My wife wants to put a gay pride flag in the yard to show support for the LGBTQ community. Which I have no problem with. However our 13 year old son is concerned that if his classmates see it they will think it’s him that is gay and he will become a target to teasing, ridicule or bullying. So though I don’t mind her putting it up, I’ve asked her to consider the potential situation she’s putting him in. We teach him not to hate anyone based on race, religion, sexual preference etc. but living in the burbs of a red state, not everyone is as opened minded as us and kids can be vicious. Both my wife and I were bullied as kids so we have strong feelings against it. Especially because I myself was falsely accused of being gay in high school and I was teased daily for it. As an adult I say who cares. But as young teen it ruined my social status and a lot people wanted nothing to do with me because of a bogus rumor. She herself has very strong feelings about bullying and can’t stand when she sees him making negative comments about other kids. So I say she’s putting him at risk of becoming a target and she says, no she’s teaching people to be more open minded and to just tell people he’s straight and who cares what people think. But kids are cruel and it’s not that simple. I do think my son shouldn’t care what others think of him, but being a preteen is hard enough as it is. Especially with cyber bullying. Let’s not give others kids ammo. My solution is to donate to a charity or walk in support. So as I see it as a double edge sword. So we’re at a crossroads. I think it’s highly unlikely it’ll be an issue but is putting it up worth it.
A 3rd unbiased perspective view would be helpful to help with a solution.

While it's not quite the Stanley Cup Playoffs, college baseball's postseason is one hell of a trip with all kinds of twists, turns, and plenty of teams to point and laugh at from the first pitch of each regional to the glories of Omaha. (It's baseball, OF COURSE the crown jewel would be in the middle of... well, not quite nowhere, but close enough. As an LSU fan, it's that proverbial pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.)
-Without further adieu, let's cut to the chase with our first batch of eliminations. These teams are like those opening jobbers on Ninja Warrior, the ones who slip off the first obstacle and end up all soaked.
Northeastern, Florida A&M, Arizona, Lipscomb, Tulane, Eastern Illinois, Army, San Jose State, Maine, UNC-Wilmington, Oklahoma State*, Ball State, Auburn*, Wright State, Central Connecticut, and Nicholls State: Pack your shit up, and go home, you are ELIMINATED from the NCAA College Baseball Championship.
Now, why do two of those teams have stars by their name? Because not only did they lose two straight... they did so as the host team! #13 Auburn suffered the indignity of losing to Penn in their opener before getting sent home by Southern Miss. #11 Oklahoma State one-upped them by losing to ORAL ROBERTS... then getting Malcolm X curbstomped by DALLAS BAPTIST 18-4.
-With the jobbers out of the way, this next batch of teams comes up on the chopping block. One win is better than zero, but the end result is the same.
So... Maryland, UConn, Santa Clara, Clemson*, Sam Houston, Vanderbilt*, Oklahoma, Cal State Fullerton, UL-Lafayette, Rider, Washington, West Virginia, Samford, North Carolina, NC State, and Troy, you have been ELIMINATED. Kindly pack your stuff up and return home... unless you have a star by your name, as you're already home. And possibly being lynched by angry fans.
Once more, we get to point and laugh at a pair of teams. #4 Clemson, #6 Vanderbilt, you had visions of hosting Super Regionals dancing in your heads. And then you got concussed by Charlotte and Xavier after understandable losses to Tennessee (now officially Clemson's daddy) and Oregon. Go stand in the LOL corner and think about what you've done.
-Despite Mother Nature taking a piss on several regionals, even more teams have met their 2023 season's final resting place in the regional finals. Considering it takes two wins just to get that far, there's little dishonor in bowing out here. Usually. For this step, we'll give the losers a little extra blurb to honor their achievements this season. And there's still quite a few regionals wrapping up, so some TBDs are sprinkled in, they'll get their own post in the responses once they get their final marching orders.
-George Mason: If only you could have avoided the sudden juggernaut that is #1 Wake Forest. Outscored 27-1 in your two losses to them... but at least you're not Maryland who gave up three TDs in their one brush with death. -TBD 2: Florida survives becoming the top LOL by beating Texas Tech in the return match, today's the rubber decider between the two teams. -TBD 3: TCU holds advantage after beating #3 Arkansas 20-5, the Razorbacks now need to dig deep and win two straight to advance. -Charlotte: A very honorable departure, any time we get to point and laugh at Clemson is a WIN for everyone. Godspeed you crazy bastards, as Tennessee was just better than you. -TBD 5: All the rain in Baton Rouge, we're just getting to the regional final now with #5 LSU holding advantage over Oregon State. Does anyone ever run into their summary on the iPhone app not matching the one on the Apple Watch app? Sometimes I physically have to hit “end” on my watch at the end of class but at that point I’m always in the gray so it doesn’t really matter. Today my watch summary reflected 27 min in green and 17 in orange but my phone summary had 0 in green and 13 in orange. I didn’t bother looking at the summary board at the studio so I’m not sure where the glitch occurred.

Hi there,
I've been using the Apple Watch and Nike Run Club for years with the Spotify watch app. It's not perfect by any stretch. I do not launch music from within NRC because that's never worked right. Typically I'll start music in Spotify, then start my run. I never have locally saved music, I'm aways streaming.
For years, that's worked pretty well.
I got a new iPhone (13) around 2 months ago, and for whatever reason, I needed to unpairepair my Apple watch when I did this. It was a challenging unpairepair and it errored twice.
Spotify has never been the same since this.
The volume controls don't work half the time. What I was listening to on my phone used to show up on my watch. For example, if I'd been listening to a Spotify curated playlist, that would show up on my Apple Watch. Now I have to go into My Library > Playlists > and I only get what I have created myself.
Lately, when I launch NRC, it will pause my Spotify. I've worked around this by unpausing on my watch.
I've tried uninstalling both NRC and Spotify several times. I've also tried unpairing/repairing my watch again.
Is there anything else I'm missing? I feel like the Spotitfy watch app just sucks now and I'm really hoping it's user error on my part.

First off, I won't recommend big or famous games like Final Fantasy or Persona, this is more for lesser know, hidden gems, or just games where it's hard to find someone talking about them.

This one is really hard to explain through words alone, but just in case, the VC series is a World War 2 military setting story, where you act as the lead of a squad and take mission to drive back the enemy. The story is drama heavy and the gameplay is tactical turn-based, but it's mixed with real-time third person shooter.You can also make your own army by recruiting different types of solders, training them and upgrading their gear. From rifles to tanks, this is a game you have to experience to understand.

Great classics, and are now sold for dirt cheap, though even their full price is also a steal. If you're looking for great stories, and really interesting characters, combined with truly great puzzles, then don't miss on these 2 games. They started an entire series, and are classics for a reason.[Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition]
2 full games in 1. If you're a fan of the series then this is a must play, it dives into the lore more than a lot of the previous games, and also has one of the biggest Digimon rosters till to day.Even if you're not into the Digimon series, if you're looking for your next fix of Capture/Evolve/Fusion -> Grind -> Capture/Evolve/Fusion -> Grind while you listen to your favorite podcast/music, then no need to wait anymore, with hours upon hours you can easily spend just grinding and completing the game's various content from side-quests, rare monsters, arena, and even tamer team fights. The gameplay is simple, which is a great way to keep your brain off, yet it still has challenge battles now and then to make sure you're doing your job grinding and raising your Digimons.
[ASTLIBRA Revision]
If you are still itching for side-scroller action JRPGs with a good loot system and a good story and world that you can sink your teeth into, then look no further. A game that was 14 years in development and an extra year to work on this remastered version, was more than worth it. The action is meaty and satisfying, the loot is great with each item having the potential of changing your fighting style, and just so much content to explore and have fun with.Then you add to that fantastic art work by Shigatake of Vanillaware, he worked on games like Odin Sphere, GrimGrimoire, Muramasa: The Demon Blade and others. Then you finally throw in a huge amazing soundtrack, and when I say huge I mean HUGE. With all of that together you have a really great title that any action JRPG fan shouldn't miss.
[Atelier Ryza]
Ryza can be considered a big turning point for the series, mainly because it threw out a lot of old gameplay and story elements that were trademarks of the Atelier series. For starters, the entire sub-series is about Ryza and her friends, instead of the usual way where each title in the sub-series had a different main character. Then as you have noticed, it doesn't use time limits, nor does it have multiple endings. Then add the fact that the battle system switched from turn-based like it was in the entire series until now, to now being Active Time Battle system. Finally, while the Alchemy mechanics always changed between sub-series and games, Ryza has the biggest change in crafting mechanics since Atelier Shallie.All of these changes, plus being a game with almost no fan-service and the one with good graphics, animations, and so many new different methods being added in how you gather resources, makes it a great starting point for someone who wants to dip their toe into the series and be see if it's something they might like.
[Utawarerumono] series
This fantastic visual novel style tactical game is one hell of a ride from start to end. If you're looking for a fantasy JRPG with amazing world building and an epic of story that expands three whole games, there is no reason to not get this whole series. Drama, Comedy, Mystery, Action, Horror, Fan-service, Betrayal, Revenge, Adventure, etc... This is the whole package here when it comes to story, world, and characters. Just don't expect it to be heavy on gameplay and combat.Prelude to the Fallen is the first game story-wise, the 2nd game is Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception and after that is Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth.

Don't even think too long about it, a fantastic game and a great port too, so much you play it easily with mouse and keyboard or controller.The characters are fun and lovable, the story is interesting, and most of all, the loop is very varied and enjoyable. So much to do:

- Dating and Marriage
- Dungeon Crawling
- Blacksmithing and a deep weapon upgrading system
- Fishing
- Festivals
- Town Management
- House decorating
- Resource gathering
- Monster Mounts

Do you want a game where you can cook horrible burnt food, then take said food and use it as a weapon to beat bosses, and even have said bosses then till your farm and water your crops while you're out riding cows and fighting giant chickens the same time you're on date with your favorite NPC ? Then yea, RF4 got you covered. The only thing you'll miss, is sleep while playing this gem.

My intent is to make a fun social type bot where you can do some basic commands (like hug) and have it allow you to do it alone or tag a person. The code I was following works fine without a target but trying to hug another person fails with this error:

It's week after the first Test of the summer so what better time to look at the eldritch abominations the nightmare ridden graphic designers call cricket shirts this season.
There are some fantastic kits this year, and some absolute stinkers. If there is one definitive loser, however, it's Worcestershire. Their kits don't factor into this, but they've got by far the worst website of any county side and for ages the only photo of their kits they had this year was this one. They weren't even selling this year's kits until the end of May, ffs. Sort it out lads.
The County Championship
18: Essex
This is an easy one to display my criteria for the county kits. One visible button so it looks like your options are either being choked or looking as louche as a music producer in the 70s; pinched mid arm sleeves to show off the bowler's muscles; a reasonably boring shade of white; and a quite cheap looking trim stitched onto the collar and nothing on the sleeves or sides of the shirt and a double collar sponsor too.
I do like the nice, big, clean badge though, so it's not all bad.
17: Middlesex
Again with the covered buttons. Doesn't make the collar look any better, lads. The white is a bit dull again, but nothing too bad, and the sleeves are an appropriate length but still a bit short.
Fuck me though. What are they doing with the double chevron? The pink and black would make a love bit of trimming but straight across the chest just looks like it's trying too hard.
Bit amused by the fact they've chosen a shirt with a frayed seam on one sleeve, though.
16: Worcestershire
Finally we've got visible buttons! But why is it so long? Goes all the way to mid-chest. You're just asking for a medallion at that point.
Aside from that and the double collar sponsor it's OK, just a bit bland. No trim and an off-the-peg white. Moving on.
15: Northamptonshire
Literally just the Worcs kit but the button length is a good length. Not much else to add, other than that's a sexy badge. Somehow seems cluttered, despite there not being anything at all on the kit.
14: Durham
Back to the shortened sleeves - Stokes and Wood have had a word there I think - but continuing the bizarrely long button train and it's a colossal sponsor. I think it's a nice sponsor, it's just massive.
Lack of a collar sponsor entirely bumps it up the rankings.
13: Hampshire
This is certainly a kit. Nice button and collar set up makes it the passable bare minimum but it's just so...nothing. They've even gone for a crisp white, which was specifically designed as the most neutral white.
Maybe they were hoping the soporific element to the kit would allow Abbas and Abbott to take more wickets by lulling batters into sleep.
12: Yorkshire
No collar sponsor: check. Fully visible, good length buttons: check. Collar looking like it's out of a Hammer horror: check. Now we're getting somewhere. That stitched badge is delightful too.
Shame about the lack of trim making it a bit washed out. Top of Division Three is a good standard though.
11: Leicestershire
God I love this kit. I also hate it. It's a lovely shade of white, the trim is perfectly placed and is coloured nicely, and the foxes in the colour but also inlaid into cloth is a fantastic detail. Gorgeous. The collar is nearly perfect as well.
But it's covered in betting ads. The double collar alone is bad but the sleeve sponsor and back sponsor all being Dafabet is just horrible. Not least because they've got the naffest logo of all the Asian internet betting companies. Such a waste of an otherwise amazing shirt.
10: Surrey
Looks like a rugby kit, the buttons are too long and the sponsor is far, far too big.
But it's got panache, it's got style, it's got a lovely shade of white. Really annoyed I like it so much. The Prince of Wales feathers in place of the Surrey badge makes it, I think. Irritatingly likeable.
9: Kent
As we hit the top half the problems begin to roll away. Double collar sponsor aside this is a lovely kit. Button train is a bit too long but that deep blue for the Castore and horse badges is cracking and all the other sponsors look great. The sleeves are a good length and it's a nice shade of white.
Very funny that Ben Compton appears to have burnt his skin on the camera flash.
8: Glamorgan
Same stylish cut as the Surrey kit but just done better. Sleeves are a bit too short but the collar is pretty much perfect. The Welsh flag neatly balances out the cringe of having a hashtag on the kit and the chest badges look superb.
If I'm nitpicking the main sponsor could be a touch lower, looks awkwardly high. Good solid effort.
7: Warwickshire
That shade of white is gorgeous. Really makes the dark blue and yellow trim pop and contrasts nicely against the blue of Bears badge. Really does a lot of the heavy lifting though, because we're back to a hidden button set and a double collar sponsor - which, for some reason, reads in the same direction? Very weird choice.
6: Sussex
This is a just an all-round nice kit. Double collar sponsor but it's limited to a tasteful logo and then you move on to the ivory and blue trim combination which is one of the best colour pairings of the season. The webbing in the fabric is nice, the Surridge and Sussex badges look well proportioned for the kit, and the sponsor's logo isn't awful. Sussex by the Sea is a nice touch on the collar if just a little too twee for me. Great kit.
5: Nottinghamshire
Here we go then, into the top 5. Simple, clean, lovely to look at. No collar sponsors, no big corporate logos. Just a nice collar, the sponsor in a nice red placed just under the chest, which contrasts with the green of the Notts badge and the black of the adidas logo.
Elegant to look at, I imagine even more elegant to wear while you're throwing eggs at Joe Clarke from the stands. Delightful.
4: Lancashire
Christ that red trim is fantastic, isn't it. Absolutely gorgeous, plays nicely off the gleaming shade of white they've chosen so it really pops. The boxy Hilton logo would look out of place in a differently cut shirt but it all comes together superbly. Hidden button train holds it back from being in the top 3, but otherwise it's immaculate.
3: Derbyshire
I'll start with the negatives: the sleeves are a bit short and the trim is only half-sleeve. That's it. Everything else about this kit is a delight: the big collar, the visible buttons with the inlaid trim, and the hospital charity sponsor is fantastic. The choice of trim colours - chocolate, gold, and teal - is just my favourite combination in the whole league. I love it.
2: Gloucestershire
Phwoar. The dark white colouration; the thick, wide collar; the short, visible button train. The perfectly placed yellow and black trim down the sides and inlaid into the buttons. The stitched, monochrome club badge. It's an outstanding effort.
Even the goofy Cayman Islands sponsor works with the effect of the whole thing. 9/10 would buy three times.
1: Somerset
Mate. That maroon is just incredible, stitched into the neckline, the colour, the button train. And the curly little detail up the sides is a fantastic, novel little design that makes this a unique kit. Nice wide collar, big old wyvern, and for some reason I love the big block BUPA rip off sponsor. It just...works.

Got them a week ago. Sound great. But they randomly disconnect and have to stick them back in the case which is not always nearby. This is crazy. They’re useless half the time. Any fixes?

Hello to all I’m trying to scan some furnitures I make with the iPhone 14 pro max but I don’t know what the best software to do here what I want to do
I want to 3D scan the furnitures ( let’s say a sofa ) make and then put it in a photo of a room ( exp let’s say a customer have a living room and wants to see a sofa that I have made how it will look at his place ) Ent ides how this is can be done ? Also I know how to work with skechup ( but I prefer to make is as simple and quick is possible ) I don’t want to create the hol thin in skechup and rendered it etc ..
