2023.03.23 04:18 menorahman100 Signs of Horus Worship: 345 On the Map
![]() | https://preview.redd.it/tdvsvv3ulepa1.jpg?width=500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c629616d540cc8a257e91635a2fbd1d7a245f043 submitted by menorahman100 to SaturnStormCube [link] [comments] As a refresher, the Masonic pin that suggests the 47th Problem of Euclid implies the formula for producing Horus. The geometric proof of the Pythagorean Theorem is used to express how Horus is the result of Egyptian sex magick, the union of Osiris and Isis. In numeric code, the fundamental Pythagorean Triple that represents those identities is the set; 3, 4 and 5. See how this pin positions the Horus hypotenuse area on the bottom, with Osiris and Isis above in an exhibit of “As Above, So Below.” What is in the lower earth is a sum and projection of the two in the higher heaven above. See how the legs of a golden X appear between Osiris and Isis upon Horus. The X is the sign of the sun god! What do you get when you cross Osiris with Isis? Horus. Upon Horus is placed the square and compass, with the G inside. I have written at length about that emblem, and much of the meaning pertains to Egyptian sex magick, to the union of the sons of god with the daughters of men, and to ritual sodomy. https://preview.redd.it/9vz459yzlepa1.jpg?width=300&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e838115862b4519013a08a7c138b0687a86f82e4 When this pin is worn, ritual sex magick is performed as the phallic pin pierces the receiver. The round backing is a circle that is squared when the pin is assembled. The G implies the I of the GI tract, and the Eye of Horus enlightenment that may be produced in that region. The right triangle is a signal anal triangle, the sodomite portal, the dalet character in Hebrew that means, “door.” It is the pyramid, and Eye of Horus. It is the central magickal portal where the alchemical “Solve et Coagula” happens, and this is identified by the 345. According to the gematria, an ancient number sum code many of us are pretty familiar with, esoterics derive connections between Moses and God in their interaction on Mt Sinai at the burning bush. Moses is there represented as 345, and he is seen as a mirror of “I AM” the 543. It is understood by some that the number 345 may be directly interpreted to, “El Shaddai,” “God Almighty.” https://preview.redd.it/g9rmptg4mepa1.jpg?width=610&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=112280c059458cfc84aab80d90bf19529b168cd5 There is a genuine and there is a counterfeit, and the counterfeiter always hijacks the genuine, imprinting over the top of it as a symbol. If this mystical 345 really is so highly valued by the Illuminists, where is the evidence of it? It's in hand signs and other contexts, usually hiding in plain sight. Michelangelo was a master at coding esoteric symbolism. Here's some of his HAND-iwork, which is still on display at the present day's sun cult capital, the Vatican. Although Adam did become illuminated in the way Michelangelo pictured, in the way of those who sign the Horus hand of the 345, that was not the result of interaction with the Creator (Who is Cain's Father?). While “I AM” may be a 345 in gematria, representing Him with the third and fourth fingers united makes it pretty obvious that Michelangelo knew the score at the Vatican. So, the god of the Illumined was imprinted over the true and living Lord God. I make a point about religious art and the second commandment frequently. Disobedience brings a curse, no joke. https://preview.redd.it/dktg9thamepa1.jpg?width=463&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9e69155ad57ad52d88f802099034769c0f90b9a6 Where else do we find the esoteric 345? At the Horus East Cafe. Note the address: 345 E 62nd St, New York, NY. https://preview.redd.it/ecpgkfpfmepa1.jpg?width=502&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ed3abb113194083bb38265b568ec176afc9403f3 Coincidence? The finish line of the Boston Marathon was set at 666 Boylston Street. Coincidence? Not likely. What we find across the country in San Francisco just can't be dismissed. Look at the way the address numbers appear at the entrance to 345 California Center, with the 3 and 4 overlapping to suggest their union. https://preview.redd.it/xfuwrk8ynepa1.png?width=496&format=png&auto=webp&s=abbc9094d84015c0751beae1c5eda3242674a0a8 Take a look at a satelite photo of the Center, in the middle of the block. This complex building is clearly a giant scale architectural illustration of the 47th Problem of Euclid. Locally, the Center is known as the tweezer building, making reference to the peculiar extensions or horns. Is this 345 signing Baphomet with the hidden 3 and 4? You probably noted how California Center produces the acronym CC. Because the Occult code value of C is 3 this transforms into 33 and signals Freemasonry and ritual sodomy, but let's see that from another perspective. Let's interpret CC in the geometrical context of the 345 California Center address and esoteric Euclidian architectural design. The CC is the c2 of the equation representing the Pythagorean Theorem. The esoteric identity of the right triangle side c is “Horus.” A CC signal makes it apparent that the hypotenuse is being called to our attention, and the area of the 47th Problem of Euclid even more particularly. CC=Horus. The 345 California Center conceals and reveals the alchemy of Horus, produced through the union of Osiris and Isis! The special design elements appear way up at the top of the building, and while these are hidden from those who may only perceive it from a common perspective the mystical design is exposed to those who look down from above. As Above, So Below. https://preview.redd.it/84kdntmxnepa1.jpg?width=100&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c04d37c9d3b4e8e1dac70bba977ceace9f97538f The 47th Problem of Euclid and the 345 code is suggested in every instance of the ubiquitous square and compass emblem of Freemasonry because of that right angle square. When you see a right triangle of the exact 345 dimensions in a logo or some other object being called out for special attention, it's probably a sign. By the way, the square of the Masonic emblem is both a right triangle and an isosceles triangle. Is this what Scarecrow had in mind? https://www.metro-arts.org/ourpages/auto/2015/5/14/58561904/Scarecrows%20Math%20from%20The%20Wizard%20of%20Oz.pdf This image from The Wizard of Oz (1939) shows when the Scarecrow has just received his diploma from the Wizard and is experiencing an epiphany. He recites a mangled version of the Pythagorean Theorem then, and here we go! “The sum of the square roots of any two sides of an isosceles triangle is equal to the square root of the remaining side. Oh, joy! Oh, rapture! I've got a brain!” He is enraptured because he has just been enlightened, attaining gnosis in the opening of his third eye. He's met Horus, solving the 47th Problem of Euclid. Let's consider what's wrong with Scarecrow's version. He names the isosceles triangle but the Theorem actually applies to the right triangle. A given triangle may be both an isosceles triangle (with two equal sides) and a right triangle (with a 90 degree angle) but that is a special case. Isosceles right-angled triangles can not have all three sides bearing integer values, so there are no Pythagorean Triples that can represent such a case. That certainly excludes the fundamental 3, 4, 5 set that is of particular interest. Even if we were to accept that Scarecrow actually meant some right triangle, he's still in error because the value relating to the sum of the squares of the two other sides applies only to the hypotenuse, the side identified with the letter c. It is a fact that a2 + b2 = c2 but b2 + c2 does not equal a2. What's up? It seems to me like a joke, played by the Illumined on the ignorant and the initiates who struggle and haven't yet solved the mystery of Horus Eye illumination. It also draws attention to the scene, for instruction about the esoteric meaning, concealing and revealing. The diploma is awarded in recognition of achievement by academics. It is a sign of initiation into the ranks of academics. Definition of Academy: “Plato's school for advanced education and the first institutional school of philosophy.” Quoting Wikipedia, “Pythagorean ideas exercised a marked influence on Plato, and through him, all of Western philosophy.” Behind the diploma then lies the foundation of academia, even Pythagoras and his famed Theorem, yet beyond this is the Egyptian magickal tradition of the sun god worship. The Wizard is the Wizard of Oz, the mystical sorcerer and high priest of On, as I've demonstrated in recent posts to this blog. Sun and triangle / pyramid symbolism abounds in this mind-control programming film classic. What could be more fitting for the Scarecrow than to be rewarded for his valiant quest by being ceremonially recognized by the sorcerer and high priest of On as an illumined initiate, a true worshiper of Horus? Signaling with the white gloved (associated with Freemasons in ceremonial attire) Horus hand in a 345 variant makes quite a statement as he points to his head during this epiphany, while roughly referencing the Pythagorean Theorem that provides the basis for the esoteric description of what is being dramatized. That scene, folks is a ritual enactment, right there on film. Yet, that occurrence is far from being rare or unusual. That magick of the Illumined wizards of MGM and Hollywood dramatizes the essential sex magick, not of a remote and mythical past but of a vital present. Horus and his enlightenment is no less relevant than before. His illumined servants are still being initiated into the ancient mysteries with their eye of Horus opened. This is also a token of the revelation of Horus aka the Beast and what will manifest in the mark of the beast. The witness is before you. Have you considered how the scarecrow is a metaphor, with the crow as an unclean bird of the air, a demon? The simple agricultural function of a scarecrow models the operation of an apotropaic, a good luck charm that scares off or wards off demons. The Scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz wasn't very effective when Dorothy found him in the field of corn. He needed an upgrade to ward off the Evil Eye. |

2023.03.22 22:13 RedactedNoneNone MK12: Roster & Story Pitch (all 12 chapters)
![]() | Roster submitted by RedactedNoneNone to Mortalkombatleaks [link] [comments] art credits: https://pastebin.com/TYXa49HZ 25 characters same as MK11. Two new characters on top row are Great Kung Lao and King Jerrod. Onaga is the boss of arcade mode. The blue outlines are skins. The game would take place in Liu Kang's new timeline following his MK11 Aftermath ending. Some characters get altered origins or powers as result. For example, Mileena is Shao Kahn's half-tarkatan daughter with a normal mouth instead of a Kitana clone, Sub-Zero is the wraith instead of Scorpion, etc.. Other changes are described in the story mode you might enjoy or might piss you off. Goro and Sektor could be dlc or npcs; I list them as skins for Kintaro and Cyrax since they appear as fights in the story. Story Mode In the beginning, Liu Kang stands before an empty pitch black universe. Suddenly, the horizon sparks with light in an explosion of creation. Liu Kang raises his hand to catch the explosion, and begins to weave reality with the power of Kronika's hourglass. At his side is his great love Kitana. For eons, they attempted to create the perfect timeline. It's an eternal struggle to ensure both the safety of the realms as well as the existence of their loved ones, friends and allies. Liu Kang was on the precipice of perfection before the power of the hourglass was lost to him forever. In this new timeline, Shinnok's war against creation is waged in Outworld instead of Earthrealm. Shinnok and the Dragon King Onaga destroy each other in an epic battle - a conflict designed by the two lords of time to eliminate both threats. However, their hubris becomes their downfall. The battle of gods causes the power of the hourglass to leave Liu Kang, as if the primordial force inside returned to its true owner. Liu Kang is powerless to stop Kitana from fading to dust, himself only preserved due to Kronika's crown. He is trapped in a fate of his own design. Once home to conquerors, the wartorn Outworld instead becomes the prey. It is hopeless without an emperor as King Jerrod invades. For the next millennia, Liu Kang can only watch as Edenia merges with Outworld and other realms. Now the time has come for King Jerrod to put the crown jewel in his Edenian empire. He challenges Earthrealm to MORTAL KOMBAT! 1. Great Kung Lao Mirroring the ending in MK11 Aftermath, Liu Kang appears to Kung Lao at the Wu-Shi Academy. The humble monk is in awe the guardian of Earthrealm is speaking to a mortal like himself. Liu Kang recalls having a similar reaction to meeting Raiden, but now is the time for action. Kung Lao's training begins in earnest (vs. Liu Kang). Years fly by, and the once meager monk becomes an unrivaled warrior, just in time to meet the invaders from Edenia in the monastery's arena. King Jerrod presides over his delegation alongside Queen Sindel and Princess Kitana. The reborn Kitana does not recognize Liu Kang at all, causing him great sadness. The Edenians are ageless, dazzlingly beautiful, and adorned with the gifts of conquest and royalty. Instead of them stepping up to fight, the enslaved warriors of former Outworld come forward. Mortal Kombat begins (vs. Reptile). The tournament is fought in 10 parts. With each victory, Earthrealm is spared another 50 years and the champion's life is extended the same amount. In some rounds, brave Edenians enter kombat but are no match (vs. Jade). Kung Lao fights his greatest challenge yet in the ninth tournament: the hulking Goro (vs. Goro). Over time, the unassuming arena in the mountains is built into a Warrior Shrine to the Great Kung Lao. Kung Lao has lived for over 400 years yet his reverence and gratitude to Liu Kang do not waiver. In contrast, with each century gone by Liu Kang becomes more forlorn. He never forgot the power he once held as he leads his friend into battle and watches Kitana from afar. Liu Kang retires to the Jinsei where he secretly stores the inert hourglass. He is shocked when the glass begins to crack and the sands of time trickle out. The sands mold into the unmistakable form of Shang Tsung. Liu Kang moves to strike him down, but the sorcerer gives no reaction. Shang Tsung says his form is temporary while his soul twists endlessly in the sands - the consequence of a mortal wielding Kronika's power. He was witness to each new creation of Liu Kang's. He knows of a way to free them both from their torment: Shinnok partially succeeded in his plan to steal the One Being's power and end creation. The One Being was sealed in a mortal vessel and the power of the Titans, including Liu Kang's, were stripped away as result. Killing the One Being will give Liu Kang back his time-shaping abilities. All it would take is Shinnok's amulet. Reluctantly, Liu Kang makes a deal with the devil to regain what he lost. 2. Mileena The Edenians return home enraged after their latest tournament loss. Their strongest warriors cannot combat Earthrealm's champion because they are required in Edenia. The ongoing skirmishes with the freedom fighters of Outworld distract them from completing the unification of the realms. Jerrod and Sindel were witnesses to Shinnok's death war and decided the only way to protect his people from the acts of gods was to rival them in strength. With the realms unified under Edenia, mortals can have a fighting chance. Yet there are some among the conquered who do not share his vision. General Rain comes to court with news on one such nuisance. They tracked down the rebel leader Mileena. Later on, Mileena readies her raiding party. Half-tarkatan by blood, Mileena and her group of monstrous tarkatans sharpen their blades as if preparing for a massacre. However, this mission is valorous one. They fight to free Outworld slaves in the streets of Edenia's capitol. A routine operation if not for the trap laid for her. After her chains are cut, one of the hooded slaves assaults Mileena (vs. D'vorah). Mileena spares her foe and says all enslaved will be freed even the foul Kytinn. Mileena and her allies are ambushed by Rain's squadron (vs. Rain). Next, the assassin Tanya befalls her. Their flirtatious banter is brutally cut short (vs. Tanya). Mileena retreats to her hideout but the deadly Princess Kitana beat her there. She notes how they are remarkably similar despite their different bloodlines and origins (vs. Kitana). After briefly getting the upper hand, Mileena sacrifices herself to save her soldiers. Kitana appears to kill Mileena and announce her death to the other Edenians. News of Mileena's demise reaches the rebellion's main base, where diverse races and species of conquered realms vie for freedom. At the head of this congregation is Shao Kahn, but not Kahn. He resembles the Shao Kahn of Outworld's dark prior history, but in this diverged timeline he is a man of honor respected by all. The loss of his daughter underscores their losing battle. Low on resources and options, Shao debates going out in a blaze of glory. Until an unknown figure steps forward from the crowd. Shang Tsung reveals himself and claims he will teach Shao a way to regain the glory of Outworld and take his revenge. 3. Takeda In Earthrealm, Liu Kang assembles his allies at his Fire Temple. Despite the changed timeline, the Great Kung Lao's victories allow the existence of Earthrealm's greatest warriors such as the commander of the Special Forces, Cassandra Cage, and the Shirai Ryu head ninja, Takeda Takahashi. Liu Kang congratulates them on 9 tournament victories. He lies, saying their enemies will not stop after losing Mortal Kombat. Like Dark Raiden before him, he urges them that Shinnok's amulet hidden in the Netherrealm is the key to peace, but it will take a war to get it. He will lead a multi-front invasion into hell to retrieve the evil relic. The Great Kung Lao knows something is wrong with his friend. He's never known him to desire war. Liu Kang sends Takeda on a quest to find his former master Hanzo Hasashi. He advises Takeda to start his search at the home of Fujin the Wind God. Sometime later, Takeda arrives at the Air Temple where Fujin tests his mettle before answering any questions (vs. Fujin). Satisfied, Fujin reveals he had a falling out with Liu Kang millenia ago over the fate of the Shirai Ryu clan. Fujin alone knows Hanzo's location and he sends Takeda there. Tracking alone in the dense forest, Takeda finds himself being hunted by the lycanthropic Nightwolf (vs. Nightwolf). Defeating Nightwolf calms his bloodthirst and he reverts from his werewolf form. Nightwolf shares this land is a holy place where people go to contain their darker halves. Takeda will find the Scorpion here. Takeda continues his journey until he reaches a sanctuary resembling the Shirai Ryu Fire Garden. His psychic senses warn of an evil in their midst. He is attacked by Ashrah (vs. Ashrah). Takeda strikes to finish the Netherrealm demon but is deflected by Hanzo Hasashi who criticizes his former student to look beyond what his eyes see (vs . Scorpion). Takeda regrettably senses the humanity in Ashrah but also shockingly the hellfire in his master. Hanzo reveals the true reason he left the Shirai Ryu. It is the sacred duty of the most powerful among them to guard a special object: the severed head of the immortal god Shinnok. The head gradually infects its guardian with demonic corruption. Liu Kang secretly salvaged the undead corpse of Shinnok millennia ago and entrusted it to the fledgling Shirai Ryu under Fujin's guidance. Hanzo says Takeda will replace him one day as the Scorpion. Hanzo leaves the head temporarily in the care of his ally Ashrah. After returning to the Fire Temple, Hanzo's connection with Shinnok shows them the location of their target. Shinnok's amulet is now a medallion worn by Sub-Zero, the lord of the Netherrealm. Hell is frozen over. 4. Noob-Smoke With the amulet's location confirmed, the combined Special Forces and Shirai Ryu prepare the invasion. Hanzo meets with Liu Kang and says he was working with Ashrah and another agent of the Netherrealm, Kuai Liang. The god claims that cannot be possible since Kuai Liang is dead. Elsewhere, the Lin Kuei ninja Smoke teleports in front of the Special Forces. He calls out their leader (vs. Cassie Cage). The Shirai Ryu save them and Takeda challenges the grey ninja (vs. Takeda). Smoke's strange abilities create chaos among the gathered forces. Liu Kang and Hanzo order Smoke to stand down. Smoke reveals he escaped the Lin Kuei's demise thanks to his friend Kuai Liang after the undead Grandmaster Bi-Han dragged the clan down to hell with him. Kuai Liang died as result but Smoke harbors his ghost, which allows him to produce mist, smoke, and apparitions. The Noob-Smoke duo warn Sub-Zero is a vicious ruler who tortures his followers with disturbing experiments. If a single ninja can send the assembled warriors into chaos, then how will they fare against Sub-Zero's hordes? Liu Kang answers he will be there fighting alongside them. The Netherrealm invasion begins. Liu Kang and the Great Kung Lao divert the demonic army, while the Special Forces and Shirai Ryu form the spear, but the true mission falls to the ninjas Scorpion and Smoke. The ninjas navigate the frozen tundra of hell and split up to infiltrate the Lin Kuei fortress. Smoke is met by his former brother-in-arms Cyrax who was put through the Grandmaster's heinous cyber-demon initative (vs. Cyrax). Smoke is caught offguard by Sektor before he can finish the yellow cyber-demon ninja (vs. Sektor). Smoke forces steam through Sektor's eyes until his leftover flesh melts away, but is captured in Cyrax's net and brought to the wraith Grandmaster. Grandmaster Sub-Zero freezes him in a block of black ice and says he will soon be reunited with his brother. 5. Reptile Back in Edenia, another war is starting at Liu Kang's hand. The sorcerer Shang Tsung appeals to the rebel leader Shao. He's fought for freedom as long as he's lived but made little progress against the superior Edenians. Shang Tsung shows him a way to change that. He teaches Shao dark magic: the power to absorb souls. Shang Tsung promises it will give him the strength to destroy his enemies. Death accompanies war; what difference does it make if you take the souls of the fallen? Shao reluctantly agrees. With this new power, the small pockets of Outworld rebellion soon grow beyond Edenia's control. Shao turns the tides, and his latest target is the great gladiator colosseum. He frees Edenia's enslaved warriors, including the mighty Goro and the mysterious Reptile. Although he appears animalistic, Reptile is wise and suspicious. He questions the dark gifts of the outlander Shang Tsung (vs. Shang Tsung). Shao steps in to stop the cold-blooded murder and Reptile tells him not to the trust that snake. Shao asks Reptile to join his army but he leaves with his own mission in mind. Reptile heads straight for the heavily guarded Edenian Royal Castle. A suicide mission if not for his power of invisibility. He sneaks by most guards until he is sussed out by the stalwart Jade (vs. Jade). Reptile defeats the green fighter and stalks the castle for his true target. In the Royal Court, Queen Sindel meets with the shokan Kintaro. Some view Kintaro as a traitor for working with the Edenians but he truly seeks peace between their peoples. Reptile cares not for these politics and strikes (vs. Kintaro). Reptile finally corners his prey. The Queen of Edenia fears no assassin, but she knows Reptile is not what he appears to be. Although Liu Kang recovered Shinnok's remains, King Jerrod found the mangled body of Onaga. Unable to recover his original form, he was enslaved as a gladiator for centuries. Sindel taunts him saying he pales in strength to what he once was. She laughs at how the once mighty Dragon King is reduced to a mere reptile (vs. Sindel). What he lost in strength, he gained in cunning. He subdues Sindel and threatens he will soon regain his full power when she shows him the way to the Tomb of the One Being. Or else his claws will next be at her daughter's neck. King Jerrod returns to his ransacked castle and believes the rebels stole the queen. He tells his generals to prepare for all-out war. 6. Scorpion In the Netherrealm, the war rages on with heavy losses to the Special Forces and Shirai Ryu. The hordes of ninjas, demons, and cyborgs viciously defend their Grandmaster. Hanzo's hellfire is unleashed as he melts the frozen hell around him. He follows the trail left by Smoke until he reaches the halls of the Lin Kuei fortress. He fights then vivisects the cyber-demon Cyrax (vs. Cyrax). The Grandmaster's throne room is adorned with trophies from the Lin Kuei's victories - a long history now tarnished by their descent into hell. The greatest trophy lies around Sub-Zero's neck: the Dragon Medallion with Shinnok's amulet affixed to it. The artifact gives Sub-Zero command over his dead brother's soul and its traitorous host. He commands them to kill Scorpion (vs. Noob-Smoke). Scorpion restrains the duo as Sub-Zero steps off his throne to confront him. He laughs that Hanzo would work under Liu Kang. Like the Shirai Ryu, the Lin Kuei were just tools for the gods to use as they see fit. A mythological mission for the gods caused Bi-Han's demise but his dying soul grasped onto Shinnok's amulet before it could be sent to the other side. He says in the Netherrealm the Lin Kuei are the masters of their own fate (vs. Sub-Zero). Scorpion resists the amulet thanks to Shinnok's corruption within him. He ceremoniously beheads the corrupted Sub-Zero and says a prayer for his soul. The demonic Lin Kuei army collapses without their power source. Smoke and Ashrah remain in the Netherrealm to guide the lost souls and reshape the tortured realm. The Earthrealm forces return home with their prize. The war is over, but the cost is grim. Hanzo brings the amulet to Liu Kang, but he realizes the reality of Bi-Han's words as he surveys the suffering soldiers. He questions the truth behind their mission and what secrets Liu Kang is hiding that are worth all this death. The Great Kung Lao steps up to defends his god (vs. Great Kung Lao). Liu Kang halts their fight and decides to share the truth. He tells of Kronika's stolen power and the hidden hourglass. The amulet will indeed bring peace to Earthrealm. Once the sands of time are restored, conflict will no longer exist. Liu Kang will make sure of that in the new era. Hanzo leaves in disgust and orders the Shirai Ryu to follow him. Takeda remains behind, asking if his parents will be alive in the new era. Commander Cage disavows Liu Kang from the Special Forces and admits humans working with gods was a mistake. The Great Kung Lao is left at a crossroads. He's dedicated his entire existence to the service of Earthrealm. The truth that over 400 years of battle was a destiny forced on him breaks something inside. He denies Liu Kang for the first time in his life and leaves. Ashamed at his actions but determined to finish what he started, Liu Kang portals to Edenia to meet a deadly alliance of former foes. Amulet in hand, Shang Tsung informs Liu Kang they located the Tomb of the One, and it will soon be time to end this reality. 7. Kitana The civil war in Edenia reaches its climax. The Outworld rebels march on the capitol and Jerrod's court draws up plans to meet them. Yet the warrior princess Kitana is compelled to leave these proceedings and sneaks into the night. At the same hideout she nearly killed the rebel leader Mileena, she instead tends to her. She faked Mileena's death because of visions in her dreams about their veiled connection: a life in Outworld, a twin sister, and lost loved ones. Something inside her knows the war and bloodshed in Edenia is not how things should be. She decides to free Mileena and begs for help to solve the mystery. But Mileena calls her a lunatic (vs. Mileena). Kitana counters if she is insane, then Mileena's father must be as well. Shao is sweeping across the land like a plague devouring the souls of any Edenian who challenges him. Mileena refuses to believe these words about her father. She grew up hearing of his desire for a free Outworld not a bloody massacre. The two princesses team up to discover what caused this twist of fate. Mileena shows her the way to the main rebel base and goes ahead to stop them from killing her on sight. As Kitana waits on the outskirts, she is attacked by Tanya who calls her a traitor to her own father (vs. Tanya). Mileena retrieves Kitana and personally binds Tanya. In the rebel base, they are both shocked to see Earthrealmers plotting against Edenia. Kitana angrily calls them out (vs. Takeda). Kitana shouts Mortal Kombat is a sacred tradition honored by the Elder Gods and Liu Kang's underhanded treachery will be condemned. Liu Kang attempts to make her listen to him but it is a losing argument (vs. Liu Kang). Liu Kang is unable to harm Kitana and the Outworld rebels restrain her. She is another to the long list of Liu Kang's former loved ones who now despise him. He promises her soon everything will be set right. Liu Kang orders Takeda to return Shang Tsung to Earthrealm and wait for him there, then leaves to finish what he started. 8. Sindel After a long journey through Edenia's jungles, rivers, and valleys, Queen Sindel and her captor Reptile arrive at the Tomb of the One. Reptile's hunger for power makes him ignorant of the mystical traps protecting the Tomb. Sindel seizes the opportunity and breaks free (vs. Reptile). Reptile is imprisoned in one of the traps while Sindel races home to her family using her gift of levitation. She is tracked down in the air by D'vorah who followed her and Reptile using insects. Sindel wonders whose allegiance the Hive Queen fights for now. D'vorah retorts the Kytinn never changed their allegiance to the survival of the fittest (vs. D'vorah). Sindel quickly arrives at the Edenian capitol to find it in near ruin. The Outworld rebels herd captive Edenians like cattle and kill any who resist. She fights a band of shokan led by prince Goro. Sindel says the people of Outworld were offered citizenship. Only those who rebelled and could not conform to peaceful society were made captive. Goro gruffly responds the idea of a peaceful society disgusts him. Edenians will never understand the true warrior spirit of Outworld (vs. Goro). Queen Sindel barrels her way inside the Royal Castle and finds Shao fighting King Jerrod with her daughter Kitana captive to watch. She saves her husband and fends off Shao's assault (vs. Shao). She entangles the rebel leader and stops the fighting with her unique powers. Both sides want to protect their people, so why can't they end this war peacefully. She will soon learn how wrong she is. 9. "Shao Kahn" A tense standoff occurs within the Edenian Royal Castle. The warriors on both sides grip their weapons, waiting to strike. Kitana and Mileena hurriedly claim the entire war is a plot by Earthrealm. King Jerrod and Shao are both pawns in Liu Kang's game. Being reunited with his queen and princess causes Jerrod to see reason again. He begrudgingly offers Shao a truce and negotiates with the rebels. He promises them a seat at the table, working together to protect their shared realm. Liu Kang's treachery is proof of his fears the gods use mortals as their playthings. Mileena pleads with her father to forsake the dark magic and create the free Outworld of their dreams. However, Shao is too far gone. Like a rabid beast, he lashes out at Jerrod. Sindel uses her magic to blast him back again. She levitates her family and flees through the window. King Jerrod angrily tells her to let him go fight with his people, but Sindel says there is more at risk than only the kingdom. The realm will be destroyed if the Tomb of the One is not secured. Shao laughs and declares the royals cowards, but general Rain steps forward to defend them. He knows his King and Queen would not flee from a fight without just cause. Rain says Outworlders will never understand the pride of a true Edenian (vs. Rain). Shao showcases his crazed brutality as he tears Rain's chest in two with his bare hands. Shao orders the remaining Edenians to be slaughtered. Kintaro roars and lunges at Shao. Shao's madness has gone on long enough and will lead both Edenia and Outworld to ruin (vs. Kintaro). Shao's bloodlust no longer sees any distinction between the two realms. He skins the Edenians' pet tiger, ripping his arms and head off and parading it to his followers. He declares himself Shao Kahn - all will obey or die! The insect spies left by D'vorah tell Shao Kahn where the royals are heading. He marches his army out to the Tomb of the One. Mileena is forced by his side although she can no longer stand the sight of her father. Shao Kahn confronts the royal family for the last time outside the Tomb. Queen Sindel's magic is no longer effective after Edenian souls fed his strength (vs. Sindel). Lastly, King Jerrod honorably duels Shao Kahn to the death (vs. King Jerrod). Shao Kahn materializes his iconic hammer and crushes King Jerrod's skull, then steals his soul. He threatens Sindel to be his queen or join her husband. His ambitions turn to the ultimate power within the Tomb of the One. Overpowering the seals and traps, Shao Kahn triumphantly steps into the Tomb. Despite his boasting, his face is filled with fear when he sees Liu Kang already inside. 10. Ermac Liu Kang stands over an ornately decorated coffin inside the Tomb of the One. His face is filled with relief his ordeal is almost over. He opens the coffin to reveal a mummified being inside. Shao Kahn bellows out Liu Kang betrayed them and grimly realizes the truth of King Jerrod's warnings about the gods. Liu Kang calmly tells him in the new era all will receive better fates even those undeserving such as Shao Kahn. Liu Kang uses Shinnok's amulet to awaken the mummy with a blast of a magic energy that begins to collapse the Tomb. In the dust and chaos, Shao Kahn rushes to the coffin to find it empty and Liu Kang gone. Horrifyingly, the mummy appears behind him and looks hungry (vs. Shao Kahn). The mummy grasps Shao Kahn's face and absorbs all the souls he accumulated through its open mouth. The withered corpse of the brief Kahn of Edenian-Outworld drops to the ground before a shocked rebel army. The souls of 2 kings returns intelligence to the mummified being. It floats above the army, surveying them for a suitable challenge or a suitable meal. Any who fight are instantly eradicated. The once mighty army cowers and kneels before the awakened deity. One among them does not kneel; Reptile steps forward. Reptile was freed from his enslavement and imprisonment, but he knows will never truly be free until he gets his original power back. The mummy recognizes the former Dragon King and says to regain his power he must win it (vs. Reptile). Onaga is no match in his current body and is vaporized to atoms. The mummy instinctively knows no challenges remain in this war ravaged realm, so it portals to Earthrealm following Liu Kang's trail and leaving the remaining Edenians and Outworlders hopeless. At the Fire Temple, it is confronted by Nightwolf. The Great Spirit is a child of the One Being and it lead them here. Despite the mummy's blank facade, Nightwolf senses the conflict within it. Nightwolf questions the One Being. Why does the creator of reality want to destroy it? The One Being calmly replies destroying reality is first step to destroying itself. The Elder Gods sealed the One Being away to prevent it from permanently ending the cycle of creation and destruction. Nightwolf questions then about the lives caught in this endless cycle. Is the existence of life just an error in the macroscale of the cosmos? The One Being calls itself the error - an error that will soon be corrected (vs. Nightwolf). The mummy reclaims its wayward child through Nightwolf's soul. It takes the name "Errmac" out of respect for the fallen warrior. At last, he meets his re-animator. Ermac compares Liu Kang to Shinnok. They both seek control of reality and over life and death. Ermac claims it is impossible to impose order on the chaos of existence (vs. Liu Kang). Their fight is far from over. Empowered by Shinnok's amulet and Kronika's crown, Liu Kang goes blow for blow with Ermac. However, massive destruction is wreaked on Earthrealm as a result. All realms begin to quake from the force of their epic battle. Kung Lao plays horrified witness to the events unfolding and the final downfall of his friend and mentor. 11. Havik Kung Lao retreats to the Jinsei chamber. His turmoil is enough to drive him insane. Rather it is his timeline or all of reality, soon it will cease to exist. He's trained and fought for over 400 years, watched friends and loved ones die while he remained youthful, and trusted Liu Kang with his life. All for nothing. Not for nothing, says Shang Tsung stepping out of the shadows. He shows Kung Lao the hidden hourglass. Liu Kang's betrayal was for this old relic. Shang Tsung promises Liu Kang can be freed from his madness. All Kung Lao must do is destroy the hourglass. Kung Lao puts his legendary power into a single punch and strikes. The shattered glass explodes around him and leaves him viscerally cut and scarred. His face is in tatters, his organs are exposed, and his limbs hang by threads. Yet the lingering magic of the sands of time preserve his ragged flesh and life in stasis. Shang Tsung appears again to him and claims, with the hourglass destroyed, he can now take what is rightfully his (vs. Shang Tsung). Kung Lao defends himself and mortally wounds Shang Tsung thanks to his new power source. Shang Tsung tricked Kung Lao into ending his soul's torture in the sands but says he was telling the truth about one thing. In a past life, he was like Liu Kang plotting ways to attain ultimate power. With Kung Lao's new abilities, every realm can be freed from the plans of gods and mortals. Shang Tsung dies and Kung Lao hears his words. He travels to the Shirai Ryu Fire Garden where Hanzo stands resolute in his duty despite the crumbling world. Kung Lao demands Shinnok's head (vs. Scorpion). Kung Lao defeats the ninja and holds Shinnok's head aloft over his own. He crushes it and drinks the pouring viscera, supercharging him with the same godly evil essence that powers Scorpion. In the sky amid explosions of magic, fire, and lightning, Shinnok's amulet loses its power and Liu Kang begins to lose his battle against Ermac. Kung Lao next confronts Fujin at his Air Temple. Fujin despairs for the fallen monk and the devastated world. Kung Lao coldly says there is no need for sadness; the winds of change have arrived (vs. Fujin). Kung Lao, disgusted by Fujin's passivity, eviscerates him and bathes in his blood. The death of a god heralds the birth of one. Ermac breaks away from its battle with Liu Kang to challenge the new arrival (vs. Ermac). Kung Lao fends off Ermac using Shinnok's power and pledges to break the endless cycle they both despise. Ermac allows itself to be killed but not before christening Kung Lao as Havik, the cleric of the oncoming chaos. Liu Kang is helpless to watch as Havik steals the power of the One Being. 12. God Liu Kang Havik causes the barriers between realms to bleed together. Liu Kang realizes what his friend has become and finally recognizes his grave mistakes. He promises Kung Lao it is not too late to fix the world and restore their fates. Havik spits in his face. Words are worthless to him. Titans, gods, mortals - there is no difference between them. Chaos is the great unifier. Havik reaches across the realms and brings forth proof of his conviction. From the Netherrealm, he extracts Kuai Liang's spirit from Smoke and embodies it into Sub-Zero. Havik tells of the 2 brothers whose destiny is live and die for a dark master no matter the timeline (vs. Kuai Liang Sub-Zero). From Edenia, Havik pulls Kitana and Mileena still grieving their fathers' deaths. Havik tells of the 2 sisters of fate who are always denied peace and given only tragedy. Havik enflames Mileena's tarkatan blood causing her to gain her classic monster face (vs. Savage Mileena). Liu Kang fends off one sister and shares an ashamed look with Kitana as Havik reduces them to dust with a wave of his hand. Havik says fate cannot be changed, and even the most powerful can do nothing about it. He summons Reptile from thin air and painfully reconstructs the flesh and bones of the Dragon King's body. Liu Kang faces a wrathful Onaga (vs. Onaga). Liu Kang defeats all foes as the realms are reduced to the primordial chaos from whence they came. Liu Kang and Havik's final battle is yin vs. yang, chaos vs. order, and it resets existence back to zero (vs. Havik). With great effort, Liu Kang pierces through Havik's chest with a fiery fist. The transformed Kung Lao dies at his mentor's side, telling Liu Kang to look at what they created together. Their battle imbued the newborn reality with an unknown wondrous energy. In all his attemps to recreate existence, Liu Kang's never seen this before. Liu Kang's time-shaping abilities are restored with Havik's death. As the first sparks of light explode in the new universe, Liu Kang raises his hand to catch them. But this time, solemnly, he removes Kronika's crown and lowers his hand. The big bang washes over Liu Kang and erases him. The new universe born of chaos and order is teeming with potential, but perhaps inevitably its fate will once again be decided by MORTAL KOMBAT. |
