M15r5 lights on during sleep

Hey everyone, I’ve conducted a few searches about this but I figured that asking the community who deals with this frequently would prove more successful. I’ve been doing my bike training on my Wahoo Kickr Snap and I use my Garmin Fenix 6 to monitor my heart rate and other metrics since they automatically pair to each other. I recently introduced TrainingPeaks into the fray and was pleased to see that my workout calendar is automatically uploaded to my watch and allows me to initiate a workout program directly from my watch (noice!). Now we introduce the problem: one of my bike workouts calls for a warmup that involves very short (15s) zone 4 sprints and back down to zone 2 (45s) cooldowns. It’s convenient to use my watch because the intervals are all programmed and it monitors my power sent from the Kickr Snap. But, the watch is also sending a signal to increase the resistance during that 15s sprint, and it will remain there (sometimes increase) going into the cooldown. My question is if there is a way to prevent the Fenix from adjusting resistance levels on the trainer but still monitor all the data? I’ve looked through the menus on both the Fenix and Wahoo app to troubleshoot, but I must be missing something.
I know it was a bit long winded but I just wanted to provide a full picture to assist in the troubleshooting. Thanks in advance for any and all help!

Since summer internships are round the corner, I figured it'd be useful to share some tips for interns to have a successful internship. Having mentored a few interns who and seen many examples of successful interns at Meta, I observed a list of traits that successful interns demonstrate.
Your performance during the internship will affect the offer you're given. At Meta, the top interns (< 10%), or what we commonly refer to as "rockstar interns" were given out-of-the-band offers that enter the L4 (mid-level) salary range, where few other big tech companies can match. I've encountered some of them throughout my time at Meta and Grab and they're all doing really well in their careers now. Here's what they did:

1. Overdeliver

There are a few ways to overdeliver, by completing things faster, doing more things, or doing them better. This intern did all of that and completed the intern project even before the mid-point review (6 weeks in, out of a 12-week internship) and spent the remaining time working on things beyond the intern project.

2. Review code

As part of the project, the intern became familiar with certain features owned by the team. Usually interns are the most junior members of the team, but this intern became such an expert that they were able to review code of not just fellow interns, but also full-time members of the team, making meaningful suggestions and spotting bugs during code review.

3. Refactor code

This intern saw that there was a similar component that could help achieve their task, but not without some changes. Instead of duplicating the code for their own use case, they refactored it such that it could be used in the current callsite and also their work.

4. Provide customer support to users

This intern was working on an internal tool and adding an entirely new feature to it. Before that, they had to understand how the internal tool worked. As a result, they became extremely familiar with the tool and was helping to answer questions from users all over the company. Some were shocked to find out that it was an intern that helped them with their issue.

5. Oncall

Being oncall is a responsibility of being available outside of regular working hours to respond to urgent issues with a product with the goal of addressing issues promptly and minimizing downtime and full-time engineers take turns to be oncall. This intern understood the team's work so well after a few weeks that the team trusted them to be added to the oncall rotation. They were able to pull this off by exploring beyond their assigned project, reading lots of the team's code and being familiar with the operations of the team.

6. Have time for side projects

This intern was not from my team, but someone I knew prior to them joining the company. They completed their assigned work so fast and was constantly bored, and they asked if they could help me with my work. I was working on some code modernization efforts and they wrote a codemod (script to do AST-based code modifications) to help me complete my refactoring work in a fraction of the time. They were able to dive into a code base outside of their team, entirely new stack (front end) and make impact. Mindblown.
Most of these interns had something in common, they functioned like a full-time member of the team. The primary goal of internships is to convert interns to full-time. Interns who exhibit behaviors of full-time employees will come out on top. Naturally these intern got the top ratings and one of them was even selected to have dinner with Mark Zuckerberg, a privilege only a handful of the top interns had.
However, it's also important to note that one has to complete their core project / responsibilities before striving for brownie points. The core project is the cake and these behaviors are icing on the cake. You can't just have icing without a cake.

I'm a programmer and I have my own online business since 2018~. I'm in the process of creating new apps to scale it.
My plan:
- be online on Discord at the same time with each other everyday for 2 hours straight, no voice or video, just text messaging.
- after the 2 hours we chat a bit about what we did, how we are feeling, what are our plans for the upcoming days and so on and so forth.
- set achievable goals for each week and hold each other accountable for them.
I'll be very happy to listen about your goals and actually hold you accountable for whatever promises you make.

I've been playing for about 5 months and gameplay has been smooth. Starting with the most recent rejects patch, I've now been getting a weird stutter issue - the screen will freeze for like 0.5 seconds or 0.25 seconds and make a brief buzz sound while it's frozen (no game sounds during the freeze, just a buzz) and then gameplay will resume and everything will be back to normal. This happens about once or twice per minute in game. This even happens when I'm in the menu, or looking at items for sale. Or simply when I load into the menus, before selecting a mission, not clicking anything. So I'm having trouble figuring out any trigger for the freeze and buzz.

I've looked at RAM usage and I'm at about 70% while in-game. I've tried overclocking my GPU for the hell of it (6800xt) and it makes no difference with OC or no OC. My CPU is ancient (i7-47090k) but has not caused any issues up through this point, so I'm not sure why it would start now with the recent patch. Haven't had the freeze/buzz event until the rejects patch. The game is still playable and there doesn't appear to be any patterns for when/why this happens (it's not more likely with heavy action or demanding lighting environments, for instance). Any help would be much appreciated!

I can't explain the anger I feel, when someone says he has a Rolex because It's "the real tool watch". I would punch his snoby belly so much. I get that that they are sturdy, but not a tool watch. And I would absolutelly showe the "I need a realiable watch" narrative down his avocado filled throat. You don't need a 10.000 dollar because it is reliable.
Furthermore. Wearing g-shocks while doing muddy work. Again, not a tool watch. I get that wearing a G-shock while bow hunting makes you feel all ruggedyruggrugg, but you wear because you want to feel that way, not because you need to wear it because of one of its funtions. I also get that wearing a G-shock while having your hands dirty has a special charm (guilty of that one) but again, It's not doing any kind of a special function, if you are cleaning your bike chain or something.
Therefore, the only true tool watch (with some exceptions probably) is a smart watch. It actually funtions as a tool, because it can do stuff to make your life easier that a regular watch can't do. You can read a text on it faster than on a phone if you have your hands busy, you can very accurately measure your sport activity with gps, heart rate, callories etc., Can measure your sleep (overrated thingy but ok), have all kinds of reminders on it, control your phone with it (music and stuff) and the list goes on and on.
I know that they don't have the same charm as a regular watch, but that's not the point of a tool watch. It's suppose to be useful in a way that a regular watch can't be. And they can be realy sturdy also, expecially the new ones.
Smart watches are watches too.
(Irronically, I do not own a smart watch)

Once upon a time I had a pair of Pure Blue Japan xx-009 (straight but open to other fits) "deep" aka "double" indigo aka indigo/indigo, and I absolutely loved the color but I grew out of them so I swapped them online with someone for some xx-003s (straight regular indigo) that I've still got 7 years later. PBJs are generally sold out in my size everywhere, not to mention crazy expensive now. I've tried looking for something similar, but I've had no luck and other brands don't seem to use the same terms, so maybe I'm not searching for the right thing. So, I'd appreciate if you guys could throw some recommendations my way based on the following preferences (understanding there's probably no exact match :

1. Double indigo if possible
2. Fade potential isn't important to me. I like my jeans dark or light but not as much in between, so no-fades are fine for me. (By the way, I've used the vinegar soak method before to prevent fades, it works fairly well!)
3. Straight or slim straight cuts. Open to any weight fabric. I'm thin and tall, but I've found with japanese denim brands at least that the tapered fits tend to be too tight for me.
4. I prefer more matte-looking jeans, but this isn't the most important.
5. dark stitching/accents preferred, but not super important.
6. Slubbiness isn't essential but is certainly welcome.

I've gotten to try on some Momotaros before and was impressed, so I might pick up a pair of those but I don't see any in this colothey're in short stock a lot of places it seems. Are there any brands that are integrating some stretch? If so, does it affect durability? I've got holes in all my jeans but the PBJs, and I'm realizing that a lot of brands I liked are now $100-200/pair but the consensus on both (Bonobos, AG) is that they last like 2 years now, so I figure I might as well consider ponying up some more money for more 5-6 year pairs. It's been a long time since I've been abreast of the raw denim game so thanks to anyone who can help me out here.

We has good relationship for almost 20 months. On feb 18 she told me something was off in our relationship. 15 days later she said i feel numb in the relationship. I taught it was her mood swing and told her that it could be her periods. We met on march 15 and she told me something was off. I asked her what was the reason and how could I solve it, she told she dont know. she told I did not buy her a book which she asked her long back, write a letter and buy a t shirt all she told long back and I forgot. I acknowledged and I told ill get it. all these were pretty cheap, she is not money minded. During these days I did not check up on her when she had a problem with her parents. I checked her on the day of problem, but not the next day. on march 18 she told a list of issues that she had with me, I heard it for the first time since the event occurred. I never taught they caused her problems. but they were genuine reasons. Now I think about it, I feel bad because some were serious issues. example- I got excited to play video game when i reach home while i was being with her. she mentioned it a month later. She asked for a break and said she wanted to take care of herself. I had no choice but to accept. I begged and cried for a chance. she told she might give a chance after a month. I texted back her on may 6. she said she lost feeling for me and asked me to move on.
I became complacent in relationship for the last 3 months of relationship. but i genuinely taught she was happy with the way it was going. she sent a romantic reels saying where will i go leaving you and 3 days later she says she wants a break and left. Yes i was lazy, but i feel like she did not even communicate her needs. she says that she did a month ago, but I did not understand her words because she said nothing in the lines of efforts, need more love from you etc. We went on a vacation on feb 25 and I taught it could have changed something. I feel like i was not communicated properly or I did not understand properly. while i agree I made the mistake. a lot of mistakes indeed. I am a realist while she expects some high risk taking love. some fantasy type love. I really started like that type of love and started to give more love to my close ones recently. I have been a part of this sub for a while already and I can easily resonate to what everyone of you share here. Still I'm confused about the reality of my possible abuse. The part of me knows I shouldn't be treated like that, yet I believe that I'm at fault for all of this and I made him say and act this way. That's what he says it's true, that I'm ruining everything, because of my paranoia, jealousy and insecurity. And I think that's why I can't leave so easily as well. I feel crazy.
I met with my best friend after months of not talking (I withdraw from friends because of shame and guilt), she was concerned about me and how I'm doing with my new partner. I didn't have anyone to talk to for so long and when she asked how is the realtionship going, I started crying. I told her about few things and she said what he did wasn't right. I got the confirmation that what I'm feeling is valid and I shouldn't feel abnormal. It was less than a half of what was going on. Yet here I am, feeling like a traitor. He says that I put my view and emotions first, so that's why people will side with me, because I act as a victim, while I am the one that abuses him. Yesterday I was working on the project of ours. He doesn't have anything to work on these days, so he plays a lot during that time. I could sense that he is feeling bad, so I asked what's going on. I have T2D. A few weeks ago I saw my endocrinologist about titrating up to 1.0mg after being on 0.5 since February because while I was losing weight steadily (1-2 pounds a week) my morning blood sugar levels (I do a daily finger stick) were coming in high - like full blown unmanaged diabetes high. The high levels lasted about 3 weeks before I went to see her. She agreed to titrate me up based on the high readings and I got my new pen shortly thereafter.
But I still had three 0.5mg doses left on my old pen so I decided to finish that pen at that dosage and start fresh with the 1.0mg pen after that.
Since then, my morning blood sugar levels have been impeccable. We were on vacation recently and I didn't have time to do the daily sticks (three days on a cruise ship) but before then and after that it's been stellar, coming in in the low 100s and in some cases the 90s. And I'm still losing weight. Down 30 pounds since starting Ozempic in January!
So do I really NEED the higher dose? It seems like I'm doing well now and those weeks of high blood sugar readings were an anomaly. Those weeks also coincided with a very stressful time at work and my anxiety levels were through the roof and I wasn't sleeping well. I know there is a link between stress and cortisol and insulin so maybe I was just panicking?
I do plan to call my endo and ask her about this today but sometimes it takes a while for her to call back and when I relay messages through her nurse things get lost in translation because her nurse is perpetually frazzled with their patient load and not a great listener.
I am afraid if I move up to 1.0mg with these low blood sugar readings on 0.5mg I will end up with hypoglycemia.
Would like to know your thoughts because I like the hive mind, though I would specifically like to hear from folks taking it for T2D specifically rather than IR or weight loss since my concern hinges on diabetes management.

Last night around 10pm while walking I landed badly when stepping down a curb but felt fine and continued walking and then biking back with either no or very minor pain so didn't think of it.
Woke up about 4pm and it hurts now and walking is difficult so trying some rice (minus the c) and also a bit of naproxen. If not being in immediate pain rules out needing go to urgent care for x rays or whatever I'd rather not work on hobbling there early in the morning and instead just having a slow leisurely walk to the office if things improve. (Walking lightly is fine right, if not done too vigorously or long and assuming limited pain?)

Medicine: vitamin d, estradiol, cimzia, anty allergy nasal spray
Medical conditions: spondylitis (not really present due to cimzia)
