 | submitted by TheAxodoxian to StableDiffusion [link] [comments] Unpaint in creation mode with the advanced options panel open, note: no python or web UI here, this is all in C++ Unpaint in inpainting mode - when creating the alpha mask you can do everything without pressing the toolbar buttons - just using your left / right / back / forward buttons on your mouse and the wheel In the last few months, I started working on a full C++ port of Stable Diffusion, which has no dependencies on Python. Why? For one to learn more about machine learning as a software developer and also to provide a compact (a dozen binaries totaling around ~30MB), quick to install version of Stable Diffusion which is just handier when you want to integrate with productivity software running on your PC. There is no need to clone github repos or create Conda environments, pull hundreds of packages which use a lot space, work with WebAPI for integration etc. Instead have a simple installer and run the entire thing in a single process. This is also useful if you want to make plugins for other software and games which are using C++ as their native language, or can import C libraries (which is most things). Another reason is that I did not like the UI and startup time of some tools I have used and wanted to have streamlined experience myself. And since I am a nice guy, I have decided to create an open source library (see the link for technical details) from the core implementation, so anybody can use it - and well hopefully enhance it further so we all benefit. I release this with the MIT license, so you can take and use it as you see fit in your own projects. I also started to build an app of my own on top of it called Unpaint (which you can download and try following the link), targeting Windows and (for now) DirectML. The app provides the basic Stable Diffusion pipelines - it can do txt2img, img2img and inpainting, it also implements some advanced prompting features (attention, scheduling) and the safety checker. It is lightweight and starts up quickly, and it is just ~2.5GB with a model, so you can easily put it on your fastest drive. Performance wise with single images is on par for me with CUDA and Automatic1111 with a 3080 Ti, but it seems to use more VRAM at higher batch counts, however this is a good start in my opinion. It also has an integrated model manager powered by Hugging Face - though for now I restricted it to avoid vandalism, however you can still convert existing models and install them offline (I will make a guide soon). And as you can see on the above images: it also has a simple but nice user interface. That is all for now. Let me know what do you think! |

The gist of the situation for me is this: last fall I completed multiple rounds of interviews for a job at a company out of state, including the last round of interviews which involved the company flying me out to their offices for an interview. After weighing several complex factors, I decided to decline the job and stay with my current employer.
A similar job is open at the company again, and I'm now in a better position to take a job out of state. I am interested in applying for this job. I know I really vibed really well with the hiring team during the interviews, and obviously they liked me enough to offer me a job last fall. But I realize their opinions of me may have changed after I declined the offer.
Would it be wise to apply with this company again, or did declining their past offer ruin my chances of ever working with them? Would it be worthwhile to email the HR rep I corresponded with in the past to see what they think before I actually apply?

I saved up money and eventually went to buy a car few weeks back and given the interest rates are too high, I went in with the idea of buying the car in cash at sticker price. I was first given an estimate with sticker price ($47000 appxly) + freight and handling ($1335) + paint protection ($900) + state taxes ($2000 for VA) + tag and title fees ($200). After several rounds of denial from my end that I do not want the paint protection and that I am being double charged for the freight and handling (which was already included in the sticker price), I was able to bring down the price to sticker price ($47000 appxly) + state taxes ($2000 for VA) + tag and title fees ($200) adding to $49.2k.
I offered cash as planned, in form of a cashiers check I already had taken to the dealership and they out right denied that they can sell me the car at $49.2k ONLY if I were to take a auto loan from the dealership or otherwise the purchase does not make sense for the dealership. As I understanding it, they cannot make enough profit out of the sale. So, I was on spot and caved in and had gotten a loan at 8% in spite of having the cash in hand to buy the car.
My question now is -

Also, I could not find the 3 month clause anywhere in the contract. Is it okay to pay off the loan before 3 months?
- Is there anything that the dealer can do that could impact my credit history or the car ownership or my ability to get the car serviced at that dealership or other dealerships for that car manufacturer if I were to be closing out the loan even before 3 months?
- Are there any legal repercussions to expect here?
- My score which was at 800+ is going to get effected coz I opened the loan now. If I were to close it out early would it have an impact on my score?

The plan is for activity to resume either at the stroke of midnight on the end date, or during the morning hours of June 14th, depending on which of us gets online first and in what time zone.
The mod team has been conflicted about this decision, and some of us have voiced the desire to keep the shutdown going indefinitely unless the site staff make changes to their policy. As is, the end of free access to Reddit's API and the functional death of most or all third-party apps and tools will likely push several of the mods away from easy access to the site and sub.
However, despite how things may come off at times and despite how daunting moderating a sub of nearly 65,000 people usually is, we do care about this community and see it as one of the better pockets of Reddit overall, and we've ultimately concluded that it wouldn't be fair to the positive elements of that community if it all just disappeared.
The main organizers of this protest have referred to further plans if the initial 48-hour traffic cut doesn't lead to any change or compromise, and if that's the case, we will discuss what else we can do when the sub comes back online.

I’ve been meaning to post more, however it’s been hard due to work and life and all that. Anyways I wanted to update more as I am trying to open up more about what to me. Maybe what is share resonated with you, maybe not. I don’t know….
If you wish to read my original post, it’s right here. So I have been getting high more, and the voices, or whatever are getting stronger.
So I’m the past two weeks I got high and had a strange dream. It was kind of like the Truman show and that I was acting out scenes of surviving a Sasquatch attack through a dystopian forest, I was hunting along with two other, but unfortunately one of them didn’t follow the plan to a T and the Sasquatch retaliated. We were running through forest, I could hear the few others I was hunting with screaming. There were abandon and destroyed houses. I and one other guy made it to the river, which was where our Sanctuary was. And I hopped over rocks, the Sasquatch was too lumbering and large to handle the fast-paced currents and rapids of the river, and it was also extremely deep. I remember being in the middle of the river on a ramshackle dock that had 3 levels, trying to cross with my arrows,( either had a crossbow or bow and arrows). The last of my hunting party alive, a white guy with black hair and blue eyes, hopped across the rocks.
There was a trap to submerge the rocks to make sure nothing followed us back over. However he didn’t realize he had not commenced the trap to submerge the rocks. The Sasquatch followed him. He tried fighting back only the Sasquatch roared and ripped his arm off. I tried to help him, by telling him to jump into the river, and knock out one of dock’s legs as it was on the verge of collapse. He refused to listen to me and the Sasquatch ripped off his other arm before completely decapitating his head off and throwing it into the water. The Sasquatch roared and threw his body into the water as well.
The Sasquatch made it up to the second level of the dock, I was on the third. I tired aiming for the Sasquatch’s head as he lumbered up, but so missed it by a hair. I gave up and reached the edge of the highest point on the dock. I was ready to jump, and knock the entire dock down when all of the sudden it was like I heard “CUT!!!” And suddenly it was revealed to be a bright, beautiful day and I was on a wooden contraption in the middle of a slow moving creek. The Sasquatch was just an automation and there were lights and cameras around me. Turns out I was an actress filming a scene. They congratulated me on how good I did.
It turned out it was like the Truman show, I originally though I was going to be murdered by a Sasquatch in a dystopian world, and my choice was to destroy the only passage between my home, the Sanctuary and the ominous wilds beyond the river. However, I became aware last second when the director yelled, “CUT!” That I was on a set filming s scene. I went from panic to ease once I realized the Sasquatch want real.
Then all of s sudden everything went dark. Everything blue and I swear I was on s table and peered over to my right to see blurred silhouettes except one…. A scrawny little thing that looked between six and ten-years-old. She had a haze of night-black hair, thin and straight as an arrow. odd shaped head, pallid moonlight-colored skin, kind of grayish but still creamy and lifelike. She was frail, but yet with so much vigor in her. Her eyes were huge, any white part wasn’t visible, and they were like an espresso color, so deep, dark and warm with long lashes and a splash of dark eyebrows that were arched and framed her extremely large, almond-shaped eyes. She had broad cheekbones and full, round, heart-shaped lips, just like mine. Her nose was very small and button-like. And all I heard in my head was, “daughter.”
I cannot tell you how I really feel as so keep trying to convince myself it was a dream within a dream. I am not sure, only I’d kept inquiring if I had hybrid children and I have no idea if this is an answer from Them.

Hey y’all! Just got my second session of laser. One question, and I also want to share my success Question: I got Cutera KTP laser yesterday. Am I able to drink a cider tonight?? I totally forgot to ask my derm before I left.
My situation is different than anything I’ve seen. A few years ago, a big red spot appeared on my neck. Doc told me it was nothing that affects my health. Finally went to a derm maybe 6 months ago and they said it was a vascular lesion. I also have red cheeks but I’m ok with them. Tried Rhofade and it made my skin prickly and weird.. so I got laser on the portion on my neck. It’s basically a big red patch (maybe 1”) I’ve been covering with makeup for years. It got to the point where it was severely affecting my mental health:( my first laser session, I saw a HUGE improvement. When I came back, they said it was barely noticeable. Now I’m on round 2!! I was told it could take 3-6 sessions but 2-3 just might do it! For reference my spot is maybe an inch at the longest and I paid $200 per session 😍 also to note: when I get hot, I do see circular spots from the laser within my patch, but it’s going away with more sessions.

Alessa loved the summer. The little place where she’d been born and raised was a boring, sleepy tree village that was all too peaceful and quiet for the young woman. Not to mention filled with the elderly and hardly populated with anyone her own age.
They lived on the edges of the land where the House of Artemis resided but Alessa had never got to really be free like her other sisters of Artemis.
Things were different when summer hit. Every year she made the pilgrimage to the capital Themyscira City for its’ countless summer festivals, all incredibly elaborate and bustling with tourists. Her first year as an adult also meant it was the first year where she could make this trek on her own and really enjoy the festivities to their fullest.
Thousands of women from all over the massive continent flocked to the capital during this time; it was always so exciting seeing all of the children playing in the rolling hills and large fields outside the city walls.
Not to mention all of the important High Priestesses and other officials who’d arrive to Themyscira City with their legions of Priestesses and other followers.
If you were lucky, you’d maybe get to see an Immortal too. Only Demi-Gods, as the Gods didn’t simply let mere mortals bask in their presence. Though considering that they were the original Amazons it was still incredibly exciting.
And in any case, the diversity of the city mixed with the diversity in tourists tended to make the Amazons forget about the…tensions between the various Houses of Themyscira.
Themyscira had once been a place to get away from the wars and squabbles of the gods, but after hundreds of thousands of years of development the continent was split between regions ruled by the different political Houses, each devoted to their own God or Goddess. Even the mortals were all descended from the Gods original creations, so Alessa supposed this made some sense.
But things had been getting worse over the past hundred years and the capital was like a powder keg even during joyous times such as these.
Alessa parked her pegasus Percy about a hundred yards from the front gates of the city, a heavy sigh left her lips as she hopelessly gazed at the hordes of people orderly making their way through the gates. Ugh, it’d probably be hours before she could get in.
She’d hoped she could have gotten there early but Percy’s wings had gone tired. Even then, he found it more fun to prance through the hills and Alessa had to chase him around for nearly a half hour.
“Ugh, this is wonderful. I’d be eating Tarhkaran Squid or watching the Daughters of Artemis marksman contest if we could only just fly over the walls. We’d likely get shot down.” The raven haired young woman rolled off Percy and collapsed onto the soft grass.
Only after a moment of rest was she suddenly greeted by the sound of heavy, thunderous steps. The Warrior Caste that belonged to Argos, home to the House of Ares. Alessa quickly jumped onto Percy and the frightened horse squealed as it pushed itself several dozen feet into the air to avoid the marching battalion of soldiers.
Their carriages were carried by several massive, gnarling beasts that were practically treated as pets where they were from. This was always the most intimidating part of the summer festivities to Alessa, representatives from the various Warrior Castes would gather together in the capital as a show of peace.
Amazons had once been a tribe of exclusively warriors in the early days, but things changed once they’d removed themselves from the violent and warmongering ways of man. For the most part.
She gazed in awe at the hardened soldiers. Black steel armor. Helmets that shrouded their faces. Blades and spears heavier than a normal person could reasonably carry. And glowing with various enchantments.
“Wh-whoa!” Alessa managed to gasp. The entire crowd of civilians parted to let the warriors through.
The Warrior Castes only seemed to show up to the capital more armed every year. She was surprised the Argosians hadn’t come with twice the artillery as anyone else just to flex their might. There really was something eery in the air this year. Some even called for the cancellation of the festivals this year. Alessa truly hoped her suspicions wouldn’t come to fruition.

Hello everyone! You can call me Janglesh. My timezone is PST, I’m a 23 year old multi para writer looking to worldbuild a greek mythology setting taking place on Themyscira, home of the Amazons!
This is an idea that I’ve been really craving to explore and flesh out with someone who loves worldbuilding just as much as I do! I left aspects of the world and culture and plot a bit open so we can come up with things together, and everything is also up to change if you have your own ideas! I’d really love to contribute to this world equally with someone and conjure up a setting and story that’ll really set our imaginations on fire!
The basic setup is that thousands of years ago, the original Amazons created their own realm to get away from the war between the Gods over who controlled the human realm. Themyscira is home to only women, the descendents of the original Amazons. It is a massive, fantastical realm full of amazing creatures and magic gifted to them by the Gods.
It’s divided into several regions, each controlled by worshippers of each God. Things have been peaceful but lately there’s been growing tension.
I’d love for this to have an ensemble cast, I enjoy having multiple character types working off of each other and trying out different dynamics. Obviously we’d still each have mains that we focus on, though.
General Requirements:
•Be an adult. The roleplay will be sfw, but I’m pretty uncomfortable with writing with someone who’s not an adult.
•Be interested in conversing and discussing the roleplay, as well as mutual collaboration. Collaborating and brainstorming together makes the rp so much more fun! OOC chatter is also appreciated.
•Be detailed and multi para.
•Be willing to write multiple characters, I will do the same. We’ll have mains, but I love having side characters and stuff to make the world and story feel more three dimensional and fleshed out.

Alessa quickly jumped onto Percy and the frightened horse squealed as it pushed itself several dozen feet into the air to avoid the marching battalion of soldiers.
Their carriages were carried by several massive, gnarling beasts that were practically treated as pets where they were from. This was always the most intimidating part of the summer festivities to Alessa, representatives from the various Warrior Castes would gather together in the capital as a show of peace.
Amazons had once been a tribe of exclusively warriors in the early days, but things changed once they’d removed themselves from the violent and warmongering ways of man. For the most part.
She gazed in awe at the hardened soldiers. Black steel armor. Helmets that shrouded their faces. Blades and spears heavier than a normal person could reasonably carry. And glowing with various enchantments.
“Wh-whoa!” Alessa managed to gasp. The entire crowd of civilians parted to let the warriors through.
The Warrior Castes only seemed to show up to the capital more armed every year. She was surprised the Argosians hadn’t come with twice the artillery as anyone else just to flex their might. There really was something eery in the air this year. Some even called for the cancellation of the festivals this year. Alessa truly hoped her suspicions wouldn’t come to fruition.

This is an idea that I’ve been really craving to explore and flesh out with someone who loves worldbuilding just as much as I do! I left aspects of the world and culture and plot a bit open so we can come up with things together, and everything is also up to change if you have your own ideas! I’d really love to contribute to this world equally with someone and conjure up a setting and story that’ll really set our imaginations on fire!
The basic setup is that thousands of years ago, the original Amazons created their own realm to get away from the war between the Gods over who controlled the human realm. Themyscira is home to only women, the descendents of the original Amazons. It is a massive, fantastical realm full of amazing creatures and magic gifted to them by the Gods.
It’s divided into several regions, each controlled by worshippers of each God. Things have been peaceful but lately there’s been growing tension.
I’d love for this to have an ensemble cast, I enjoy having multiple character types working off of each other and trying out different dynamics. Obviously we’d still each have mains that we focus on, though.
General Requirements:
•Be an adult. The roleplay will be sfw, but I’m pretty uncomfortable with writing with someone who’s not an adult.
•Be interested in conversing and discussing the roleplay, as well as mutual collaboration. Collaborating and brainstorming together makes the rp so much more fun! OOC chatter is also appreciated.
•Be detailed and multi para.
•Be willing to write multiple characters, I will do the same. We’ll have mains, but I love having side characters and stuff to make the world and story feel more three dimensional and fleshed out.

I feel like my wife’s family is too involved and they don’t give us enough space that our family deserves. I been married 2 years me and my wife met young, when we first started dating i noticed her mother was very controlling manipulative and rude at times. We would go out to eat and she would be calling at 7pm demanding her to go home when i stood her over house she would make a big deal if we were in my wife’s room alone (we were 23 and 22 btw), so we had a kid after 7 years of dating decided to get married move about 50 miles from the city to the suburbs and start our family together. My mother in law is a great grandmother she loves my daughter and I’m forever grateful for that but i feel since we had the baby shes been to involved and manipulative and its causing problems in our marriage. Her side of the family is the very close type there the type of people that if u invite one of them over to eat 7-9 people show up uninvited it has happened before and i brought it up to my wife. They call my wife for every little thing they need done in their lives (paying parking tickets) , bills and everything else they can easily do themselves my wife is a full-time dental school student and has a 2 year old I’ve explained to her its wrong that there calling her to do stuff they can easily do especially knowing shes busy, my wife doesn’t say nothing and it still continues. Aside from going to school all week my wife decided to drive 100 miles round trip to their house every week so they can see the baby they don’t plan a trip to come see the baby all they want is the baby to go to them. My wife then complains shes tired and shes tired driving back home we had a big fight in order for her to realize that she needs to be come early one time. The latest incident that happened was our daughters birthday was done in a waterpark resort my wife said total would be around 2,000 we paid the bill off 2 days after the party i seen that the bill considered of 3 night stay with a double room. Come to find out her family members were the one that stood in the resort room all 3 days at my expense while me and my wife went home after celebrating my daughters birthday. We had a big fight as i found this extremely unfair as she doesn’t work we only live off 1 income and her family members that work didn’t pay a dime for their 3 night resort stay. I got pissed and told her I’m tired of her playing both sides between our family and hers and she needs to choose and she decided to leave take the kid and all her stuff and move back in with her mom (2nd time she done this) so my question to you guys is am i wrong to keep arguing with my wife over her not splitting her interest between her family and our family ?

The gist of the situation for me is this: last fall I completed multiple rounds of interviews for a job at a company out of state, including the last round of interviews which involved the company flying me out to their offices for an interview. After weighing several complex factors, I declined the job.
A similar job is open at the company again, and I'm now in a better position to take a job out of state. I am interested in applying for this job. I know I really vibed really well with the hiring team during the interviews, and obviously they liked me enough to offer me a job last fall. But I realize their opinions of me may have changed after I declined the offer.
Would it be wise to apply with this company again, or did declining their past offer ruin my chances of ever working with them? Would it be worthwhile to email the HR rep I corresponded with in the past to see what they think before I actually apply?

Hello fellow drake fans, I’ve been mostly lurking in this sub for a few months but I have a story to tell that may be cringe or may be based. For context: this is a story about an ongoing campaign. The party is currently Tenth level with a rogue, a homebrew monk, a Druid, a fighter barbarian multiclass, a celestial warlock/cleric, an artificer hexblade, and finally my character, the kobold evocation wizard. Cast: Vible-winged kobold evocation wizard and my character Paelias- arcane trickster rogue who was almost a problem player Yuki- former rice farmer reborn way of prosthesis monk (homebrew monk that gets augments like a grappling hook) Dynamo- brass half dragon battle mastezealot barbarian who is essentially Nero from dmc5 Garuuk: moon Druid bugbear who is a first timer into ttrpgs Zechyr: the life cleric celestial warlock npc that accompanies the party. He is mostly support, with slight damage options. To start, we were clearing out a local hub for the current section of the story that was dealing with a blue dragon attack. While the party was about to get to the center of the city to climb a tower. Vible was tasked with flying up the tower to scout it out, which was fairly easy to do in a matter of 4 rounds. As Vible got to the top of this tower, he saw the main quest giver fighting a blue dragon. As the fight continued, the npc managed to redirect the dragon’s lightning breath at vible (I rolled a nat 1 on acrobatics to dodge it). Vible then falls 60 feet and gets knocked down to 0 hp. Which cues a “dude, how do you feel?” scene where the party laughs at the burned kobold. Of course, paelias is the very first to laugh at him, making a snide remark at how it’s a miracle he isn’t dead, then the rest take turns at criticizing the wizard for flying directly to the top instead of just coming back down after the second to last level. The party heals up and then goes to face the dragon. As they get to the top of the tower, most of the party make a rational decision to take cover. Paelias takes cover with yuki behind a support beam, zechyr stays in the back. Dynamo goes up front to potentially face-tank the boss. Which leaves Vible with no cover and a very angry dragon flying exactly 120 feet overhead. Vible notices this and yells a high pitched battle cry before casting fireball with a staff of power (11d6 fire damage since it is a 6th level upcast). The dm then rolls the save and rolls a nat 1. I literally start maniacally cackling in the discord call and say, “watch me get max damage”, and then I rolled my 22d6 along with the 10d6 from falling. Both rolls manage to get all 6s except for a 1 on the fall damage and a 5 on the fireball damage. The dragon is literally knocked to 10 hit points and the monk finishes it off on the next turn of the surprise round. Tl;Dr: kobold wizard manages to almost kill a dragon with a single fireball.

A little over a year ago in this forum, I correctly predicted 39/39 locks to make the 53 man roster out of camp (although I was convinced by a fellow user to remove my 40th player (Sam Eguevoen), who turns out also made the team!). Given my success a year ago with this exercise, I figured it was worth giving it another shot in 2023.

I utilize an approach to making these predictions that can be summed up with the old expression, "follow the money". I also use this approach to review players on the roster bubble headed into camp, and then lump them into several neat(ish) categories. Below I will list my roster locks (with brief explanation as needed), review bubble players (think mostly everyone who isn't a high priority UDFA or a inconsequential futures signing), and offer a few musings about the roster construction that I feel warrant further discussion among the fanbase (not Dalvin Cook!!).

It would be pretty bad business to cut Ahmed after convincing him to take a decrease from his tender, thus forgoing his shot at free agency.
*Tindall: Former third rounders in their second camp are mortal locks to make it onto the 53. Patrick Turner was the last Dolphins 3rd round pick to not make it into his second season, for reference. And as I have now reminded myself, even Michael Egnew got a second season here.
*Berrios, Feeney, Wynn: Each of these players were guaranteed enough money on their deals this offseason that it would be a colossal front office failure if they were to be cut after camp.
Roster Bubble (13 spots available)
Too Expensive? (2)
Last year there was a group of 4 role players that I deemed vulnerable to release/trade at this stage, primarily because they were relatively expensive and could be replaced by a cheaper option with virtually no dead cap hit if released. Of the 4 players listed a year ago, two of them were in fact moved before the season, with Adam Butler waived/injured and Adam Shaheen traded and then traded back and put on IR. This year, I only identified one player that fits this specific description:
Keion Crossen $3.155 cap hit, $0 in dead cap hit
-Now, I still believe Crossen is likely going to be here, as he was signed to be a special teams ace, and also showed himself to be serviceable at CB when thrust into duty in 2022. However, at his premium cost for a 5th corneST ace and no guaranteed money, he is absolutely vulnerable to being replaced by a younger player who can replicate his production.
-Another expensive role player that is impossible to lock into a roster spot at this point is Cedric Wilson, though the reasons are pretty much the exact opposite of Crossen. Wilson is going to count $8 million against the cap, and his release would incur a $7 million dead cap. And yet, he might the team's 5th best receiver right now. In fairness to Grier, this is a good problem and a direct result of the unexpected Hill trade.
Trading Wilson has been discussed at ad nauseum in fan circles, but I do want to note, this depth chart makes very little sense with both Wilson and Robbie Chosen on it come week 1. Given Berrios projects as getting a heavy snap count in the slot and also as PR, the team would likely be keeping one of Chosen or Wilson inactive as a 5th receiver. That level of depth is excessive given other need areas, and also potentially blocks Ezukanma's path to playing time. While Wilson being traded would be the ideal scenario for cap purposes, don't discount Chosen being moved instead given his enticing vet minimum salary.
Swing and a miss? (6)
Last year I had another group of players who either had too much in guarantees or enough draft standing to not at least have a strong chance to make the roster. These were guys that if they were released, the team is owning up to a (major or minor) personnel flub, whether it be a failed FA signing (or re-signing), or a whiffed draft pick. Most notably, Trent Sherfield and Solomon Kindley fit this profile a year ago. This year I have identified 6 such players to watch:
Noah Igbinoghene $2.4 mill dead cap
Jake Bailey: $1.1 mill dead cap
Eric Saubert: $850k dead cap
Nik Needham: $750k dead cap
Malik Reed: $750k dead cap
Erik Ezukanma: $545k dead cap
(Outside of EE, the other 4 players profile as veterans with a decent shot to make roster, who still could conceivably be outplayed for their spot).
-Noah has finally reached an amount of owed guaranteed money where it is realistic for Grier to finally cut his losses, although he would still cost them $1.4 mill whether he is here or not. There are number of factors at play here, but there is a scenario in which a combination of other player's health and a resulting numbers game makes Grier grit his teeth and move on.
-Bailey is pretty straight forward, fighting with the young Turk for the punter job.
-Saubert I feel is very likely to make it, though the phins also have tough decisions to make at TE. They are unlikely to have space for 5 tight ends, and thus to keep Saubert they would have to move on from either one of Elijah Higgins/Tanner Conner or cut veteran Tyler Kroft, who costs you nothing to release, but is also cheaper than Saubert and more of an analogue to Durham Smythe.
-Pains me to put Needham off the lock list, but the Achilles tear is so unpredictable. I think there is a decent chance he starts out on PUP and provides depth in back half of season.
-Reed I believe is up against a few undrafted kids, as well as the veteran edge rusher market, as the team needs as much reliable depth at edge rusher as possible and Reed has had a difficult time since he last played for Vic Fangio. Remember, year ago he was traded from Denver to Pittsburgh for a bag of footballs right around the cut down to the 53 man, which is code for he was otherwise going to be cut by Denver at final cuts.
-EE is a classic case of a kid with draft investment goin up against over achievers like River Cracraft and Braylon Sanders.
Veterans in an uphill battle (9)
Then you have your vets who are guaranteed very little money (if any at all), and have enough competition, that they are directly in the line of fire and have an uphill battle to make the team if not for a change in circumstances. These players are all pretty much clinging to their NFL lives at this stage:
Myles Gaskin $0 dead cap
River Cracraft $0 dead cap
Robbie Chosen $125k dead cap
Geron Christian $350k dead cap
Kendall Lamm $200k dead cap
Cedric Ogbuehi $50k dead cap
Tyler Kroft $25k dead cap
Justin Bethel $75k dead cap
Elijah Campbell $0 dead cap
-It is very hard to see Gaskin's pathway to a roster spot. I remain unsure why he re-signed here.
-Cracraft would be the perfect depth wr or practice squad call up if Wilson or Chosen are moved. If not, I don't see how he sticks on 53 and how he gets back on field barring major injuries.
-It was tough to put Chosen on this list given his talent level and with things remaining so up in air. FWIW, I fully believe he makes zero sense to release while signed at the vet minimum. If his head is on straight, he could get us through an extended absence from Tyreek or Waddle, which is not something we can say for any other receiver on roster.
-Christian, Lamm, Ogbuehi, and rookie 7th rounder Ryan Hayes potentially could all be battling for a fourth OT spot, unless Hayes is moved inside to guard. I give Christian the inside track given the highest dead cap and his remaining upside at age 27. Realistically, the fourth tackle may not be on the roster, or they could even keep only 3 OT's given some of the interior guy's versatility.
-Kroft's status was already largely addressed. If Smythe is gonna be the guy, I'd we need another guy who can be a poor man's version. Perhaps Ingold allows for that guy to be a PS guy.
-Bethel I believe is likely to be a victim of a numbers game.
-Don't sleep on Campbell as the fourth safety. He is a survivor.
Young Pups, will they bite? (11)
With any roster, the last few spots are often taken by inexperienced players with cheap contracts and perceived upside, as opposed to low ceiling vets making 1 million+. The following young pups I believe are the most likely to challenge for a 53 man spot:

Ryan Hayes
Brandon Pili
Keidron Smith
Aubrey Miller

-I've thought about Higgins and Conner battling for one spot behind Saubert, as they all aim to replace Gesiki's snaps. It is also hard for me to envision Mcdaniel and Grier giving up on Higgins or Conner so soon, given the investment and hype for both.
-Hayes as a 7th round pick will definitely be given a real chance to make it. The organization has had a lot of success with 7th round picks in the last decade, but also whiffed on the only one they recently used on OL (Larnel Coleman).
-Based on the current roster, 1-2 udfa's are likely to make it on defense, either to fill a ST role or add depth. Look out, however, for veteran signings between now and training camp.
-They are going to keep 10-11 in the secondary. This is the unit I fear most in terms of losing a player to waivers with upside. I also always overestimate how much the league values our players, so take it with a grain of salt. Keidron Smith is here because he has the most guaranteed money of any UDFA, which has been predictive in recent years, as Kader and Robert Jones both garnered hefty UDFA bonuses.

*Berrios, Feeney, Wynn: Each of these players were guaranteed enough money on their deals this offseason that it would be a colossal front office failure if they were to be cut after camp.

Too Expensive? (2)
Last year there was a group of 4 role players that I deemed vulnerable to release/trade at this stage, primarily because they were relatively expensive and could be replaced by a cheaper option with virtually no dead cap hit if released. Of the 4 players listed a year ago, two of them were in fact moved before the season, with Adam Butler waived/injured and Adam Shaheen traded and then traded back and put on IR. This year, I only identified one player that fits this specific description:
Keion Crossen $3.155 cap hit, $0 in dead cap hit
-Now, I still believe Crossen is likely going to be here, as he was signed to be a special teams ace, and also showed himself to be serviceable at CB when thrust into duty in 2022. However, at his premium cost for a 5th corneST ace and no guaranteed money, he is absolutely vulnerable to being replaced by a younger player who can replicate his production.
-Another expensive role player that is impossible to lock into a roster spot at this point is Cedric Wilson, though the reasons are pretty much the exact opposite of Crossen. Wilson is going to count $8 million against the cap, and his release would incur a $7 million dead cap. And yet, he might the team's 5th best receiver right now. In fairness to Grier, this is a good problem and a direct result of the unexpected Hill trade.
Trading Wilson has been discussed at ad nauseum in fan circles, but I do want to note, this depth chart makes very little sense with both Wilson and Robbie Chosen on it come week 1. Given Berrios projects as getting a heavy snap count in the slot and also as PR, the team would likely be keeping one of Chosen or Wilson inactive as a 5th receiver. That level of depth is excessive given other need areas, and also potentially blocks Ezukanma's path to playing time. While Wilson being traded would be the ideal scenario for cap purposes, don't discount Chosen being moved instead given his enticing vet minimum salary.
Swing and a miss? (6)
Last year I had another group of players who either had too much in guarantees or enough draft standing to not at least have a strong chance to make the roster. These were guys that if they were released, the team is owning up to a (major or minor) personnel flub, whether it be a failed FA signing (or re-signing), or a whiffed draft pick. Most notably, Trent Sherfield and Solomon Kindley fit this profile a year ago. This year I have identified 6 such players to watch:
Noah Igbinoghene $2.4 mill dead cap
Jake Bailey: $1.1 mill dead cap
Eric Saubert: $850k dead cap
Nik Needham: $750k dead cap
Malik Reed: $750k dead cap
Erik Ezukanma: $545k dead cap
(Outside of EE, the other 4 players profile as veterans with a decent shot to make roster, who still could conceivably be outplayed for their spot).
-Noah has finally reached an amount of owed guaranteed money where it is realistic for Grier to finally cut his losses, although he would still cost them $1.4 mill whether he is here or not. There are number of factors at play here, but there is a scenario in which a combination of other player's health and a resulting numbers game makes Grier grit his teeth and move on.
-Bailey is pretty straight forward, fighting with the young Turk for the punter job.
-Saubert I feel is very likely to make it, though the phins also have tough decisions to make at TE. They are unlikely to have space for 5 tight ends, and thus to keep Saubert they would have to move on from either one of Elijah Higgins/Tanner Conner or cut veteran Tyler Kroft, who costs you nothing to release, but is also cheaper than Saubert and more of an analogue to Durham Smythe.
-Pains me to put Needham off the lock list, but the Achilles tear is so unpredictable. I think there is a decent chance he starts out on PUP and provides depth in back half of season.
-Reed I believe is up against a few undrafted kids, as well as the veteran edge rusher market, as the team needs as much reliable depth at edge rusher as possible and Reed has had a difficult time since he last played for Vic Fangio. Remember, year ago he was traded from Denver to Pittsburgh for a bag of footballs right around the cut down to the 53 man, which is code for he was otherwise going to be cut by Denver at final cuts.
-EE is a classic case of a kid with draft investment goin up against over achievers like River Cracraft and Braylon Sanders.
Veterans in an uphill battle (9)
Then you have your vets who are guaranteed very little money (if any at all), and have enough competition, that they are directly in the line of fire and have an uphill battle to make the team if not for a change in circumstances. These players are all pretty much clinging to their NFL lives at this stage:
Myles Gaskin $0 dead cap
River Cracraft $0 dead cap
Robbie Chosen $125k dead cap
Geron Christian $350k dead cap
Kendall Lamm $200k dead cap
Cedric Ogbuehi $50k dead cap
Tyler Kroft $25k dead cap
Justin Bethel $75k dead cap
Elijah Campbell $0 dead cap
-It is very hard to see Gaskin's pathway to a roster spot. I remain unsure why he re-signed here.
-Cracraft would be the perfect depth wr or practice squad call up if Wilson or Chosen are moved. If not, I don't see how he sticks on 53 and how he gets back on field barring major injuries.
-It was tough to put Chosen on this list given his talent level and with things remaining so up in air. FWIW, I fully believe he makes zero sense to release while signed at the vet minimum. If his head is on straight, he could get us through an extended absence from Tyreek or Waddle, which is not something we can say for any other receiver on roster.
-Christian, Lamm, Ogbuehi, and rookie 7th rounder Ryan Hayes potentially could all be battling for a fourth OT spot, unless Hayes is moved inside to guard. I give Christian the inside track given the highest dead cap and his remaining upside at age 27. Realistically, the fourth tackle may not be on the roster, or they could even keep only 3 OT's given some of the interior guy's versatility.
-Kroft's status was already largely addressed. If Smythe is gonna be the guy, I'd we need another guy who can be a poor man's version. Perhaps Ingold allows for that guy to be a PS guy.
-Bethel I believe is likely to be a victim of a numbers game.
-Don't sleep on Campbell as the fourth safety. He is a survivor.
Young Pups, will they bite? (11)
With any roster, the last few spots are often taken by inexperienced players with cheap contracts and perceived upside, as opposed to low ceiling vets making 1 million+. The following young pups I believe are the most likely to challenge for a 53 man spot:

Elijah Higgins
Ryan Hayes
Brandon Pili
Keidron Smith
Aubrey Miller
Mitchell Agude
Trill Williams
Keidron Smith
Verone Mckinley
Bryce Thompson
Michael Turk
-I've thought about Higgins and Conner battling for one spot behind Saubert, as they all aim to replace Gesiki's snaps. It is also hard for me to envision Mcdaniel and Grier giving up on Higgins or Conner so soon, given the investment and hype for both.
-Hayes as a 7th round pick will definitely be given a real chance to make it. The organization has had a lot of success with 7th round picks in the last decade, but also whiffed on the only one they recently used on OL (Larnel Coleman).
-Based on the current roster, 1-2 udfa's are likely to make it on defense, either to fill a ST role or add depth. Look out, however, for veteran signings between now and training camp.
-They are going to keep 10-11 in the secondary. This is the unit I fear most in terms of losing a player to waivers with upside. I also always overestimate how much the league values our players, so take it with a grain of salt. Keidron Smith is here because he has the most guaranteed money of any UDFA, which has been predictive in recent years, as Kader and Robert Jones both garnered hefty UDFA bonuses.

Taking vitamin D, magnesium, and B12 due to vitamin deficiencies caused by H dominant SIBO. Planning on a low FODMAP diet, oregano oil, and a prokinetic for the next month. Any other essentials or suggestions?
Pretty sure I got my SIBO after COVID or another infection and it was exacerbated by poor treatment plans at the start (my PCP put me on PPIs thinking I had high stomach acid) and then stress and poor symptom management. Thanks in advance!
