For now we'll have to keep guessing, as Rockstar Games says it will be "sharing more as soon as we are ready." Waiting is the hard part, but knowing GTA 6 is happening and is deep in development will have to suffice for the time being.

Episode 1: Charlie drinks 3 Coors tallboys and 3 Heineken lager tallboys.
Episode 2: The beer that Jed drinks on the roof and hands to Charlie when they talk is Shiner Bock.

Episode 9: Trey's favorite coconut rum is called ___ Gordita Rum. The first word ends in "co," I feel like it might be Loco Gordita Rum, but I am not sure and I believe it is another fictional brand.

My ex (41yo) was with me (26yo) for roughly 3-4 months, lots of talking after meeting each other on Grindr. Genuinely one of the most memorable because of how sweet he was, but he’s actions caused me to ghost for roughly 3 months.
Dude was borderline obsessed with me, never wanting me to not be near him, kept telling me how attractive I was, etc. There was one point I was crawling out of a window at 5am to leave before his Mother (visiting state suddenly) could see me. She saw me, ended up meeting the parents after 3 weeks. First date he takes me to a hotel after getting me nice and drunk, tries to have sex also instantly, tell him I’m nowhere near ready and goes to sleep somewhat irritated. The sex (no details how) left me bleeding every, single, time. His main language is Spanish but speaks pretty good English, hanging with his friends though, he only spoke Spanish. Lots of third wheeling and red flags at this point.
Moved from Arizona to get away from his drinking problems and gambling addiction, both of which did in excess with me around (he also owned a nightclub). Blackouts that at one point almost cause him to hit me (thought I was talking to other guys), asked me to not talk to anyone else while talking to him and, somehow, managed to “shift” conversations during dates to random couples (full blown convos). The list goes on lol.
The drinking is what mainly cause me to ghost. Meeting up with him usually led to him pressuring me into drinking, even while I was on high blood pressure meds. A few years ago I got a DUI during the pandemic, something I told him cause alcohol is a big deal for me now. Didn’t care for it, so 3 months NC. Sent me a heartfelt “I dunno where the distance started”, etc, then messages me new near New Years. I fell for that shit and ended up letting him in.
New Years rolls around, worst night of my life. He’s Hispanic and so am I (Hispanic/European mix), can’t make convo cause languages, fml. Friends from work roll up, I shoot to life and start introducing everyone, this noticeably pisses him off. Takes me to bathroom to do cocaine, told him hell no, gets pissed again and does all of it. Midnight hits and so does he, sit right next to me and proceeded to air our whatever dirty laundry I gave him to everyone in the bar (wasn’t much cause guards been up since beginning). Leave bar, head to downtown bus stop and I’m downright balling my eyes out. Next morning, tries to convince me he blackout. Doubt it.
Fast forward a month or so, communication dwindles down to standstill, starting drinking again out of stress. We have the talk, really pushing for “friendship” while mentioning how attractive I was, how hard it is to date people in our state (Alaska) and having all the qualities for a great relationship. All the while saying he’s not ready for a romantic relationship, wants to focus on business and we can try again later, whole 9 yards. Bump into him at the bar with someone younger a week later, a guy, who freaks out in Spanish cause he’s never seen me before (but knows of me I assume). Ex is constantly consoling him to calm down, playing off he’s crying about some girl (bruh he LOOK gay).
Took a 3 day weekend to a very popular spa, who time he’s liking and stocking my instagram with every post. Didn’t think much of it.
Starts to show up at places he knows I’ll be at now, with his friends and new guy. Last time I saw him was at a Mardi Gras bar party, he was staring at me the entire time and pushed conversations. Bought me a drink then tried to kiss me, asked “wtf what that”, excuse was cause he’s drunk. 5 hours of this and I dip to avoid cops, go to gas station to buy smokes cause what the hell is going on. He calls and sounds too drunk, I go check on him and his door swings open to him pants halfway to ankles. Make sure he’s not gunna lay facing up, get trash can to notice it’s full of urine bottles, ignore it and help him to sleep while he’s trying to get frisky. Morning rolls around and surprise, blacked out and freaked I’m next to him. Tell him what happened, says thanks but he starts kissing my back and hugging up close to me. Tell him no and he swings me on top of him and proceeded to give me hickies. Try leaving, says “lemme make sure no one sees you”, just grab my shit and try leaving. Stops me and says “see you round”, nah.
Few weeks pass and find out from friends he took his new guy on a 2-3 week trip to Hawaii. Photos has clear hickies on both their necks. Said fuck this and blocked him on everything, he noticed and followed suit.
Moral of this story, it was great. But things went really, really fast for us and he’s shown me who is as a person. There’s so much more that happened with this guy, but I feel these are the best bulletin highlights to get an idea of the scope.

I used to be one of those who dissed Alhaitham when he's stilll in the beta, not because of his DMG or because he's a guy, but because his gameplays looks very much like Keqing and i thought he's not offering something new to the gameplay, and boy i was so wrong to that, here's the things that makes me really like him.
1. Dendro Him being dendro is a plus it's self. All of dendro reactions is very strong (yeah burning is sucks but it's still deal noticeable DMG), Dendro is also excellent for dealing Hydro shield, those Hydro Abyss Heralds shield who's before Dendro is very strong, is now a thin papper because of Dendro.
2. Raw DMG Alhaitham personal DMG from his own multiplier is no joke, this makes him not dependable to Quicken reactions which is his big PP dmg came from.
3. Flexibility Him being Dendro and his own DMG is already big enough and makes him not too dependable to electro unit and thus makes him has variative team comps. here's some example:
- Alhaitham standard quicken (Alhaitham - Dendro - Electro - Flex) - Alhaitham quickbloom (Alhaitham - Hydro - Electro - Flex) - Alhaitham Nilou driver (Alhaitham - Nilou - Hydro - Dendro) - Alhaitham quicken bloom burgeon (Alhaitham - Hydro - Electro - Thoma) - and many more
4. Lots of weapon choice Alhaitham has lots of weapon choice, from craftable to his own signature. this is the best for him what i can think about: - Iron Sting (Craftable) - Umbrella sword (Free from event) - The black sword (BP weapon) - Jade cutter (5 stars with lots of flexibility) - Light of Foliar (his own signature) and many more but i think this is the best for him.
5. Variative builds You have 2 choice of building Alhaitham, standard DPS with crits or Full EM driver. Standard DPS is.. well you know how hard to build crit DPS is, but it's worth it to see his rain swords deal 40k to 60k per swords! it means he can deal more than 120k to 180k at average each time his E skill triggers, this is not counting team DMG from Hyperbloom or anything else. While the full EM builds is fairly easy to build, its locked to Nilou's team only, because Dendro Core DMG is based on whos'e creating it, in which this case is Alhaitham.
6. AoE and Single Target Alhaitham is excellent on both Single targets or Area targets, his large dmg area from his skills is big enough to applying Dendro on many enemies, which is why he's viable on Nilou's bloom team and burgeon team, because he's able to create lots of Dendro cores. He's also very good in single target departements, it is pretty hard to describe it but what i can say is "There's no DMG that come from him that is going to waste even though he has fairly large Area and the enemies is single targets focused", this is also supported by his big Multipliers that makes his own DMG big enough to shred bosses, and external DMG such as Hyperbloom dmg.
7. "E" based DPS Alhaitham only needs his "E" to deal DMG even though his most optimal rotation is requiring his burst to be activated. This makes him viable on overworld heck even in Abyss to kill some trash enemies without worrying about energy management.
8. He didn't need god tier supports to deal DMG He didn't need Bennett, Xinqiu, Zhongli, Kazuha or even Nahida to deal noticeable dmg, and this is opening so many team variative on the second team in the abyss. There's one time i need to use Bennett, Zhongli, and Nahida in the second team (Ganyu's Burning Melt) while i still want to play Quicken hypercarry with Alhaitham in first team, so i use him with Yaoyao, Fischl, and Diona C6. That team still can kill ASIMON in under 1 minutes thanks to big multiplier on Alhaitham.
9. Perfect at C0 No need to say much.
10. Contains both "Easy to learn" and "Hard to master" difficulity He's can be used by someone who just played the game and only knows using E and Burst, while he's also pleased experienced players that got used to combo and stuffs.
Out of all of 5 stars DPS that i have in my account, im proudly to say that he's one of the most valuable unit in terms of DPS in my account, he's so strong, fun, cheap and flexible unit. He's also one of characters that i would recomend to new players due to how cheap supports that he needs.

Refer back to season 1, episode 3, 4 mins 20 seconds, the scene where they are standing over the graves of the flight crash victims while paying respects.
There are 18 people standing holding hands, including Travis and Javi along with 16 girls. The only person that is not standing is Ben... for obvious reasons.
That means there were 19 survivors in total, right?
We only get introduced to 13 people over the course of season 1 - Shauna, Jackie, Taissa, Vanessa, Misty, Natalie, Lottie, Laura Lee, Akilah and Mari account for 10 of the girls. Ben, Travis and Javi are the only men and they all make up only 13 of the 19 of initial survivors.
That means there are 6 initial survivors unaccounted for, correct me if I'm wrong. Where did the other girls go? I did notice unfamiliar faces in the backgrounds of scenes throughout the season and I reduced this to a plot hole but maybe it's not.
At the end of episode 10 when Shauna is crying over Jackie's dead body, I thought I saw Javi in the background thinking oh he's not missing anymore (Travis and Nat are there too) but upon closer inspection I realised it is not Javi but an unfamiliar face (let’s call A) and standing next to that person is another unfamiliar face (B) to the very right of the scene at 55:24 seconds and in the same frame there is another unfamiliar girl on the left side (C). This made me go back and look for these people in other scenes.
Bear with me…
This being a plot hole sounds unlikely. Especially since it happens often and in the finale. This mistake would be a more understandable earlier on in the season. Why would they throw extras in? Hire people to stand in to fill space? It just makes no sense in this type of series and its too intentional to be a careless mistake.
Other examples of the unnamed people:
· Episode 10, 21:47 there is a black girl (D) who adds wood to the fire and definitely not Akilah (she is also in the same frame sitting) and girl C in this scene at 21:50 sitting behind Mari. Person A can be seen walking around the background of this scene.
· Episode 10, 30:40 shows a picture of the Yellow Jackets team presented on the screen at the reunion. The back row you can see the person A yet again. There are other unfamiliar faces in this team photo and presentation including girl D but I’ll admit what confused me is that Akilah is not in the team photo and I don’t have an explanation for that.
· Girl D can be seen again multiple times in episode 10, 31:40 (best view) in the scene where they are eating the bear sitting next Mari. In the same scene we see girl C sitting next to Akilah (32:46)
· Referring back to episode 3, 4:20 frame again, person A is number 15 and there are three black girls present – Akilah, Taissa and girl D. Seconds later you can see person A’s face at 4:27 the same frame we can see another unnamed girl (E ) to the left holding hands with Misty.
· Episode 3 person A and girl D are in the 23:51 frame.
· Episode 5, 38:39 shows girl D sitting between Nat and Van. Person A can be seen sitting behind Akilah at 40:37 with girl E. They all are seen multiple times during this scene.
I’m sorry that these examples are all over the place, if I made a mistake it was a genuine mistake as I am a sleep deprived insomniac lol. There are more appearances but you get the idea. I have only been able to account for 4 recurring unnamed yellowjackets (A,C, D and E) but I did not scan through every episode, putting this together took long enough. Again, I want to reiterate that the scene in the season finale of Shauna crying over Jackie and thinking I saw Javi (I thought it was a clue that he was found) is what triggered this rampage. Never once does anyone mention how many people are there, for instance ‘’we have x amount of mouths to feed’’ which leaves it open to speculation.
Basically, I believed the unnamed are not just some random extras… if they didn’t have a future purpose they should have been killed off when the plane first crashed. My theory was that there are more survivors than we are led to believe, and we get introduced to them in season 2. The reason I’m saying ‘’I believed’’ and ‘’my theory was’’ is because the more I look into it, the more I think it’s not true because I noticed too many unfamiliar and not recurring faces, the numbers do not add up and I can’t explain their absence in important scenes.
Anyway, I needed to hyperfixate on something to distract myself so this served its purpose and I thought there’d be no harm in posting on the off chance that I was onto something.

I co-manage a four story, 2b2b house located in prime real estate in a large city. The listing has been up for two months, and we have hosted +10 groups and have a 5.0 rating with 6 reviews. All is going well. However, a couple experiences with this one and others I manage have left me rattled and thinking of ways to waterproof my listing and communication strategies as much as possible.
Now, the house has a feature that may come across as strange to guests. It is a large wooden altar on the fourth floor, same floor as the rooftop and laundry. There is also a much smaller version in a small alcove on the first floor that is visible when you first walk in, we put a plant in front of that one. The house is in a Southeast Asian country, and we get mostly international guests that may be unfamiliar with this type of thing. Every house and business in the country has some variation of altars somewhere, but I'm not sure how common it is in Airbnbs. This one's not in use or anything, house is rented out full time. Altar is not in a closed room per se, it is not possible to make it entirely inaccessible, but we have put the whole space it's in behind thick curtains. We do not currently have photos or any mention of it in the listing or communications.
Its never come up so far in reviews or messages that I know of. Should I even try to mention it somewhere in the description? If so, how? I feel that this is a cultural aspect that people should respect, and that I can try and play up almost like a feature. But unfortunately my experience with many travelers being not as understanding with (to me minor but I recognize they may think differently) local and cultural quirks as I would wish for, has led me to this point of feeling the need to warn people. Competition is huge in the local market, prices are super low, and theres not much margin for even the smallest dissatisfaction from guests. Thanks in advance!

Hi guys. This is a total noob question but i noticed that on //wp-content/uploads there are full size images saved. Sizes 1MB - 15MB. This is crazy. If I erase this will images disappear from my website? And how do I prevent this from happening?
When I look at the images in WordPress dashboard they are only 200Kb - 500Kb in size which is kinda ok and I think a good balance between size and quality. Why then does WordPress also save the original??? Someone please help me. I am running a travel blog for my friend. And in just 5 posts she made, with a few photos, the size of the website has gone up tremendously on the server. I need to do something.

They struggled at first to establish any major settlements outside their homeworld for decades. FTL was something every species had already established before they were admitted into the Union. It took them almost an additional 100 years to finally discover it once they were admitted. Any of the 213 species already in the Union could have helped them out if they wished, but none of us wanted to. Why should any of us waste our time with a primitive species like them? There was nothing humanity could’ve offered any of us at the time.
Anyway, that was over 500 years ago. Now, the humans have been forced into a passive role by the Union. They pay their fair share of taxes to the Union, and they don't even wage any wars. I’ll admit, even the best species in the Union have struggled to avoid war, but for the humans, their negotiation skills appear to be what keeps them away from such wars.
Many people have their varying opinions on the Terran’s strategies, with most of the Union viewing them as weak. Others however, admire their effort, deeming it smart to avoid a full-scale war. The humans may not be viewed as the strongest species in the galaxy, but everyone knows they aren’t pushovers. We have all witnessed several species go extinct, or go nearly extinct by waging wars against others. In most cases, both species become Endangered and the Union has to intervene to prevent them from going extinct. In other cases, one species gets outright dominated by another species and the loser becomes enslaved. Even though slavery is Illegal in the Union, it does little to stop the “Top Dogs” of the Union from establishing it as punishment anyway. Humans must see there is little reward in war, so they do everything to avoid it.
The Terran’s are positioned in a rather peculiar part of the galaxy. If you were to pull out a flat sheet of paper, and draw our galaxy as a circle, their homeworld would sit almost at the edge of the currently explored galaxy. Several attempts have been made to go beyond the confines of the sol system by both the Union and Terran Alliance, but unfortunately there are no records of any of them returning.
My own species, the Luthal, also sit on the imaginary barrier the Terrans have deemed the barrier to be called no man's land. The Terrans have suggested for decades on sending in a fleet of warships, convinced there must be another power like the Galactic Union that is destroying anything that enters its territory. However, with no proof of a distress signal, nor there being any traces of the expeditions sent into no mans land, they have always been denied by the Union military brass. The Union has brushed off the vanished expeditions being a result of the harshness of unexplored space. Even in the early days of the Union, expeditions vanished frequently.
Speaking of the Terrans and the Union Brass, the humans are set to plead in front of the entire Union for support. They notified the entire Union before the meeting they were going into no man's land with or without support. Honestly, for a species that has been so careful up until this point, it shocked a few of us. It must’ve shocked the Union Brass as well because they allowed the Terrans to take the Union floor at the 457th Galactic Union summit. Very few species are actually allowed to speak in front of the stage. Come to think of it, I don't recall the Terrans ever having a representative speak at a summit before.
The rest of the straggler species finally take their seats moments before the meeting is set to begin. The loud murmuring between the representatives quickly gets shushed as Union Chief Alvana walks up to her spot at the head seat directly in front of the stage. I tap my ear, making sure my translator earpiece is in. It would be a shame for Chief Alvana and the Terran representative to give their entire speech, all the while I cant understand it.
“Thank you all for attending the 457th Galactic Union Summit,” she starts. “As expected, we did lose a few species to the endangered list. Which furthers the Union recommendations to pursue all diplomatic avenues when faced with other Union species. This Union standard calendar year’s fallen species are the Viseray, the Nilonus, and the Freyhl. These three species are now on the Union’s protected species list and it will now be a capital crime to kill, enslave, or torture any member of these species.”
I look around, I can tell all of us are zoning her out. It’s not her fault, the Union requires her to include these in her speeches, but I just wish they weren’t so damn boring. Eventually, I can feel the representatives around me begin to tense up. She must be wrapping her speech up, which means the Terrans are about to give their speech.
“And again, thank you for attending the 457th Galactic Union summit. This wraps up my opening speech, the Terran Ambasador Elijah Summers will have the floor.”
A pale, short and skinny human trots down from the near top of the assembly, still being a fairly new species compared to some, he has to make quite the journey to the stage. He grabs a headset from a table in front of Chief Alvana. “Thank you Chief Alvana, and thank you representatives of the Galactic Union for allowing the human race to step foot on the stage. Now, everybody knows about the area we humans like to call No man's land. It is the area past the sol system where no expedition has ever come back from. That could be because of several things, for one, there is no known civilization out there, and the harshness of the galaxy is just too much for any expedition to survive.”
What is he doing? All he is doing is boring us with facts we already know. Almost every species knows about this so-called no man's land.
“The Terran Alliance believes they have found evidence to contradict these beliefs,” Representative Summers states. He pulls out a small box, most likely a human holo-projector. It displays a map of the sol system, with Earth clearly labeled. “Six months ago we sent an armed expedition into no man's land with the sole purpose of being the next lost expedition. A dozen Terran soldiers and four scientists sacrificed their lives to prove the inevitable. After watching this clip I hope you will all support us. Because I promise you, we are going back, with or without you.
I should probably explain to whoever is reading this that Union technology has developed to allow us to watch certain videos as if we were actually the ones there. Thanks to the neural technology developed by Chief Alvana’s species, the Killjoy.
The Terran clicks a button on the small holopad, transmitting the video to the rest of us.
I look out into the vast emptiness of space, hovering over a set of navigation controls. The officer, who is clearly human, appears to be shaking. “Relax Sara,” I say, without even uttering a word. This must be a memory file downloaded from a human. “We trained for this, the Alliance needs this evidence to gain Union support.”
“I know sir, it's just,” the woman says. “I just didn’t realize I would be so scared is all.”
Alarms start blaring. “What is our heading?” I shout, again without uttering a word. I stare at a young man who frantically types on the computer station in front of him.
“We are approximately 1,000 light years away from the sol system captain, shall I prepare the drones?” the young soldier asks.
“Not yet Petros, we need to see our enemies first, raise shields to 100 percent. No use in trying to outrun them with no FTL,” the captain says. A dozen warships shaped like one of those pointy human potato chips pop into view. The captain lets out a deep sigh. “We are surrounded. No wonder nobody gets out of these. This is exactly why the Union military needs to be here.”
“They’re hailing us sir,” the young male soldier, Petros, states.
“Put them through,” the captain orders.
A figure pops on the screen, this alien is much paler than even some of the humans. Its bald head appears to be capable of being used as a lens for reflecting light. The creatures head appears to be large, and its broad shoulders seem to support the assumption that this species is most likely twice the size of the Terrans. At first the alien appears to be shouting nonsense. The human’s translator is a little slower than the rest of the Union’s apparently. Their AI must still be trying to learn this new language.
After a few moments, the alien appears to speak clearly. “So you might as well surrender now.”
“I’m sorry, could you repeat that?” the captain says, he looks back over to Petros and nods at him. “I couldn’t quite hear you.”
“I said you are clearly another inferior species trying to ‘explore’, well, you have explored right into your doom. You might as well surrender, the Grim are a merciful species. We will kill you before we consume you.”
“Consume us?” the captain shouts, startled. He then looks over to Petros, “Launch the drones. And for my viewers, I just want to state that we expected this encounter, they jam everything, I don’t know how they do it but they disrupted our FTL and have made it so we can't communicate with anybody or anything. We developed thousands of drones with dozens of different types of viruses that should be capable of disrupting this ability once it comes into contact with any of the ships. It will most likely only work once so don't bank on it in the future. I'm saying this for you Colonel Spears of the Terran Navy. This video is also being downloaded to be sent immediately once their jamming systems are down. So if this cuts out, just note we probably had a small window and took it.”
“You really think you can hack into our systems?” the Grim captain states. He appears to be laughing at the captain’s remarks. The ship then begins to shake, the captain loses his balance and braces himself with his hands for the fall. “For your insolence, we will just consume you alive. I must say it is very painful. Every creature I have consumed always screams in agony.”
“Sir,” Petros shouts, panicking. “We are being boarded by two of the smaller enemy warships.”
“How many drones are still out there?!” the captain asks eagerly.
“We already lost half of them, but they appear to be adjusting. A few have hit the flagship but haven’t detected any jamming systems coming from it, they are now latching onto random…” the male soldier pauses, his face goes white as he stares at the screen by his hands.
“What is it?” the captain states. We can hear the laughter of the Grim captain. Our viewpoint is now on the screen the Terran soldier is staring at. On the video, other Terran soldiers are firing at the Grim soldiers, but the Grim soldiers are just outgunning the Terrans. A few stragglers surrender, putting their guns down. But the Grim soldier does something I pray to have been edited into this video to instill fear. The Grim soldiers stand above the Terran’s, and appear to absorb them into their skin. As if the Terran’s are dissolving into the skin of the Grims’. Screaming can be heard from the Terran victims as the entire feeding process appears to be possibly the most painful thing I have ever witnessed.
The blast doors blast open behind the Captain and Petros. The captain turns and faces the Grim soldiers, his handgun pointed at the head of the lead enemy. He fires three shots, which all connect with the Grim soldier, causing him to collapse. He quickly moves on to another, taking him down, but the Grim soldiers quickly make their way to him punching the handgun out of his hand, and throwing him to the Navigations officer, she screams at the sheer sight of the large alien creatures.
“Ready sir,” Petros shouts unwisely. He now has divided the attention of the enemy soldiers, who are now fixed on him and the captain.
“Send it now!!” the captain shouts, and the transmission ends right after that. The last thing I see is Petros slam his balled up fist onto the panel before the transmission ends.
My surroundings return to the summit. I place my hand on my chest, my heart racing. The whole situation felt so real. It is times like this that I despise getting a Neural transmitter device placed into my brain. I look around, everyone has the same reaction as I do. I think I can see one of the species in the far back collapsing from a heart attack.
“I apologize,” Representative Summers states. He paces back and forth for a moment before continuing, “Captain Hugh Adams, Lieutenants Enrique Petros, and Sara Leipsic were just the three you saw on that bridge. All Sixteen of those aboard that ship sacrificed their lives knowing they most likely wouldn’t return to their families. I know not all species in the Union adopted the same methods as we humans have when it comes to reproduction. But we all have someone we care about, they gave all of that up to show us what we are really up against.”
The other ambassadors begin to murmur among themselves. Some of them saying things like, is that what really happened to all of our expeditions? Or, Do they really absorb other species like that? What happens if they wander into Union territory, will they consume us too?
“Again, I apologize for spreading fear, but this is what we are up against,” the Terran states. “The Terran Alliance is officially submitting a request for a formal declaration of war against the species now known as the Grim. For the hundreds, if not thousands of expeditions that have no doubt been lost to this murderous species, help the Terran Alliance bring them Justice. That is all I have for you.”
And just like that the Terran places his headset back on the table in front of Chief Alavana and ventures back to his seat. Chief Alvana stands from her seat after a few long moments, and attempts to calm everyone down. “Let’s remain calm everyone. This is shocking news presented by the Terran ambassador, I know, but we must remain calm. I am pushing for an immediate emergency vote on the subject of only the 3rd war the Galactic Union as a whole will possibly wage. Please vote on the subject when prompted by your Neural transmitter. Be aware, if we do indeed go to war, there will most likely be a Union wide draft.”
I already know my answer, if this species is the ones responsible for all of our missing expeditions, then we must put an end to them. The Terrans have Intelligently always sought to avoid war. In my opinion, the mere fact they are even asking the Union for a declaration like this is enough to make me want to vote yes.
I submit my vote, and wait for the other species, especially those that are unsure, to cast their votes. As I wait, the only thing on the front of my mind is the way the Grim absorbed the Terran soldiers. There are many species in the Union who consume other species to survive. Some of them cannot live without consuming others, the Union understands this and has a list of species that are allowed to be consumed. Most of them being non-sentient species, for ethical reasons.
After about an hour, Chief Alvana stands from her seat. “Thank you all for your patience, on the topic of a formal declaration of war against the species known now as the Grim, the Union representatives have achieved the two-thirds minimum needed for a declaration of war. All member species under the Union should begin preparing their populations for the Galactic draft. For now, the current military will begin its preparations for war. Defensive forces will be sent to the two systems currently bordering Grim territory. This next part applies to the Terran Alliance and Luthal commonwealth solely, have preparations set aside for Union forces to border your homeworld systems.”
None of us knew what the results of our actions would be. Afterall, how could we? If there was one decision in time that could've made the Galactic Union salvageable, it was probably this day. The Terrans had no way of knowing their thirst for revenge would have the consequences it did. And little did the rest of us know what the Terrans had just gotten us into. I just hope whoever you are reading this, that you are better off than we were.

Is there a reason they didn’t just kill Clay off from the leg injury? Why did they keep him alive for another 5 episodes to just have him killed from a silly death.

My party is about to have dinner with the father of two of the players. Said father is a lvl 13 arcana cleric and a leader of a secret organisation tasked with defending the world from otherwordly threats. My party consists of 5 lvl 6 players.
The father is very stern, values results over anything else, and being a high elf, does not approve of his children making friends with "lesser creatures". He also belives that his word is law, and disagreeing with him is the same as disrespecting him.
During the dinner I want him to have a speach about how the party is not doing enough, how he is displeased with his sons for not yet completing their task, and how, by not taking their job seriously, they are putting the world in danger.
At the end of the speach, he casts modify memory on his sons and makes them choose who the most worthless party member is. Then, combat starts.
Apart from spells, I want to give him some magic items and abilities that such a character would have.
The fight should result in half of the party dying and him giving his sons 2 scrolls of revivify, to make them choose. After the choice, which will make for some great chaacter development, he ends the modify memory and continues dinner as he proved his point.
Disclaimer: the two characters already hate their father and the players said they are cool with things like this so no hard feelings will be had.
So, what's the speach and what magical abilities and magic items should I give him to make the imaginary fight fun, thematic, but not unbeatable if they do decide to fight him for real down the line?
This is all very specific but my brain is curently drawing a blank and the session is tomorrow.

I was just browsing through my old SCJ folder in my computer and I found my word document titled "problems I have" that I wrote back in Jan 2018.. Gosh, so long ago. It's a random collection of thoughts and questions that I wrote one night while I was a bit depressed in SCJ. Anyway, I just thought I'd post it in case it's helpful to anyone else, otherwise it will just stay dormant and unseen in the deep dark vaults of my laptop!
"Problems I have as at Jan, 2018

• We are told to ask questions and seek answers. I vividly remember asking a question in Rev class in our review group, I even remember what the question was. And as I was still working full time at that point, I was tired so albeit I may have missed it in the class. But after I asked my question about what something was, the review teacher said "{name}! It was so clear in the class. Can anyone else explain what it means to {name}?" I remember feeling so embarrassed. As asking questions in front of others is difficult enough as it is I find. But since then, I refrained asking genuine questions again. Then months later, there was a lot of talk about asking questions, and seeing as I had garnered a number of questions in my book, I though I need to get this sorted out. So I did. However, upon making meetings with my cell leader and department leader, I was advised that either my questions weren't important, or given an answer that didn't really answer my question so I was still confused/not confident of the answer. I tried on a few occasions to inform people that I was struggling with rocks. From other members through to my cell leader at one point even sharing with my cell leader my real testimony. But I was still unable to get my questions answered despite my emotional plea. What's also hard is that around that time we were told that we could only ask questions to cell leader. However, I saw on a few occasions some members asking like the GSN's questions, I felt conflicted about this. I finally decided to break structure and ask one of my questions to another member who actually answered my question well. But informed me that it wasn't right for us to do this.
• I was also told by both my department leader and cell leader on separate occasions that I could join the next centre opening without a fruit and that they would check and let me know. They did not. I waited patiently for weeks and didn't hear anything.
• On a few occasions I have been told one thing, but then people didn't follow through.
• I feel that questions are difficult to ask here, and that if something is wrong it's hard to bring it up. Ie I was told one thing about John 1:1-5 by one of my cell leaders, and then a few weeks later I heard in a class by the GSN a completely different explanation. But because they're your leader, it feels difficult to say "I think you've misunderstood this verse."
• Here if you're upset with someone you're supposed to suck it up – contain them. It just doesn't make sense to me, I think what made my relationships so rich and good with say my close family, is that we had a culture of being honest and open. If something was said that was offensive or hurtful (which didn't happen often), then you should mention it, so we can all learn, grow as a person, and grow closer to each other. Everytime I would do that with my sister / brother in law, it was great as we truly understood each other and how the other person operated so we could move forward in understanding.
• We were told to harvest recently in twos. However, sometimes we still go harvesting individually? What if you're out alone doing shopping, and you spot someone you think could be worth EVing – do you not EV them because you're by yourself? I should have asked about this one, admittedly. But I've gone EVing by myself and have had bad experiences that I want to talk to someone about, but I feel I can't because I will just get rebuked for going out on my own instead. I tend to just expect rebuke instead of good advice.
• I have to hide my true story. I hate how I've got this burden of bisexuality. I have this story. And I can't share it with anyone. It remains still properly untold. I did however share the bulk of it with one of my cell leaders, but. I don't know. I guess I was expecting a counselling session. I need to talk to someone about this and go in depth to understand this. I tried seeing a counsellor about this, twice, before SCJ but never actually spoke about it. And now in SCJ I just have to suck it up. I've tried that, and I cannot do it. I've got all of this stuff inside of me. Everytime I go out harvesting, it's there. It's there. No one knows. No one understands. Because everyone else is EV'ing generally the same gender. How am I to deal with this? I need to talk to a counsellor. I need to know why I am like this. Why do I long to be in the arms of an attractive man? Why do I desire it? Why did God bring me in here if he knew I was going to do this? My whole ex Babylon church knew I struggled with this in the past. Admittedly they also didn’t handle it well. But I just wish I could get some peace and understanding with this rather than just hide it, don’t talk about it, deal with it on your own. I know gsn is there but I feel like a burden to him enough as it is. And I don’t think he really wants to hear my whole story anyhow. And fair enough it is unusual. But I need to share it and talk about it in a deeper sense. To get some closure.
• I wish this place truly truly welcomed questions where you could ask freely. There is so much I am confused about. I don't understand so much. I don't know what applies to today, what doesn't. I have doubts sometimes that verses are being used correctly sometimes, from what I remember from Babylon days. Sometimes the Babylon answer seems more correct in my head. But I know I'm bad for thinking this way. Hence I am confused.
• And since recently during special forces, it has been really good. However, I struggle to pick people to EV who I don't find attractive. I have gotten a lot better now though, at picking people to talk to I don't find attractive. However, sometimes I don't do this. It's especially hard when I EV on my own. Before SCJ days when I was younger, I used to roam the streets with my phone app looking for guys to hook up with. Maybe that's why I find it difficult to EV now on my own. Because it is reminiscent of this. As a result I get frustrated because my mind starts thinking like this. And I feel like I can't do anything at the time, leaving me feeling down at the end of EV.
• Then as of more recently, it's gotten to me more and more, perhaps because I've been EVing for long periods of time.
• I don't read the word as often recently, because I fear of getting too confused as I read along. Back in Babylon I used to google straight away, but obviously we shouldn't here. But then if questions don't get answered... well. Confusing.
• QUESTION: we were told on a few occasions that passing the 75Q test was the difference between heaven and hell? But I thought that if we were here in SCJ we had come to the mountain, the place of salvation. I would have thought it was the difference between GM and 144000. But not hell? I don't understand that.
• QUESTION: Jesus would drive out demons / evil spirits. But didn't they everyone back then have evil spirits? So when Jesus would drive out evil spirits of one person because they were acting strangely, the other people just didn't realise that they also had evil (but perhaps less noticable) spirits inside of them too. Correct?
• QUESTION: tithing was originally not money. (Lev 27:30). Why do we tithe money now? Is it compulsory to tithe 10%? If not, why not, shouldn't it be? Are we supposed to tithe both Wednesday and Sunday?
• While I appreciate that I now have nullified any chance of it now, I had always wondered why, up until this time, I have not been asked to sing in praise team or anything. Or even help in media when I am good with media.
• I don't like it how I was given a duty in choir to lead warm ups, but then sometimes my duty was just ignored. Jarrod would just do my duty for me. I would always feel so conflicted and sad as a result. Is it because I'm not doing a good job? If so, tell me. Is it because you want some specific type of warm up? If so, tell me. When you just do it yourself, I feel less than. Makes me wonder why you asked me in the first place.
• I hate it how parenting techniques of the world seem to be better than that of parenting techniques in SCJ. The parenting and attitudes towards children here sometimes, are that of old fashioned/uninformed methods of parenting. With the plethora of psychological studies out there in the world, it is difficult to see that better techniques aren't used in SCJ. However, it was actually briefly brough up in EV education about 'Emotional based parenting' and that was great. I personally have witnessed this with my sister and her children. And it is amazing. I am sad that it isn't used by others here.
• QUESTION: What actually is sin? Anything that is not God's will? So we sin when we watch TV, chill out etc. What is sin? Different levels of sin? Personal sin that we commit everyday. Inherited sin (from Adam). Transgression of the law 3:4 (this is Mosaic law?) - but we don't adhere to this right. We do not sin by adhering to Jesus' commands to love one another, and love God which is the summation of say the 10 commandments and all of the additional laws. Correct?
• QUESTION: Actual definition of John 3:16
• I don’t think people truly care here. When I lost Seth I was so sad, I think I was expecting deep support. But it basically felt like everyone was just saying to move on quickly. If only it were that easy when one’s heart is involved!
• Should I feel guilty for sin? What should I feel? I’ve watched Christian motivational videos before and they’re like stop feeling guilty. Jesus paid for your sins etc. Should I dwell on my sin. What should I feel? Coz I feel really crap. And I don’t want to confess it.
• I don’t know to what degree I should be honest with cell leader. For all I know everything that’s important gets passed along the chain. Yet you’re who I am supposed to be most honest and most vulnerable with? It’s difficult to do that. But then you don’t want to be a burden on other members etc..
• I also feel that we’re encouraged to not share too deeply our struggles with one another. Like this big long message which I’m sure I’ll never share."
