As you try different things, you may find you come across a lot of hobbies that seemed really fun for a week, but then start to die off. A remedy for this is to try to find hobbies that align with your “why” and your goals. The activities you choose should be fun and beneficial. If not, they can become dead weight in your life like video games were.
The worst thing you can do is sit there, and do nothing but play a highlight reel in your head about your games. Yes, you did have fun and exciting moments with your friends. However, all of that was with pixels. There are countless people out there who would love to have those same fun and exciting moments with you, but in the real world. Why is the real world better? Because the real world isn’t just a bunch of stimulation, it’s satisfying. You can appreciate flowers, craft a complex dinner, or shake hands with a friend after negotiating a killer Monopoly deal, and not feel empty inside afterwards.
For most of us here, the only thing stopping us is our own thoughts.
~ The part no one wants to hear ~ Self control is the root of the issue. If we could just press the power button and live life with no craving or problems, none of us would be here. Self discipline is a major problem for all of us. The journey to freedom from video games will require raw, ugly will power at times. There will be days when you just have to say no, walk out of the room. There will be days when you just have to suck it up. There will be day when no productivity life hack will work. And it’s not fun. “No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening - it’s painful! But afterward there will be a peaceful harvest of right living for those who are trained in this way” Hebrews 12:13.

I’m pretty new to getting into witchcraft. I bought a money candle from a voodoo shop and had it anointed with oils and herbs. Whenever I would burn it after burning Palo Santo incense, really weird things would happen, like finding a $5 or $20 bill on the ground. Yesterday I bought an anything desire candle from this store but I didn’t pay for it to be blessed with oils and herbs - it was like an extra $8 to do that. I also got a bath bomb shaped like a butterfly.
Today I went back and almost bought a bottle of Florida water but it was like $17. I really only wanted two more bath bombs anyway, shaped like a crescent moon and a tiger. I had asked about cleansing the candles and the witch said the Florida water would do the trick but it just seemed like a scam to spend more money. She seemed mad at me when I told her I was only going to get the bath stuff and not the water.

Following my intuition, I think they have the right intentions, but I also think it’s a money making scheme.

I picked up my '22 WRX in January 2023 ( Florida ) It was decently cold. - The test drive and first month or two seemed to really throw me back in the seat when gently getting on it a little . The oldest fantasy setting I’ve run — Sir Orfeo

We often read and find it writ,
Though scholars rarely talk of it,

Sir Orfeo is a medieval retelling of the Orpheus and Eurydice myth — where instead of the underworld you’ve got the strangeness of the fairy realm, Orfeo comes out with his wife, and the whole thing is bracketed by some courtly intrigue.
As a fourteenth century poem, it’s also the oldest fantasy setting I’ve run RPGs in. We know Chaucer owned it; we can assume he read it. And now, you can play it.

Background

It is the middle ages: we are in England in the city of Winchester that once was called Thrace. One year ago, the queen vanished from among a throng of armed men. It is said the Fairy King did take her. The self-same day King Orfeo sent himself into exile, leaving his steward in charge — -to assume the crown on learning that the king had died.

Character Generation

Each six months, the steward sends a group of citizens into the wilderness to check on the king. You are one of these volunteers.
Think of the oldest surname you know. Translate this into the job it represents. This is the job of your character. For example, my surname is Smith — I would be a metalworker. Alternatively, you may choose one of the pilgrims from The Canterbury Tales.

Dramatis Personae

• Orfeo, exiled king. He wants to enjoy decadent rule alongside his wife. He waits alone as he fears the fair folk.
  
• Affleck, steward. She wants to honour God. She waits for her allotted time to ascend.
  
• The Fairy King, who answers to Oberon. It wants things to be beautiful. It waits on being invited as is only proper.

"Oysters - Special Food In Our Toxic World
Is there something oysters are especially good for?
There are two reasons to eat oysters: First but not ultimately, is to stimulate sexual prowess. Secondly and ultimately in our toxic world, oysters supply nutrients to help our bodies remove heavy metals quicker than anything else and usually with significantly reduced symptoms. Cilantro and berries will help our bodies remove heavy metals both deep and already loosened, respectively. Cilantro helps remove heavy metals but does not contain all of the animal fats that soothe and protect our cells, so there are side effects such as, nausea, graying of skin and hair, diarrhea and vomit. When we eat oysters in abundance to remove metals, there are little or no side effects.
I've had about 12 people over the past 5 years eat large quantities of oysters and it has been successful in every case. The first person that experimented with me was a woman born and raised in the heart of London. She had airplanes from 4 airports flying over her constantly so she was living in and breathing all the jet and diesel exhaust and particles of those planes as well as from heavy street traffic. Anyone in the aerospace industry knows how bad those particles are, especially in jet and diesel fuels. From that metallically toxic environment, her irises looked very similar to irises of lathe operators, showing an abundance of black, charcoal and grayish coloration throughout her entire irises that should be blue. Even her skin had a grayish cast.
The condition caused her a lot of physical problems, and resultantly emotional problems. She was usually fatigued and suffered chronic Fibromyalgia. Because of her emotional fluctuations, she was on and off the diet for about 1 1/2 years. Finally I said, "Let's try something more radical. I suggest that you do this religiously, so we can make a difference with your health. I suggest that you eat a half to a whole cup of red meat with three oysters twice daily, 6 days weekly with one day off, replacing oysters with whatever other meats you want." She did the regime for a year. In one year, she removed as much metallic poisons as most people remove in 3 to 5 years on my Primal Diet (PD). Her life changed. Her suffering Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia reduced to the extent that she enjoyed and pursued life and experience.
I suggest that no one eat oysters from Florida or the Gulf of Mexico. U.S. military regularly dump vast amounts of radioactive waste and freight ships passing through Panama Canal discharge and dump petroleum chemicals and waste hourly. Farmed oysters, clams, muscles and scallops because, unlike non-ocean-based farmed creatures, they cannot survive eating processed food. Farmed oysters, clams, muscles and scallops are grown in the ocean normally on ocean waters. The thing that makes them farmed is that people fence off an area of the ocean where they grown and break off clusters and move them to other rocks where they can grow larger."
