, disabilities and veteran status.
What is the most effective answer to these questions that ensures I don't get punished for being a straight white single male with no asterisks?
I am a veteran so that one is easy but there's other questions too, that should not be being asked in current year but here we are.

I am not at all a woman who is conventianally attractive by society standards.
I am genetically inferior because i am too short (5'1) which was a major deal breaker for all the men i met, no matter what height they are. I am also of arabic desent, which even worsens my case.
I wasn't so popular in HS. In fact I was constantly bullied by both girls and boys. At one point one bully genuinely tried to kill me by "accident".
I was never felt desirable in any shape or form.
In my 20s the only men who had "interest" in me were the "pump and dump" types, which i could luckily spot way before it was too late.
I was never picked to be a girlfriend in the full term. According to them I am not enough for them to meet my/their parents .
I have also been lied to about the idea that men care about women's kindness than about their appearance. I've been told to remain virgin until mariage because thats what makes a "good" wife. I was raised by two parents who were very poor in the beginning and they taught me that I should look past a man's finances and focus on who he is.They also tauht me other good values like loyalty and nurture and compassion and patience.
However, when i hear men claim they hate goldiggers and abusers and cheaters, I just find it harder to believe them because they still go for those women. And still prefer them just because they are tall and pretty.
I felt lied to my entire life. and I no longer can trust society/men at this point.

I love exploring and completing things and not much is needed but definitely some stuff needed.
1 - Be able to see a list of completed side quests - some side quests are hidden which is fine but I would like to be able to narrow down what ones are missing.
2 - I am missing one unexplored section of fractured peaks but have the full map uncovered - probably something extremely tiny but do not see any faded parts of the map making this extremely frustrating especially with the areas being large. It needs to be slightly clearer for all points of interest where there is something that needs uncovering. I have spent so many hours running across the area again and again trying to get this last part........ just to clarify I have done all 3 strongholds.
3 - Not sure what the deal here is, some dungeons I have completed have a green tick but others I have completed do not which is weird and not sure if its a bug or if it is intentional.

I was bored today and had the brilliant idea to create a Valorant agent based on Ahri from League of Legends. I really wanted to capitalize on how Ahri is played in the league but some parts of her kit would have been really, really hard to implement in a tactical shooter like valorant. I tried my best to make this design concept as true to Ahri as possible, but I was unable to find a use for Charm(E) in a way that was fair. With that being said here is the concept.
Agent Concept: Ahri
Class: Duelist
Overview:
Ahri is a self-sufficient and agile Duelist agent who excels at fragging and quickly escaping from dangerous situations. With her utility focused primarily on personal use, she thrives in individual engagements and can swiftly disengage without suffering significant punishment. Her abilities are designed to enhance her survivability, mobility, and deceptive tactics, making her a formidable force on the battlefield.
Abilities:
Fox Fire (Signature Ability - Deployable):
Ahri throws a Molotov cocktail called "Fox Fire" that creates a small flame upon impact. This ability has three charges. Each recast of Fox Fire before deploying consumes one charge when actually casted. The intensity and damage of the flame increase with the number of charges consumed:
One recast: Creates a smaller red flame that deals moderate damage over time.
Two recasts: Creates a larger blue flame that deals increased damage and covers a wider area.
Three recasts: Creates a powerful spirit flame that lasts longer and maintains the same size and damage as the blue flame.
Ahri can choose to recast Fox Fire multiple times to increase the intensity and duration of the flame, allowing her to control the area and deny enemy movement or force them to take damage if they enter the affected zone.
Spirit Rush (Ability 1 - Self-cast):
Ahri instantly dashes a short distance in any direction, allowing her to quickly reposition or dodge incoming enemy fire. This ability provides her with increased mobility and evasiveness, granting her an advantage in one-on-one duels and enabling her to escape unfavorable encounters.
Deception (Ability 2 - Deployable):
Ahri deploys a deceptive footprint marker at a targeted location within her line of sight. Using a map interface, Ahri can specify the position where the footsteps will appear. The ability creates three sets of footsteps in quick succession, simulating the sound of an enemy's movement. Attentive players may be tricked into thinking an opponent is nearby, potentially diverting their attention and creating an opportunity for Ahri to flank or engage them from a different angle. The footsteps disappear after a short duration.
Ultimate Ability: Essence Surge (Ultimate Ability):
Ahri taps into the spirit realm, unlocking her full potential. When activated, she gains access to Essence Fragments dropped by her fallen teammates. The ultimate ability provides Ahri with the following benefits:
Essence Collection: Ahri collects Essence Fragments from her fallen teammates for each teammate fallen in the round Ahri casts it. These Essence Fragments allow her to gain additional charges of her abilities. (Example: If one teammate dies she allows is granted 1 additional ability, but if 4 teammates dies she is granted 4)
Fox Fire: This ability remains the same in strength, but will take 3 valuable essence fragments to create a Spirit Fire if the ability has already been used. If however, the ability has charges remaining, creating a full fire will only take as many essence fragments needed in addition to the remaining charges.
Dash Mastery: If Ahri hasn't used her Spirit Rush ability before casting her ultimate, she gains an empowered version of Spirit Rush, allowing her to perform a further, faster dash. This ability can be cast again with consumption of an essence fragment
Deception Unleashed: During her ultimate, Ahri's Deceptive Footsteps ability gains increased effectiveness. Enemies in moderate range of Ahri cannot hear their teammates footsteps while Ahri is in her ultimate(but can hear all other sounds) and may trick opponents into believing that enemies are present, further confusing and diverting their attention.
Essence Surge - Now you see me: By recasting her ultimate, Ahri consumes an essence fragment and grants herself 3 seconds of invisibility, during this time she cannot fire any weapons or use Fox Fire, but is allowed the use of her Spirit Rush as well as Deception Unleashed.
Playstyle and Strategy:
Ahri's playstyle revolves around her exceptional mobility, deceptive tactics, and offensive capabilities. She excels in duels and quickly repositions herself to catch enemies off guard.
Fox Fire provides Ahri with versatile area denial and damage potential. By managing the charges of Fox Fire, she can control the battlefield and force opponents to either take damage or maneuver around the flames, creating opportunities for her to engage or disengage.
Spirit Rush allows Ahri to navigate the battlefield swiftly, dodging incoming threats or closing the gap on unsuspecting opponents. It is crucial for her evasiveness and repositioning, giving her an advantage in one-on-one duels and enabling her to escape unfavorable encounters.
Deception adds a layer of deception to Ahri's toolkit. By placing the footstep markers strategically, she can mislead opponents and create opportunities to catch them off guard or flank them from unexpected directions. Timing and placement are crucial to maximize the effectiveness of this ability.
During her ultimate, Essence Surge, Ahri gains access to additional charges and enhanced versions of her abilities. The empowered abilities make her a difficult force to manage, even in 5v1 situations. Obviously, Ahri’s Ultimate is best used in situations where she can fully capitalize on spirit fragments, but taking on many enemies will still be difficult. On the flip side, using her Ultimate in a 1v1 could be considered a waste of the valuable, round changing ultimate, so decision making is ultimately high risk high reward in almost all situations.

I saw some people (mostly on the JP side) complaining about it on twitter so I thought to bring it here since I kinda agree a little
We understand Suletta's development is subtle, but is anyone else kinda bothered the show never really focused on it? Like, they dropped all those bombshells on her on episodes 17-18 and the most we got about her reaction was her laying in bed all sad on episode 19, and we dont even know what are her thoughts about the whole clone thing or anything. And she barely has screentime now that the show is focused on moving the plot along and she has no means to be active on it. And now there's only 4 episodes (that we know of) to deal with all that.
I still think the show is amazing but this has been bothering me a bit, hopefully next episode comes back to have her as the focus

What's going on?

A recent Reddit policy change threatens to kill many beloved third-party mobile apps, making a great many quality-of-life features not seen in the official mobile app permanently inaccessible to users.
On May 31, 2023, Reddit announced they were raising the price to make calls to their API from being free to a level that will kill every third party app on Reddit, from Apollo to Reddit is Fun to Narwhal to BaconReader.
Even if you're not a mobile user and don't use any of those apps, this is a step toward killing other ways of customizing Reddit, such as Reddit Enhancement Suite or the use of the old.reddit.com desktop interface.
This isn't only a problem on the user level: many subreddit moderators depend on tools only available outside the official app to keep their communities on-topic and spam-free.

What's the plan?

On June 12th, many subreddits will be going dark to protest this policy. Some will return after 48 hours: others will go away permanently unless the issue is adequately addressed, since many moderators aren't able to put in the work they do with the poor tools available through the official app. This isn't something any of us do lightly: we do what we do because we love Reddit, and we truly believe this change will make it impossible to keep doing what we love.
The two-day blackout isn't the goal, and it isn't the end. Should things reach the 14th with no sign of Reddit choosing to fix what they've broken, we'll use the community and buzz we've built between then and now as a tool for further action.
What can you do?

1. Complain. Message the mods of /reddit.com, who are the admins of the site: message reddit: submit a support request: comment in relevant threads on /reddit, such as this one, leave a negative review on their official iOS or Android app- and sign your username in support to this post.
   
2. Spread the word. Rabble-rouse on related subreddits. Meme it up, make it spicy. Bitch about it to your cat. Suggest anyone you know who moderates a subreddit join us at our sister sub at /ModCoord.
   
3. Boycott and spread the word...to Reddit's competition! Stay off Reddit entirely on June 12th through the 13th- instead, take to your favorite non-Reddit platform of choice and make some noise in support!
   
4. Don't be a jerk. As upsetting this may be, threats, profanity and vandalism will be worse than useless in getting people on our side. Please make every effort to be as restrained, polite, reasonable and law-abiding as possible.

The 3rd Party Apps are the bigger deal. This will impact our moderation across the team, and impact how users access the sub.
We will not be going dark or setting the sub to private. In past instances we've reinforced the sentiment that we place a premium on remaining Open to meet community needs.

I think I've finally hit the point where I know I have to stop. I do experience blackouts, but usually it is right before I fall asleep and nothing happens.
Saturday night I drank a lot apparently. Sunday morning I woke up and was dizzy/trying to make myself eat something and suddenly this "memory" comes back I felt sick. It's a long story, but I think I messaged my exes fiance to tell her that we had sex multiple times after their engagement and that he still asks for it from me even though I ended it.
The worst part is that I am not 100% sure if I did it or not. It might have been a dream, but I don't think it was. I have this habit of deleting the whole message chain when I drunk text. I ended up blocking her completely out of shame and fear that I'd get a response from her. I feel bad for even doing it. I think she deserved the truth, but not from me and not like that. I hate myself so much. He cheated on me with her, so honestly I hate him overall, but I hate myself for how I've been dealing. It's a fucking mess.

Would love to hear from those who are really getting into the combat and discovering things, not just racing to 100 or complaining about empty resource. If you have resource issues, you’re built wrong.
I built my rogue around exploiting Vulnerable status and cc with Ice Imbuement. I use Smoke Grenade to build stagger on bosses and to save myself when I get swarmed, or to disrupt a group of ranged mobs while I’m dealing with melee. And caltrops to create a killzone, or control a doorway. Or just added Chill effect. I never have issues with Energy, because I’m not just spamming Barrage.
What I’d love is for a tank to go in and take some heat will I work crowd control and dish damage. Having a Sorc or Shadow Step Rogue to assassinate skeleton arbalests or shamans would be super handy.
I don’t hear many people talking about exploiting cc effects or specific mob mechanics. Why is this? The combat is just fucking brilliant. I love how melee enemies will protect ranged. If I tried to play this by left clicking for resource and then right clicking for damage spenders, I’d go mad. Don’t you guys have cooldowns?
I’d like to hear from the people who are picking up all the little details in combat. Blood Bishop spawns boils that have to be taken out or it does room-wide damage. What details have you discovered in combat? I’d love to know.
