## Valuing Trades
We'll use [gg.deals](https://gg.deals) UK key shops price as a way to compare the value of games. If a key shop price isn't available we'll use best judgement based on retail price and recent bundles. Key values change daily so if you notice something is in the wrong tier please let me know. To keep things accessible we'll cap key value at £2.
As a general rule I will usually accept any game in the same tier as a fair trade. I've also accepted trades with games at the top end of a lower tier for games at the bottom end of the next tier. We can trade multiples to even out values but they don’t need to be exact as long as the trade is reasonable. If I already have a surplus of a game you're offering, I may turn you down until the existing copies have been traded.
If anyone just wants to donate any keys that are no good to them to the list then I’m always grateful to receive them. Just DM me and I’ll add them. A huge thank you to those that have already donated keys to this project.
## Region Locks
Any region locks I know about with be noted next to the affected games. I have no way to check so there may be others. I'll always go first in a trade so you can make sure the key works for you before sending me any of yours.
## Why?
A short while ago I had some spare keys from bundles that I couldn't find a trade for. The traders with the games I wanted already owned the games I had and the traders who wanted the games I had didn't have anything I'd want in return. I was thinking of giving up and giving away my keys but then I had an idea - If I was willing to accept any game in return, I could trade with those that wanted my games and break the trading deadlocks for the more common, lower value games. I could add the games I didn't want myself back onto the list and if I ended up with a load of rubbish that nobody wanted then I'd only lost what I was willing to give away anyway.
Even though re-trading is nothing new, removing personal interest and accepting a trade for any game makes trading much more accessible to others - especially those with only a few spare keys. The idea was popular and it gained momentum. I also received some generous donations and the list grew into what you see above. Even though I don't get much from it myself (I do keep the occasional game that catches my eye) I am happy that I can help others get games they can play in exchange for keys they have no use for. The community has really come through with honesty, helping to grow this into something worthwhile.

Hello everyone,
last days I have really high anxiety and last night I think I had a panic attack. The thing is that my girlfriend constantly fill our time with negativity and depressive informations. We are still young (m29/f32) and 6 Months together.
Her problems are all over the place. She hates her boss/job, doesn’t have friends, problems with mother, my friends, her cadriving etc.
Since we are together I get daily E-mails screenshots of her Boss giving her regular tasks for that day. But she is overreacting on any email at work and reflect that on me.
She bought a nice new car recently. But after that she was for 3 Months afraid - what if she scratch it or something. Every day - constantly. Few days ago that happened and somebody damaged her car on a parking lot. She asked me what to do - my go to was: CALL THE POLICE! She didn’t do it, she decided to trust other person that did the damage and went her way to negotiate with her car insurance. Days after that on hourly bases she bothered me with: “WHAT IF…?” questions - even after insurance company already called her and said her that everything is set up and that they will repair her car.
If we put everything on the side I am also constantly listen about her ex. After all this negativity yesterday I said to her that I have a feeling that I’m losing my breath and that I can’t breathe (my heart rate went also through the roof +110bpm to +120bpm acc to Garmin). She said:”Oh yeah, my ex also got panic attacks at some moment - that’s why I left him. It was total mess to deal with that”… She also concluded that I am problem in our relationship because developing panic attacks. (Never had one in my life…and now I am totaly confused). I immediately left her appartment in fear and drove myself home. (I think it was a spontan reaction - I didn’t know what to do, just panicked, sat in my car and went to my place…while having 1000 calls from her and mostly her on the line telling me I am the problem).
About my situation: in the middle of changing jobs (got great offer from Fortune 100 company, but jobs changing is already stressful for me), have tough family situation (as kid kicked out of mothers house and went to fathers place…finished master engineering degree while parallel working and dealing with life/rent/food and having no money)…all that didn’t break me, but now in this relationship I feel broken and without way out.
On the beginning of the relationship I checked myself on all STDs before we had sex, but she refuses till this day to do the tests.
TL;DR; I think that relationship makes me anxious and make me develop panic attacks but I am not sure anymore.

Ahhhhh I don't know what to do.
So roughly 2 months ago I broke up with my now ex partner, we had been dating for 6 months and honestly it pretty much like being a mother to a child. I was emotionally drained by him, hence why I ended it.
I've had a friend for around 3 months now, and at first I wasn't interested in him. I simply just really enjoyed his company. I recently RMA'd my Z690 Aorus Master motherboard because it wasn't detecting my m.2 drive, also the PCIE 5.0 slot's retention clip broke. Not sure if its a quality issue but compared to my Z370 Ultra Gaming's PCIE retention clip, the plastic they used are better and more durable.
They sent my unit to their HQ in Taiwan. Before hand I placed a tiny double sided tape on the broken clip and epoxy'd back the broken pin to the clip. I had to make sure I had an indicator to know if they really replaced it or not. To my dismay when I got the motherboard back they reused the clip.
How is a multi million company not able to replace a single piece of plastic? I was so clear with the RMA team in my country about the issues I had and yet the RMA department at their HQ can't replace 1 tiny piece of plastic? Very disappointing..

Hi guys, as most people in here this is my favorite ever game and I know it sounds sad but I can't get my ending out of my head and it makes me feel like shit whenever I vist this game again or watch others playthroughs. I got the ending where Violet was blind (friend alive), Tenn (alive) and Louis (boyfriend and dead). This ending gave no real closure because in this after all that Clem has been through it feels like shes in a community where she doesn't belong/not that very close to anyone except AJ in there. (This is because to get Violet blind and just friend you're not that close to her) and with Louis dying she just hasn't got that one close person to rely on/think about other than AJ as I said. I thought of restarting from the complete beginning of the game and clearing out that ending from my head but it's not really the same if it's not your first playthrough I guess, I just didn't get that full closure and it always makes me feel shitty and ruins the game partly for me. Anyways, I wanna know what you guys think about this and maybe help me out a bit, thanks. :)

2 months ago I (32m) separated from my partner (28f) of 1 year (9 months living together)
I knew this was the right decision as she suddenly had a change of heart about certain aspects of my life that I cannot change, namely, kids from a previous marriage that I see regularly and come visit.
During discussions, or arguments she'd become hostile, loud, threatening and goes from being my partner to a complete (enemy) ?! which I found to be very stable behavior. During the course of living together I lived through some difficult times, endless shouting, suicide threats, silent treatment and extreme love bombing.
Fast forward a couple of months after the separation and few weeks of no contact.... I really miss her and her company and our good and intimate times. I am struggling to sleep properly, I am crying all the time, 5-6 times a day....every morning feels like I am starting over.
I use words like heart ache, heartbroken, depressed, shattered to describe how I am feeling.
Am I trauma bonded? Is this normal?

Moved to the New York office and have been promoted twice ranked top of cohort in both Australia and the US. I would likely be aiming for R2 applications or R1 in 2024 as I have only just started considering the MBA route and have yet to take the GMAT / GRE.

My experiences are quite narrow predominantly being in consulting and I am looking for more well rounded personal growth and to expand my network / experiences. Short term I'm looking at more operations associate roles at a PE firm (want to pivot from advice into operating). Long term I would love to have opportunities as GM / upper mgmt / c-suite ops roles in medium to large corporate companies and my hypothesis is that these qualifications are required in the US especially as a female + asian (not sure about Australia though).
Questions:
- Is my profile generic / competitive? Would I have a chance at M7, if not what improvements would be needed (e.g. more recent leadership / volunteering experience)?
- Does my rationale for an MBA make sense in the US or would I be able to achieve that outcome without it?
- Does my rationale for an MBA make sense in Aus? I am struggling to understand how valued it is there as I have heard that practical experience is more valued and I am aiming to stay in the US in the medium term (5-8 years)
