Don't exercise your (long) options for stock! Exercising throws away extrinsic value that selling retrieves. Simply sell your (long) options, to close the position, to harvest value, for a gain or loss. Your break-even is the cost of your option when you are selling. If exercising (a call), your breakeven is the strike price plus the debit cost to enter the position. Further reading: Monday School: Exercise and Expiration are not what you think they are.
Also, generally, do not take an option to expiration, for similar reasons as above.

Favorite Client Support Platform? HubSpot or …?
So I have a small business in the helpdesk business. We service our clients AND their customers. (We know their software better than they do, so we support both sides)
To keep it simple, we gave our clients and their customers the same inbox. We serve about 20 clients (their staff) and 8000 of their customers. Not a bad gig.
But.. we need to update our ticketing process. We’re using HelpScout, and it’s costly and not very versatile. It’s easy to use, but.. we can’t categorize tickets and apply templates.
It also falls short in a few ways: we have zero visibility for our clients to collaborate (they can’t log in and help us close tickets by local managers) and we can’t necessarily link the ticket to the customer profile in our crm or associate that ticket with a specific client (currently using clickup as a working MVP to cover this gap)
I’m looking at Jira, AzureDevops, Front, ClickUp (for tickets), and the usual HubSpot and ZenDesk.
Any suggestions on the use-cases I’ve described?

I use Quick Steps all the time for email responses. I inadvertently agreed to the new Outlook this morning, and would like to revert back to the old version if Quick Steps isn't available.
I have Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.425.600 (Production). Client Version is 20230526012.07 .
In screenshots, it seemed like there was a toggle to allow me to switch back to the old version but that is not the case. How can I switch back?!?!?

I successfully lost about 30lbs a year ago, using a lot of help from this board. Then, I had a really tough semester of grad school, coming into it after a surgery and losing a beloved family member. I used eating to cope with my stress -- I realize now it became the one regular thing I did that brought me happiness, or felt comforting. Now, I'm coming out of the daze that was the last 5 months and I see that I've regained back almost all of the weight I've lost. I feel sad, and embarrassed to be seen by the people who saw me lose the weight in the first place.
Most of all, I feel like my compulsive eating has gone into a full disorder. I recognize that the compulsion to eat large amounts of food can totally overwhelm me right now, and that I'm thinking about food in a really unhealthy way. A couple of weeks ago I started using a workbook for binge eating that's actually been really helpful -- but it also says that the first step is to let go of the desire to diet and lose weight. After stepping on the scale this morning, I'm finding it really hard to let go of. In the back of my mind I know that no matter what, I want to lose weight. But the last few times I've tried to get started with CICO again I've failed spectacularly. So I guess healing the BED has to come first?
In the meantime, I feel sad and humiliated. I have to go back out and get larger pants again. I have to show up at a huge family/friends event in a couple of weeks nearly back at my old size, after a year of everyone telling me how good I looked because of all the weight I lost. I know these things take time and statistically, it makes sense I regained the weight. But losing about 30lbs in 4 months last year made me feel invincible and so happy. I don't know why I can't just get myself to do it again. But I'm trying to tell myself that my mental health has to lead my physical health. Taking care of my BED just seems like it has to come before trying to force myself back into a CICO box. And in the meantime, I'll also try to make healthier choices, get the gym back into my routine, and try to be kinder to myself.

I have been on reddit a long time, but have only found interest in conversing in discourse recently. My issue is often when I post I end up getting into a back and forth with someone with the intention of understanding and seeking a middle ground.
Honestly I know this sounds naive, but I would hope that users are well-intentioned but often times they are primarily focused only on troll behavior and really it would just be a better use of time to not engage.
In that mindset, has someone already developed an AI aggregator that would be able to sort through a specific users post history and take into account their comments and how they relate to OP's topic, how often they speak in an inflammatory manor or honestly. How often do they converse on one side of a specific topic and do they appear misleading etc etc. Also, do they appear to hold characteristics of a 'bot'.
Is anyone working on something like this? I feel like it wouldn't be the hardest thing to get running from the command line, but would rather check out someone else's work before I just dive in.

I don’t know if my daughter is going through sleep regression or she has separation anxiety or a mix of both. Lately I’m unable to think straight. I am also unable to understand what’s causing her so much frustration and playfulness right before she is put to bed. She’s 9.5 months old and was sleep trained using the book PLS when she turned 6.5 months old
Currently, I dread her bedtime and it gives me anxiety just to think about it. I also have postpartum rage and I use breath monitoring and calming counts to stay balanced but I am now having super frequent breakdowns while putting her to sleep since the last week and thus looking for help. My question to the parents in this community— If she’s going through regression or is having separation anxiety- What should I do to retrain her or help her sleep? She is sleepy like a limp piece of lettuce in my lap while doing her routine but sits upright, fights sleep, is active when laid in bed. She’s unable to lie back down and go to sleep even though she’s sooo tired. This has been happening since the last week or so. I’m really really REALLY tired, anxious and overwhelmed. Advice on how to handle this, if you too have experienced something similar is very welcome.

2. I can only find 'em in 36mm. Does anyone know if Unicorn plans to release 'em in other leghts as well?

I prefer the standard 32mm. I repointed a set of 24 Gms with some 45mm Gripper points and this ruined the balance on those darts. Obviously, it's my throw, but the standard lenght seems to be working the best pour moi.
I can throw those long-ass points, but I need to focus like a madman, which I'd rather not do.

I recently got a new parking spot, that is in the middle of a 3-car-across driveway. There are no lines to indicate where one car's spot starts or ends.
Often when I come home, I am the first car to park. For some reason, I just can't manage to get myself directly in the center of the driveway. I have to get out, check the car, straighten out, move a little to the left/right.
Anyway, it's getting annoying and will be worse when there is snow. Any tips on how I can get my brain to just park in the right spot?

I installed SME on Wabbajack and tried playing without adding any mods myself. I launched the game through MO2. The game froze before getting out of Helgen every single time. Sometimes during character creation, sometimes later. I also tried using alternate perspective to skip the intro, but it also freezes within 10 minutes. It never actually crashed to desktop, so no crash dumps were generated.
I've been googling things for days and haven't found an answer. I hope someone here can help me :)

My hair is naturally jet black. Starting last year my hair was red, brown, caramel, platinum, and now brown. I’ve had it professionally bleached for platinum and I’ve used a lot of box dye. Recently i put black box dye on my platinum hair making it brown. I had extensions and now my hair is EXTREMELY thin. It’s just a little past my shoulders and I hate how thin it is. Any advice on how to regrow it thicker? Am I doomed to the point of no return and have better luck buzzing it all?

Looking for any advice! So my 14 month old scrambler is having a problem we’re it’s not displaying speed on my display and also the bike is not responding to the peddle assist levels, it’s either on or off. The bike still works otherwise. I can use the throttle to go all day(also I’m pretty sure it unlocked some speed as the bike no longer can tell how fast it’s going). I contacted juiced looking for any advice and after chatting for two hours I got nowhere. They said they have never heard of this and pretty much told me to check my connections half a dozen times over a two hour chat so it was pretty useless. My self diagnostics says some part of the speed sensor is nocked loose inside the hub. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Also is this something an e-bike repair shop can fix?

I wanna say first that I didn't think it was bad, and my opinion is also influenced by the fact that I didn't know it was the first of two parts. Also, this contains a few spoilers potentially.
That being said, I do not think it deserves the immensely high rating it has been given. The art style did not feel like it really captured the emotion of the scenes as well as the first one, which really felt like a moving comic. It felt more here like the art style was being used to convey the differences between the universes which I guess is fine but gave each scene less impact. The scene with captain Stacy at the opening was well done visually though (even with the campy dialogue).
In addition, there were a lot of scenes that I didn't think were necessary, or way longer than they needed to be. I get that he has issues with his parents, but there were a lot of scenes where Miles is talking to his parents for example where nothing new was introduced and no character development occurred. That's all without saying that they didn't feel like realistic conversations. It felt like they were telling us that his parents were trying to be good to him, rather than showing it (the whole show don't tell idea). Maybe if I watch it again knowing it's a two parter I'll enjoy it more idk.
It also kinda feels like it's gonna suffer from the same thing that happened to the Hobbit. Too many movies and its filled up with stuff that is not important. To the plot or characters. They are preparing for a fight and the next one feels like it's gonna be one massive 2 hour fight or something. If they took out some fan service and characterized his parents a bit better, they could have probably just done one movie. I suppose we will see though.
This last point is more of a personal problem, but the plot itself annoyed me. It felt like it was devaluing the story of Spiderman by essentially making it the antagonist of this movie and given how much impact Spiderman has had on my life it did not make me feel good.

The Nevada legislature has given final approval to a bill to create a new working group to study psychedelics and develop a plan to allow regulated access for therapeutic purposes. It now heads to the governor’s desk.
The Assembly passed the measure from Sen. Rochelle Nguyen (D) in a 40-0 vote on Sunday, one day ahead of the scheduled end of the session. This comes days after it cleared the full Senate, as well as an Assembly committee on Friday.
Nguyen told committee members at the Friday hearing that she first learned about the benefits of psychedelics from constituents who raised the issue with her.
“The people that come to you are not people that look like they’re out of a Woodstock video…but they are first responders,” she said. “They are firefighters, they are police officers, they are veterans and they are people that don’t traditionally fit the bill of someone that you would think of when we talk about mushrooms or psychedelics.”
Representatives of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and the Nevada Sheriffs’ and Chiefs’ Association testified in support of the legislation before the Assembly panel.
“This is something that we need to support. It is something that is coming, and we should be on the forefront of it—not in the middle of the pack or behind,” the sponsor said, referring to similar reforms advancing in other states. “And without this bill passing, I worry that we are behind.”
Gov. Joe Lombardo (R) has not given any public indication about what he might do with the bill now that it is heading to his desk.
As introduced, the measure would have legalized psilocybin and promoted research into the psychedelic, as well as encouraged studies of MDMA—but it was significantly scaled back in a prior Senate committee.
The bill as revised now focuses on forming a Psychedelic Medicines Working Group to examine the use of entheogens “in medicinal, therapeutic, and improved wellness.”
The sponsor had acknowledged that the legislation would likely be amended during an initial committee hearing in March, stating that she would be amenable to changes and primarily wanted to initiate a conversation in the legislature about psychedelics reform.
Under the bill as currently drafted, a 15-member working group would be established under the state Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), tasked with studying the science of psychedelics “including but not limited to” psilocybin and psilocin in overall wellness and the treatment of mental health conditions such as PTSD, substance use disorder and major depressive disorder, and during end of life care.
The group would further need to look at federal, state and local laws governing the therapeutic use of psychedelics and then develop an “actionable plan on how to enable access to therapeutic entheogens and compounds…that are safe, accessible, and affordable.”
They would be required to submit a report to the legislature with their findings by December 31, 2024.
Members of the working group would include the state attorney general, director of HHS, director of veterans services and president of the Nevada Board of Pharmacology, or their respective designees. Another four members would be appointed by majority and minority leaders of each legislative chamber. Seven more members who meet certain criteria would be appointed by the governor.
The governor would need to select a military veteran with personal experience with psychedelics to treat post-traumatic stress disorder, a licensed psychiatrist or psychologist with a background in substance misuse treatment, a federally registered psychedelics researcher and a representative of a Nevada tribal government, among others.
Nevada is joining a rapidly growing list of states where legislators are pursuing psychedelics reform this session as interest in the therapeutic potential into entheogenic substances expands.

Hey dads. Our first just turned 9 mo today and we have a few big road trips coming up for family get togethers. We were able to snag a minivan a few months ago despite the supply issues (2023 Sienna, love it, does have raised rails but no crossbars), but given the length of trips and how much this kid needs brought along I’m not quite sure we’ll have enough space. Between our suitcases, baby suitcase, pack and play, strollewagon, and stuff we need for the actual time in the car, I’m having trouble with the imaginary Tetris.
One is just 4 nights, plus a hotel stop on the way up, and grandma coming along so 3 adults. The other is 7-8 nights and grandma is being traded for our medium-large sized dog.
We took a similar length trip with a rental minivan 7 months ago, probably overpacked, and barely had enough space for just the 3 of us.
At what point is usual minivan cargo space not enough? My wife is appalled at the very idea of a rooftop carrier, but they seem incredibly useful to me and there are plenty of affordable options that I’m seeing.

Ok so i was using my laptop when i launched a game (WoW) then pressed play, then when the loading screen came, a couple of seconds after it an amd report saying something wrong happened popped up, then my screen froze, i tried couple of graphic refresh command and nothing happened, i decided to force shutdown my laptop, after that i start it up, then i went to device manager and found a triangle with an exclamation mark on the amd graphic, i tried to uninstall it then restart my laptop so it can automatically reinstall but was met with my screen shutdown NOT black but turned off, after tinkering a bit i went to the bios and switched up graphic device from discrete to UMA i was able to start up my laptop and reach desktop, after a bit of searching on the internet i found a program called Driver easy, and was said it can help fix my problem but when i run it the amd dedicated graphic does not show up(i tried also amd auto driver but nothing) so i went back to the bios and turned graphic device from UMA to discrete, and i was able to reach the desktop, i ran Driver easy and the missing amd graphic showed up, i tried to download it, while the program was downloading it, the laptop froze again, i forced shutdown the laptop then started it up again but now it freeze on the login screen, so i went to bios and switched graphic device from discrete to UMA and now i am back on the desktop but with no amd graphic, and i ran out of things to try and i do not know what to do, can someone help me with this please
